The hotel has an excellent location - the city center, near the Stolitsa shopping center, metro, many buses, railway station, Krasnaya Kirkha, Minsk gate. Everything is within walking distance. A very presentable entrance. Excellent security (the suitcase is being searched as at the airport). But it's not immediately clear at the entrance why the guard takes it from you. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The cleaning is excellent, the bathroom has a wonderful set of accessories. They put it in every day. The bed linen and towels are of excellent quality. The single bed is wide enough for a comfortable sleep. But the mattress is not orthopedic (my back hurt all the time). The maids are wonderful! There are pretentious staff at the reception. When checking in, they did not take into account the wish (when registering a month before check-in, I wrote the quietest possible room) and asked the same thing during the conversation. As a result, I got a room with windows facing the courtyard in the corner of the hotel buildings and directly above the exhaust system motors. I decided that I would use the declared air conditioner. It turned out to be a common hood, which does not cope with its function even by a C grade. And it makes noise. As a result, I didn't get any silence or cool air. I have asthma, so it's clear that this is important. I anticipate the hotel's response in advance that it was necessary to change the room. No, you have to be attentive to the guests, cherish them. And not to make them rattle their nerves on vacation, settling your joints. Half a liter of water. A bag of black tea, a bag of green tea and a bag of coffee. There are two sugars for three sachets. Divide as you wish. Well, it's a shame for 4* to be so generous. I had to buy everything. And,, the cherry on the cake,, the phrase of the girl from the reception when checking out of the hotel . We're not detaining you anymore. Train your employees! We pay you for this and for the service. The price and quality do not match. I wanted to put 3, but the maids and the concierge helped you out. They get a five, the rest three with two cons.
We stayed at this hotel in July 2024. In general, the hotel makes a good impression. Clean, nice rooms, modern furniture. The hotel is very well located: in the center, next to the metro. Breakfast food: sausage, cheese, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, cottage cheese. From the hot: omelette, cheesecakes, porridge, chicken, sausages. There were pastries and desserts. Everything is quite tasty, but monotonous. The waiters are not very restful, often the tables are with dishes left untidy. You can book excursions at the hotel, but everything is somehow difficult: you need to book, then come back later, etc. The beauty salon is also difficult to visit: we will call, come back later, etc. We had windows to the courtyard, there was noise from a working transformer or other powerful electrical device. The hotel has a solid four, which corresponds to 4 stars.
We lived in two suites very comfortably: comfortable furniture, an excellent bed, a well-functioning air conditioning system, TVs with many channels, various contents of the minibar; very high-quality cleaning in the rooms and in the hotel itself (perfect cleanliness); breakfasts are also very decent for every taste, there was something new every day; separately I would like to note the work of the guards - the guys are great fellows: polite, cultured, at the entrance to the hotel a security frame and an "X-ray" of suitcases, "troublemakers" are immediately quietly imperceptibly taken out (only such a case was observed once in a restaurant). Of the cons: judging by our numbers, it's time to repair the furniture, because somewhere the cabinet handle comes off, the cabinet handle falls out, that leather upholstered furniture, that fabric, although very comfortable, but already with obvious signs of wear; our windows faced the avenue, with an open window, for whom it is important, you can not sleep, it is very noisy; the restaurant's breakfast area is quite cramped, and there are a lot of people both at 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.; we got to a business lunch in the hotel restaurant once, but it is only for an amateur, and the main menu is undoubtedly delicious, but not very diverse, so we ordered it only twice, then we ate in other establishments, and there are a lot of them.
The hotel is good, the location is nowhere more central - Independence Square. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is of high quality, the staff is highly professional and responsive. The Standard room has everything you need, including a bathrobe and slippers. A couple of THINGS (I can't do without it) - terribly squeaky mattresses, both in double and single beds. On the first visit to this hotel, we thought that we were just unlucky with the bed, on the second visit we realized that luck had nothing to do with it. The second point is that there was a curtain with black mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable to me. It can even be dangerous for guests with upper respiratory tract disease and asthma.
