The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance from the railway station. We were well met and quickly arranged. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need, bathrobes, slippers, in-room safe, refrigerator with minibar, bathroom accessories. There are a lot of hangers, extra pillows, blankets in the closets. We had dinner at the restaurant, the restaurant is very beautiful, rich, the waiters are great, the cook is too, the food is delicious. Everything in the foyer is decorated for the new year. Pleasant atmosphere. The guys at the reception are helpful, helpful in any matter. We did not lose.
Convenient location. The metro is within walking distance. Soviet classics, large 2-room suite,2 bathrooms, large bathroom, large refrigerator. Good breakfasts, large Parking lot.
The hotel is located in the city center and has its own large parking lot. This is the main and perhaps the only advantage. The rooms are not cozy. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are quite modest
A great hotel in the very center of Minsk. The rooms are clean, good plumbing, there is a mini bar and tea/coffee. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is polite.
Nice hotel.
Excellent maid service. She lived on the third floor.
The furniture and plumbing are, of course, in a tired state, but very clean.
We visited the sauna, it was also very clean.
The hotel restaurant is delicious.
I recommend.
I love Belarus, Minsk and the Minsk Hotel too.
Nice people, nice atmosphere.
The staff is always helpful. A view of the square, or a high floor, and so on.
On his birthday, a compliment was organized in the room - a fruit plate and a corporate notebook magnet. Nice.
Although there is an old arsenal and there are minor remarks (in the bathroom, the shower switches are slightly lame, etc.). But I really don't want to find fault and be negative, because in general everything is very good.
Always clean and tidy.
Good clean linen, slippers, bathrobes, comfortable beds, etc.
I've stayed in this Opel a couple of times. And, I am sure, I will continue to choose Minsk.
Thanks
A little life hack. You can have breakfast at the Sherlock Cafe. Lunch at the Cornflowers. 5 minutes walk.
The department is located in the city center. Walking distance to popular places in Minsk. The security level is ensured due to the metal detector frame at the entrance and the guards checking large bags. There is also a spacious foyer with a table for playing table football and a restaurant). The room price includes at least breakfast. The latter deserves special praise for the variety and quality of the products. The rooms are clean and tidy, cleaned every day. Payment is possible with Mir cards of any bank. It is possible to rent a car and arrange tourist trips.
The location is good for living in the center of everything. The room in which we lived is spacious , cozy , clean , fairly fresh renovation. Good sleeping rooms , 2 bathrooms are convenient for the family. But there's a problem with extra beds. They are paid and very inconvenient. The sofa in the room does not fold out. I liked the breakfasts, a good selection, fresh food. The interior of the restaurant was amazing -worthy of a visit.
A classic hotel that exudes stability and class. The room has everything, the mattress is hard enough. Breakfast costs 37 rubles, varied, and porridge, and eggs, and sausages, and cheesecakes, and pastries, and vegetables, etc. You definitely won't stay hungry.
A solid "four". Convenient location, there is a large parking lot, a casino, comfortable beds, audibility from the rooms only in the corridor. The staff corresponds to the level of the hotel. But the price is ugh! But this is payback for the pathos.
A decent hotel in the center. Beautiful, rich. Clear. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Affordable prices. There is a restaurant inside.
Near the train station. Shopping centre. Metro and buses are within walking distance.
It is located on the main street where you can walk.
Good breakfasts.
I plan to stay at this hotel again next time.
The single room is nice, the bed is 120 cm wide, comfortable. Good bed linen. There is a mini bar for an additional fee. They put a bottle of water every day. There is a hairdryer, a safe. There is an ironing board on the floor. Good breakfasts, a large restaurant in the hotel There is an exchanger, you can change money. In the center, convenient. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby on Karl Marx Street. Polite staff. I liked everything, I recommend it!
A wonderful hotel located in the city center. The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is designed for people with different requirements.
Beautiful, delicious breakfasts. 3 convenient location, free parking. Nice, comfortable room. A little more expensive than in Russia, but we were satisfied, anyway.
Great hotel..Good location.Security at the hotel. The frames are standing.