The hotel is nice, beautiful, clean. The location is gorgeous - everything is within walking distance: shopping malls, Komarovsky market, railway station, Upper Town. The rooms are standard and clean. The bed linen is snow-white, spotless, soap accessories and even shaving and dental supplies were replenished regularly. The towels are white and clean. We occupied 2 rooms - 334 and 340 . In 334, the air conditioner does not cool from the word at all, the room is terribly stuffy, in 340 barely, it is also stuffy. I noticed such a feature in Minsk - air conditioners do not cool at full capacity anywhere (shopping malls, shops), the heat is wild everywhere, it was in July. The mini fridge in 334 also did not cool anything at all. At 340, the refrigerator had a mini freezer, which saved us at least a little. The staff is not friendly from the word at all. What's at the reception, what's in the restaurant, what's cleaning - everyone barely moves and no one smiles, they're stuck somewhere in the USSR. The breakfasts are meager and monotonous terribly. Moreover, if you come closer to closing, then something may already be missing. No one is going to bring suitcases to the room at the meeting, they were led through a translucent device and pushed to their feet and left. And one more "BUT" - we arrived at the hotel somewhere around 12 o'clock in the afternoon, checked in at exactly 14-00, or they say pay extra for early check-in. We have been to many countries and many hotels in Russia, but we have not seen this anywhere, everywhere if there is a free room, we checked in immediately upon arrival. Well, I understand that in Belarus, in principle, the service is lame everywhere - sellers in stores, waiters in cafes are mostly aged and dissatisfied, talking through their teeth.
Excellent location, clean, qualified responsive staff, good sound insulation, good breakfasts. Of the minor disadvantages, there are few outlets in the room, the bed has one, but a lamp is connected to it, so sometimes the choice is either light or charging the gadget. Odd numbers
the windows overlook the courtyard, but something similar to a large stationary air conditioner is working there, on the fifth floor - you can't hear it at all, on the floors below - I'm not sure.
The overall impression is positive, if we visit Minsk again, this hotel is our clear favorite.
The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk. Very convenient!
Which is good:
1. A huge number of attractions within walking distance
2. Delicious and varied breakfasts
3. A very good washbasin set in the bathroom. There's even a razor.
4. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. I didn't meet a single sad or unfriendly employee.
What can be improved:
1. The room in which I lived was not killed, but it is clear that it is far from new. There is nothing critical, but still
2. Weak hair dryer in the bathroom
3. There are only two ironing boards and an iron per floor. The iron leaves much to be desired
Nice hotel.
It is very conveniently located if you want to see the sights. Clear. Good cleaning. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff.
I stayed there twice.
Nuances:
The SPA is included in the stay only for the period from 8 to 12 hours.
Travelers from Russia, when paying on the spot, should take care of the availability of a physical Mir card. The virtual one does not pass. The guys at the reception helped by agreeing to accept the transfer to the card. But it is better to pay in advance when booking on the website, or have cash.
I RECOMMEND the hotel!
I liked everything! Starting from the moment of check-in and ending with departure, respectively. The reception staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and smells nice, both in the lobby and in the room. Cleaning every day, there are all necessary hygiene products. A comfortable large bed to rest properly. The air conditioning system is also present. Separately, I would like to highlight the breakfast-(buffet) everything is delicious and a fairly large assortment of products and dishes☝️
In general, the stay left only positive emotions, so if you go to Minsk, you can safely check into the Minsk hotel. There is a public transport stop within walking distance, as well as various attractions of the city, the metro is just around the corner.⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed here in the middle of July for 2 nights-everything was fine:location in the center, free guarded Parking, equipment and cleanliness of the room (556),breakfast.The room was overlooking Independence Ave., the noise from the street was barely audible. There is enough to fill everything, there is a full set in the bathroom, welcome 2 bottles of water (then you can take them at the restaurant), a kettle, tea and coffee bags, in the refrigerator for an additional fee.Various drinks are available for a fee.Air conditioning,TV,safe. The only thing missing was a shelf in the closet for small things, enough hangers, an ironing board on the floor. I don't understand those who write about meager breakfasts, the assortment is varied, mini cakes are good. The service is without complaints. There is an exchanger. The Stolitsa shopping center is right next to the hotel, but I liked the Gallery shopping center more, it is more modern, within walking distance.Who needs a market-it is also not far away. There are great places for walking nearby, we had dinner in Cornflowers, there are even queues to get there, national cuisine. It is a very warm, hospitable and beautiful city.
5 stars for the review and for the hotel!)
In general, it is located in the center, everything is close, there is transport, Parking is available.
The hotel has a restaurant and a casino.
A solid five in terms of service, the hotel does not differ from a 5-star hotel in Moscow of a similar price category.
The staff is excellent, security at the entrance, plus an X-ray tape at the entrance, it's very nice.
The hotel is far from "tired", my room on the 6th floor was quite good.
The only drawbacks were the poor operation of the air conditioner and the "incomprehensible" operation of the mixer in the shower (sometimes cold, sometimes hot).
I didn't go to breakfast, but not far from the Cornflower.
I haven't been to the casino, but I would like to try it once in my life)
It's all fire, book, you won't regret it)
Just a great location in the city center within walking distance to many of the city's attractions. There is a metro station across the street. The room is nice, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, free Parking in the courtyard. No meals were taken, across the street there is a wonderful restaurant "Cornflowers" from 8.00, a wonderful selection of dishes for breakfast. The staff is very attentive, issues are resolved quickly. The room was booked in advance, payment on the spot with a Mir card. Near the hotel on the Red Church Square, Stolitsa shopping center, close to the drama and musical theater, beautiful Lenin Street.
The Minsk Hotel is located in the very center of the capital of Belarus. Clean, cozy. The window of my room looked directly onto Independence Square. Breakfast is a buffet. Delicious, the assortment is diverse. The city is clean, the air is clean, pleasant friendly people. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro and many attractions. Live music is playing in the city, a violin is playing or a piano is playing. Peace to all.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in July 2024. We were very satisfied.
IT is LOCATED in the very center of the city (11 Nezavisimosti Ave.) within walking distance from GUM, TSUM, Lakomka, Upper Town, Railway station. st / m Lenin Square, shopping center, Capital, Vasilki restaurant (!) , on Independence Avenue, along which you can walk and see all the beautiful buildings, sights, shops, at the end of the avenue is the Dana Mall shopping center with branded stores.
ADVANTAGES OF the hotel:
Rooms with excellent sound insulation, not narrow, with comfortable beds. There are bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, gels, soap, brush, mini toothpaste, shaving kit (!), towels, probably 7 pieces (even 2 foot ones!)
Hair dryer, kettle, teas, cups, glasses. Sewing kit. They change everything, clean it up. Water bottles are brought in regularly. The bathroom is spacious, the toilet even has a pimple- a built-in a la-bidet. There are no air conditioners, but we did not need it - we slept with the window open, it was ventilated during the day, it was not stuffy at a temperature outside the window of + 28.
BREAKFAST (paid separately, but it's worth it!) very satisfying and delicious!! Thanks to the chefs! It took a long time to expect scrambled eggs, but this is understandable - the girl collects several orders, takes them out after a while. The buffet of dishes, yes, is monotonous, but there are always fresh cheesecakes, pancakes, chicken, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, salad. Muesli milk, porridge (1 type) , sour cream, cottage cheese, omelet - everyone will find food to taste.
Small, but stunningly delicious cakes - special thanks to the pastry chefs of the restaurant for this!!
It's also good to have dinner at this restaurant!
Of THE CONS :
-Sometimes there are problems with plumbing: either the shower hose is torn, or the toilet flushes badly. The maintenance staff is in no hurry to fix it.. Therefore, if you come for a couple of days and something does not suit you, it is better to change the room right away! The staff goes to the meeting without any problems.