There were nuances, of course...The water pressure was weak for the shower....... but these are small things. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff works at 10c + The bar is excellent.Access to transport+I'll probably come back again
The location is excellent, the rooms are tired, the service is very different, someone is very friendly and seeks to help and advise, and there are tired, but not by age, like the hotel)) In general, I can say that Belarusians are friendly and responsive people .
The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk, near bus stops. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is sooo polite. Secure parking. Shop from the end of the hotel.
Great hotel! Great location, delicious breakfasts, perfect staff, great room. It's just perfect for a business trip. I'm staying here for the second time.
The hotel is located in the very center, you can walk everywhere. The staff is very helpful. The room is clean and cozy. Hearty breakfasts. I really liked everything.
Attentive and helpful staff. Very clean., because the room was cleaned every day. We only had breakfast, but the hotel did not disappoint here either. Everything is delicious. Thank you.
Very convenient location, near the city center, the drama theater, the train station is a ten-minute walk away. The staff is polite. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a variety. But there is one thing: we booked a room in your hotel for two days, from lunch on November 23 to lunch on November 25. Our plane was delayed for more than 12 hours. Accordingly, we arrived at the hotel only at 3 o'clock on the 24th. And it was still paid for 2 days, no recalculation was made to us. That's how it is.
I liked everything - very convenient location, friendly staff, quiet, clean, air conditioning. I won't tell you about the quality of breakfast, we didn't use it, we left early. One of the disadvantages is the inconvenient location of the sockets - you have to climb, but this is an insignificant detail. Next time we'll stop here.
The hotel is located in a beautiful location, near the park, the Svisloch river, the Trinity suburb and the Upper Town (sights of Minsk). The center is within walking distance. The hotel itself is a solid three, but at the same time a buffet for a good four. There is a nice swimming pool with a transparent dome, you can catch the sun if you visit during the day. The restaurant on the 22nd floor is expensive, there is a modest lobby bar downstairs. The girls at the reception are nice, but not always friendly. Exchangers are nearby. And most importantly, there is a bakery nearby and it smells very good of bread and there is a store from them. We recommend N.N.
A good hotel, though old, but clean and tidy. It is located in the center, everything is nearby. A decent breakfast, there is everything you need to not stay hungry. Polite staff.
The reception is staffed by friendly and tidy staff. There is a security guard in the lobby. Bags are checked through a monitor.
The registration is quite prompt. There is a small bar with nice soft leather chairs. There are not enough snacks in the bar.
The rooms are clean enough. The audibility is terrible. Towels, shower accessories, bathrobe and slippers in the room. Two pillows, the mattress is quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very hearty. You can choose different dishes.
Very good location, close to the railway station, near public transport stops in both directions along the avenue. A normal breakfast with a variety of choices. Coffee from the coffee machine. I think the cost is a little too high (we were on holidays). There is a doorman at the entrance downstairs, but no one supports law and order on the floors (some visitors made noise in a drunken frenzy almost all night in the corridor). They will check you in exactly at 14:00 and not a minute earlier, and it does not matter whether there will be a queue at the reception, the answer is one - we prepare rooms (all at the same time????....). Overall, the impression is positive.
It's a good place!
The staff is helpful, everyone is friendly and attentive.
Free parking.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. Each room has a small gift for guests.
The city center.
Delicious breakfasts, especially Belarusian sausages. Large and delicious portions in the restaurant.
24-hour currency exchange.
A good hotel.Excellent location.Additional advantages include parking for residents. And you don't have to take breakfast there. There are a lot of decent and cheaper places around.Otherwise, great!!!
A very tired Soviet hotel, from the interiors of the lobby and rooms to the washed robes. Not 4 stars. But the room was clean, the location of the hotel was excellent, the staff was pleasant, parking in the courtyard. Everyone has already written about the loudly working ventilation system, I confirm, the dream is like on a transatlantic flight. We didn't use the breakfasts after reading the reviews. An urgent renovation is required, or still a price adjustment.
A very pleasant place! Good location, friendly staff. The room is clean and came across with a view of the square. I didn't go to the casino, but I had dinner at the restaurant with pleasure. I recommend it!
The hotel is very conveniently located - within walking distance from both the railway station and the historical center. There are government buildings nearby, which leaves its mark - in particular, the rooms have a rather weak Wi-Fi, in the lobby and in the corridors on the floors it is much better.
Of the good and important things for me personally: blackout curtains and good sound insulation (which is especially important when the windows overlook the main avenue of the city), a comfortable mattress and pillow. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: it is better to choose a room of an improved category, because the standard is additional. There IS NO PLACE PROVIDED! Although the Yandex service.Travel issues standard numbers to choose from. Thanks a lot to the guys from the reception - they helped us to organize an additional one.a place for a 10-year-old daughter (fortunately, extra beds were available), of course, for an additional fee.the fee. Once again, the hotel has a very friendly and welcoming staff! :) In case of early check-in and late check-out, things can be left in the storage room, if culturally requested, you can change clothes there if necessary. The breakfasts are excellent, the only drawback is an unsuccessful kind of coffee, tasteless. The restaurant also has the opportunity to have a business lunch (on weekdays) for 15 BEL.rub. - there are 2 menu options to choose from. Also on the 1st floor there is an exchanger, a beauty salon, a hammam, a representative of a travel agency is present during the day, a good selection of souvenirs at reasonable prices! Overall, we are very happy with our stay at this hotel!
We stayed for 3 nights. The reception staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean too.
The rooms were cleaned every day, the booth was brought. water every day.
The interior is certainly old.
Of the cons, I did not like the pillows, terribly uncomfortable, lumps of fluff (or whatever is inside).
We visited Paris, Monaco, Monte Carlo, many cities in Spain, Finland, Greece, on Costa cruise liners around the Mediterranean, but this hotel exceeded all our expectations. He deserves five stars! Bravo and a low bow. With UV Chapkevich Olga and her mother.
A wonderful hotel. Attentive and courteous staff. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail. The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant are simply magnificent - a large selection, everything is very tasty and beautiful. There is a large shopping center and metro within walking distance.
A wonderful hotel. Excellent breakfasts. Nice rooms. Clear. Friendly staff.
The security guards were a little too clever with boarding and passengers from the tourist bus.
The guys placed the group at the reception perfectly and quickly.
It is very convenient to have exchangers in the lobby of the hotel.
I recommend.
A good hotel. The interior is restrained, I would say classic. Cleaned daily, towels are changed too. The staff is very attentive and caring.
The location is convenient, and the view from our room was right on Independence Avenue!
All the sights are nearby. Restaurants with delicious local cuisine are within walking distance.
The breakfasts are not too varied, but delicious.
The hotel is good. The city center, near the railway station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent. I give 4 stars for places that are already outdated, but this does not affect the quality of the rest.
Excellent location, very close to all the attractions. Good breakfast buffet. We stayed here from April 28 to April 30, for 25 thousand rubles. The room was a little disappointed, modestly, there were 4 scorch marks on the carpet (traces of an iron), which really spoils the look of the room. The hotel has a casino, it is small, 2 roulette tables, 2 card tables and slot machines. I liked the staff and the service.
The very heart of Minsk. There is a beautiful illumination on the avenue at dusk, it is very pleasant to walk. Many attractions are within walking distance. Polite hotel staff. The room has everything you need. Among the disadvantages: a single room of modest size, tired repairs and furniture (but not critical).
Nice hotel, but the beds are very soft, unusual.
The bathrooms are large, towels and bed were changed every day.
The breakfasts were normal, although there were no fruit salads - but everything was quite decent
The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are clean, all the amenities for living are there. It is located in the center, near Cornflowers, Litvinas, supermarket - very convenient
There were 5 days in early April. We arrived from Moscow by car. A suite room. 4th floor.
Positive:
- good location, the very center
- good expensive breakfasts, replenished immediately
- good polite staff
- table football downstairs)
- proximity to shops
- free parking
- a suite with 2 bathrooms and a Jacuzzi
- a good business lunch at lunch
- screening of arrivals, checking on the luggage belt, frame at the entrance
Cons:
- it's a bit noisy from the road, the hotel is still not a sanatorium type, you need to take this into account
- obscene remnants of a couple of people's vital activity under the mattress of the bed. We found it by accident when we were packing and checking things.