- no air conditioning, only ventilation
- There are huge installations of air conditioners in the courtyard of the hotel (?) and they make noise, but monotonously and unobtrusively, but day and night. In the reviews above, they wrote that in the socks that go out into the yard, they interfere with sleep. Yes, we could hear it, but the noise was low, monotonous, and did not bother us.
- Old worn carpet. Recommendations for the hotel service: change the plumbing and carpet to new ones and everything will be fine!!
Despite the disadvantages, I definitely recommend the hotel, it is not for nothing that famous pop stars stayed in it at one time!
Very convenient location, all the sights are within walking distance, 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The room is small, there is everything for a comfortable stay: shampoos, gels, a sewing kit, a razor with cream, a shower cap and even cotton buds with companions; among the disadvantages, the bathroom door was constantly locked and it was impossible to open it yourself. The casino is in the same building). An inexpensive mini bar in the room. The delicious buffet is delicious and varied. Good staff. If you go to Minsk again, then here.
I stayed at the Minsk hotel for my birthday :)
The room is clean, cleaning every day.
As a birthday compliment, they brought a chocolate bar and a greeting card.
It was very nice to book a room with a substantial discount for my holiday.
The front desk staff are always polite, even took umbrellas from them on a rainy day.
Of the cons:
- Wi-Fi works without interruption only at night (apparently when few people are connected to it)
- Breakfasts are the same every day (according to my observations, only the filling of the pie changed)
- There is no cooler with water on the floors. Accordingly, the water norm per person is 500ml per day (the bottle is brought during cleaning). The cleaner said if you need more water, buy it at the lobby bar…
- There was a terrible smell of cigarettes in the morning (it's unclear from where, because we lived on the 6th floor, we didn't open the windows)
- We checked in at night, went into the room and did not find a second duvet cover, asked to bring it. By 17 o'clock the next day, we still did not have a duvet cover, we had to remind ourselves.
- The hair dryer brought with them was carefully removed from the outlet, and the outlet stretched out along with the hair dryer from the wall. Fortunately, the staff quickly fixed everything, but it was a little scary to continue interacting with sockets :)
Overall, the hotel is good, it's worth staying here at least once 🫶🏼
The hotel is located in the city center, with beautiful views. There are a lot of attractions nearby, and there are also shopping malls nearby, cafes on every corner. The rooms are very clean, with gorgeous views, the beds are comfortable, the reception staff is polite, the buffet is delicious, there is something to eat for every taste, room cleaning is timely.
We left a very good impression, we came to this city for the first time and were satisfied, the atmosphere of comfort, thank you for your hospitality
The hotel is cool!!!
Greetings from Pskov!👋
We visited Minsk in November 2023, as if on a birthday vacation.
The choice fell on the Minsk hotel, we were very satisfied.
The staff is polite, the cleaning is of high quality. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance from all tourist points.
The photo shows the view from the window, and there was also a very nice birthday gift (which could not help but bribe, it lifted the mood for sure).
I recommend the place and I will stay here again when I visit Minsk.
I needed a hotel within walking distance from the railway station, the Minsk hotel is 10-15 minutes on foot. The location is very good, near the square, beautiful fountains, the underground supermarket "Stolitsa", where there are a huge number of shops and cafes. The room is clean, I was pleased with the bed (mattress and linen are super ), the plumbing worked, kettle, slippers, bathroom accessories, bathrobe are available, everything is on the level. The windows of my room 515 overlooked the ventilation of the restaurant, which was audible, but if you don't open the window like the noise of cars, you get used to it. The staff is friendly, there is an ATM in the lobby. I was satisfied, I recommend it.
The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is very warm, everything is there (safe, bathrobe, slippers, shower sets, including shaving kit, travel kit + small souvenir).
You can leave your luggage in the luggage room for free.
The service in the restaurant is excellent. There are business lunches.
Until 12:00, you can visit the Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi for free (the hammam is not provided for free at this time, the Jacuzzi is very small - for one person only, maximum two, while the hydro massage is turned off).
In terms of excursions, they are directed to the Viapol tour operator. It is recommended to change the tour operator (not customer-oriented at all, two stars, the review is left separately)
As much as I liked the hotel itself (excellent location, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts in the most beautiful restaurant in Minsk), I didn't like the staff either - I didn't see any desire to help, but just to be friendly with the guests. Of the 4 hotels in Belarus where we stayed on our last trip, this hotel has the most repulsive staff: neither hello, nor goodbye, and the faces look like we came to live at their house. Alas, it is precisely because of the staff that there are doubts whether it is worth recommending the Minsk hotel to your friends (( dear girls and boys from the resort, you are the face of the hotel, I really want to see your friendly faces, not sour faces!
I liked everything! Excellent location, everything is close, 12 min walk from the railway station. The staff is polite, they settled in quickly. The room is clean, cleaning was carried out every day. All necessary hygiene supplies were provided.
Among the disadvantages are very uncomfortable pillows, I did not like breakfast, I will not order any more. The rest is 5!
In the photo, the view from the window
The biggest plus of this hotel is, of course, the location, it does not happen more centrally, the whole center of Minsk is within walking distance, there is no point in describing the standards here. Everyone has different criteria, clean and in the bathroom they give out a lot of all sorts of things for hygiene and washing, which is nice, but, in my opinion, there are also disadvantages: the price for a single room, it is hefty even by the standards of Moscow for similar hotels (although I have never seen single rooms except RB anywhere), then it would be nice to place coolers on the floors, because searching and buying drinking water for guests of a 4-star hotel is just not the right thing and, finally, breakfast would be a little more interesting to do
The main hotel of the capital of the Republic of Belarus is distinguished by hospitable service, clean cozy rooms with all the attributes of a high-class hotel, delicious breakfasts, a decent restaurant, and by the way quite reasonable prices, plus a very good location, in the very center of the city, on central Avenue, within walking distance of many important institutions.
Among the advantages: courteous staff, convenient location, a varied selection at the buffet breakfast, convenient air conditioning system (you can always make it warmer or cooler)
Among the disadvantages: very dark rooms, there is no ceiling lighting in the room, only lamps on bedside tables, a table lamp and a floor lamp. Poor sound insulation.
A wonderful hotel. Cosy.
Helpful and friendly staff.
The room we lived in is very cozy. Everything is there. And a hair dryer, and clean towels and shaving appliances, shampoo, gel....
The breakfasts are amazing and varied. The staff always meets the requests of the residents.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city.
The hotel is good, with a good location, all the sights are within walking distance! Own parking.
The rooms facing Independence Avenue are noisy enough, and the air conditioning in the room also works with a bang.
Rooms in the courtyard are quieter .
The room stock is tired . But blackout curtains are just great!
The plumbing is good. They are cleaned every day!
The staff responds to all requests very quickly.
The breakfast is a monotonous buffet.
There is no lactose-free milk, and no alternative milk either. But you won 't stay hungry .
Quick check-in, excellent rooms. We stayed in a family room. Beautiful view from the window. There is everything you need in the room. An iron with a board on the floor. Very friendly maids. Breakfast is quite sufficient.
Excellent parking with passes. There is even a car wash on site.
Great location.
Of the cons.
The business lunch was pumped up - they brought it to us for almost 50 minutes, forgot about carbonara, and the local set was served faster.
The location is excellent, you can walk to the railway station and to many attractions! The service is good, slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste and other accessories are in the room, although the hotel is 4*. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. If you want to stay for 1-5 days, it seems to me that this is a very convenient and inexpensive place. There is a spa, a hairdressing salon and an exchange office in the hotel.I'll stop here next time.
The hotel is located in the very center of the city, easily accessible by any transport. There are many attractions, cafes, shops nearby. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. For the convenience of guests, there are three elevators, there are no problems with access to the room, etc. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, which also serves breakfast. The breakfasts themselves are not bad: cottage cheese, eggs, cereals, fruits, pastries, coffee, etc. There are enough tables, there is enough space for everyone. We stayed in a suite, a family of 3 people. Everything is available, only the sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping. Strangely, the size of the room allows you to place a larger sofa or at least a folding one. The staff is polite, humorous, responsive, any issues are resolved easily and quickly.