Total:
The hotel is exactly 4*, but, unfortunately, I was very upset by what I saw under the mattress, and that we slept on it, so the rating is 2 stars.
I think such things are unacceptable in the central hotel of the capital.
Excellent location-everything is nearby from the chain store to the casino, the best rooms with everything you need, a variety of breakfasts. All the others could not be used during the 3 days of their stay.
A nice hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are clean, although the furniture is a bit old. Not a bad breakfast. If you come for the purpose of hiking, then this hotel is completely suitable.
The Minsk Hotel left a mixed impression. First, about the good things. The hotel is conveniently located, many attractions can be reached on foot, near metro and ground transport stops, from the train station, if you arrived by train, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the hotel. In the immediate vicinity there is an underground shopping center "Stolitsa", many cafes and restaurants. The hotel has good breakfasts, good business lunches and decent service in the restaurant. The rooms are ordinary, medium in size, and quite comfortable. There is a kettle, tea and coffee set is updated every day + 2 free bottles of water. There is no cooler, you fill the kettle with water from the tap. The mini bar is paid, it is located in the refrigerator. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bathing caps, toothbrushes, bathrobes. The bathtub is high, it may not be very convenient for someone to climb in. I would recommend handrails to the hotel for convenience. The Wi-Fi in our room on the 5th floor at the end of the corridor was very unstable, and the reception hall was excellent. By the way, there is an administrator in the lobby who will help you purchase excursions. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, at first everything was fine with cleaning, then we came to the room - it was not cleaned, they knocked on our door at about 18.00, stated that we had not been cleaned, we asked to throw out the garbage, that's all. The next day we arrive, it is not cleaned up again and one of the key cards that was left in the room is missing. I went to look for the maid, she said she picked her up by mistake. I drew her attention to the fact that the room was not cleaned, to which I received the answer: "why make the beds, it's already evening" (we left the hotel at 9 a.m.). They wanted to get away with it, but it turned out that the garbage in the bathroom was not thrown out and the room was not vacuumed. We went to the reception, after that we sat in the lobby for half an hour, waiting for the room to be cleaned. I think this is an unpleasant case, but a private one, I attribute it to the human factor and remove one star. Another moment - the hotel congratulates you on your birthday with a gift in the form of fruits, but only after a reminder). At least that was the case in our case. Despite the "fly in the ointment" in general, I recommend the hotel for accommodation. I would have returned to it myself.
The hotel is nice, clean corridors, rooms, toilets. The staff is polite, responsive, which is very important and pleasant when staying! There was a problem, it was necessary to urgently go to the emergency room, the hotel staff helped with solving issues.
We stayed for 3 days, we liked everything, the hotel is in the center of all the sights of the city, the nearest metro station is Lenin Square (5-7 minutes walk)
We really liked the hotel. It is beautiful and conveniently located. Near the metro station, cafe cornflowers. The shopping center and the train station are also nearby. The moto shop is nearby!
The location is great! Right on the corner of the square, next to fountains, recreation areas, a supermarket and a store in the subway. The room has water, tea, coffee, a kettle, a large bed, bedside tables, a TV, and in the bathroom there is a stone sink and a large selection of hygiene products. A minibar is available for a fee. However, there are disadvantages: the bed creaks very much, the furniture looks worn out, and the corners in the bathroom do not look fresh. We did not use the service, but the hotel has a spa where guests can use the Jacuzzi or sauna. The Jacuzzi turned out to be very small, so I had to wait and then visit the sauna. The hotel also has a restaurant with buffet breakfast, but we decided not to use this service. Instead, we decided to explore various establishments in Minsk.

The hotel is located in the Stalin Empire building. Everything is comfortable and the location is great. The breakfasts are decent . A big disadvantage is that the use of the spa area from 8 to 12 days is unreasonably imposed. That is, as if the stars for the spa area are assigned, but you can't use it. Only you pay extra for this service. The hamam is not included at all. The jacuzzi is generally disgusting - shallow and functionally not working . By and large , I have big Complaints about the spa area and the hours of operation for hotel guests . Otherwise , I recommend visiting the hotel . The sauna is not comfortable at all . And there will be no opportunity not to lie down and sit comfortably and relax.