A wonderful hotel! Ideal location: in the very center, on Independence Square, close to the metro, bus stops and attractions. Good rooms, daily cleaning, snow-white linen, slippers, bathrobe and hygiene products. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, a half-liter bottle of water, a refrigerator in the room. I really liked it!
I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The location is great, the breakfasts are great. The room is clean and spacious. The security system at the entrance deserves special attention, the guests' belongings are checked on a scanner. The only drawback is that the receptionist selectively checks the guest rooms at check-out, as he explained, this is his personal choice, so to speak, the head of the pedal, as a decent person, this approach is unpleasant to me.
It's like some kind of travel gift, not a hotel. The location is ideal: 15-20 minutes on foot from the railway station, on good asphalt and convenient crossings. Nemiga is a leisurely 30-minute walk away, and Lenin Street is 15 minutes away. While walking to Lenin Street along Independence Avenue, you look in all directions, if you come for the first time) There are many interesting places on this segment: GUM, a cinema, a Cornflower restaurant, a Belarusian art store, etc. Stolitsa Shopping center is 10 m from the hotel. Check-in - the work of the booking and accommodation service is excellent! The room was nice. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable.
Yes, the interior is from the USSR, but clean, sound, everything is working properly. The corridors, of course, are tired, but in good condition for such a period of construction of the hotel. If you expect there to be something similar to the Metropole in Moscow, then no. But the hotel is really solid with a good customer orientation. There is a parking lot. There is even a doorman at the entrance. I definitely recommend it!!!
The hotel is located in the very center, near the metro station, restaurants, attractions, railway station
The room was clean, with all the necessary amenities. Dad and I were very satisfied with the quality of the services provided.
It was especially pleasant to find an Internet access point at the airport. A little thing showing the level of hospitality
Convenient location is the undoubted and main advantage of the Minsk hotel.
Let's add a chic breakfast in a beautiful restaurant and, perhaps, all the most important things for me personally have already been realized, according to my wishes for the holidays, in these two points
Nice room, daily cleaning.
Cosmetic kits, bathrobes. Towels are changed every day.
The staff is very friendly.
Of the disadvantages, perhaps, that they could not withdraw cash in the lobby - there is a very strange ATM.
They were filmed and exchanged in the "Capital", fortunately a couple of steps along the way.
Unfortunately, I can't rate the spa.
The visit was included in the price, but only until 12 p.m., and when it reached = 15C on the street, naturally, there was no steamed desire to walk down the street. But upon returning from the cold, it would be great to warm up, but, alas, the evening visit is paid and I didn't really want to give 50 rubles, and even with the condition that you take a care procedure.
I'll be happy to come back again.
A classic hotel in the very center of Minsk. From the car and railway stations no more than 10 minutes on foot. There is a metro station nearby. I lived in a superior room. The room is spacious, with everything necessary for living, including bathrobes, water, etc. I slept well on a wide comfortable bed. The most pleasant thing is good air conditioning, the room is cool, as I like it. I recommend it, I will re-opt for it myself
The hotel justifies the stated 4 stars. Excellent location on one of the central avenues of Minsk, walking along which you can see all the beauty of architecture in the style of the Stalinist Empire, as well as visit many restaurants with national and very tasty national cuisine. In general, Minsk confirmed what many who have visited it say, that it is a clean, well-groomed city with extremely friendly and very close to us Russians in spirit. I advise everyone to visit this wonderful city.
Great hotel! In the center, on Independence Avenue. Almost all the main sights of Minsk can be reached on foot. Next to the side is the underground shopping center Stolitsa. Huge.
Very nice restaurant in the hotel. The food is delicious and the service is very good. A great bar where you can always drink delicious coffee and something else.
I recommend.
The reception is staffed by friendly and tidy staff. There is a security guard in the lobby. Bags are checked through a monitor.
The registration is quite prompt. There is a small bar with nice soft leather chairs. There are not enough snacks in the bar.
The rooms are clean enough. The audibility is terrible. Towels, shower accessories, bathrobe and slippers in the room. Two pillows, the mattress is quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very hearty. You can choose different dishes.
A good hotel. The interior is restrained, I would say classic. Cleaned daily, towels are changed too. The staff is very attentive and caring.
The location is convenient, and the view from our room was right on Independence Avenue!
All the sights are nearby. Restaurants with delicious local cuisine are within walking distance.
The breakfasts are not too varied, but delicious.
The hotel is nice, clean corridors, rooms, toilets. The staff is polite, responsive, which is very important and pleasant when staying! There was a problem, it was necessary to urgently go to the emergency room, the hotel staff helped with solving issues.
We stayed for 3 days, we liked everything, the hotel is in the center of all the sights of the city, the nearest metro station is Lenin Square (5-7 minutes walk)
A nice 4 star hotel in the very center of Minsk. It is comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. Available for Russian tourists. The statue and cultural sites of Minsk are within walking distance from the hotel. There is a 24-hour exchange office inside. It's purely safe. Good with a plus.
A great hotel for its 4 stars. Excellent location in the city center, close to many cafes and shops. Nice rooms, where, along with the necessary set of all kinds of accessories, there are many nice additions. The work of the staff is without complaints. I recommend it!
A wonderful hotel with a warm atmosphere, responsive staff. Located in the very center of the city, there is parking for guests. The rooms are clean and well renovated. The room cleaning is of high quality, the maid service is excellent. The breakfasts are delicious.
Thanks a lot to everyone. Our vacation was very comfortable!
There were 5 days in early April. We arrived from Moscow by car. A suite room. 4th floor.
Positive:
- good location, the very center
- good expensive breakfasts, replenished immediately
- good polite staff
- table football downstairs)
- proximity to shops
- free parking
- a suite with 2 bathrooms and a Jacuzzi
- a good business lunch at lunch
- screening of arrivals, checking on the luggage belt, frame at the entrance
Cons:
- it's a bit noisy from the road, the hotel is still not a sanatorium type, you need to take this into account
- obscene remnants of a couple of people's vital activity under the mattress of the bed. We found it by accident when we were packing and checking things.
Total:
The hotel is exactly 4*, but, unfortunately, I was very upset by what I saw under the mattress, and that we slept on it, so the rating is 2 stars.
I think such things are unacceptable in the central hotel of the capital.
It's a good place!
The staff is helpful, everyone is friendly and attentive.
Free parking.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. Each room has a small gift for guests.
The city center.
Delicious breakfasts, especially Belarusian sausages. Large and delicious portions in the restaurant.
24-hour currency exchange.
Very nice hotel! It is located in the city center! Great location! Clean and cozy rooms! There are 3 elevators! There are no queues! Wonderful delicious breakfasts! Very tasty! The only thing I think is that the sauna and hammam should be included in the room rate all day, and not just from 8 to 12! I recommend it!
The department is located in the city center. Walking distance to popular places in Minsk. The security level is ensured due to the metal detector frame at the entrance and the guards checking large bags. There is also a spacious foyer with a table for playing table football and a restaurant). The room price includes at least breakfast. The latter deserves special praise for the variety and quality of the products. The rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Payment is possible with Mir cards of any bank. It is possible to rent a car and arrange tourist trips.
A wonderful hotel. Attentive and courteous staff. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail. The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant are simply magnificent - a large selection, everything is very tasty and beautiful. There is a large shopping center and metro within walking distance.
The hotel is certainly not new.Yu, but the hotel is very clean!!!
The staff is very polite! There are shops and a shopping center nearby. The kitchen, the breakfasts are very decent. I lived for a week and had dinner at a hotel in a restaurant, they cook well and the price tag is adequate, there was something to compare it with.
The security of the hotel is at the highest level.
I recommend it!
