I really liked the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, the breakfasts are delicious, the girls at the reception are very polite and friendly. It is conveniently located near the metro station, near the Orthodox Cathedral.
I am staying at this hotel for the second time. I was here for the first time about 5 years ago.
Among the advantages: the historical center, rooms stylized as cells, the hotel itself with a history, walking distance to attractions and the metro. Good bed linen.
Of the cons: 1. Breakfasts have become weaker. Yesterday's pies. There is only one salad spoon. It used to be both tastier and more aesthetically pleasing.
2. There are no toothbrushes and slippers in the room. Maybe the Bernardine monks didn't need it at the time, but modern guests would really like to have these attributes in the room.
3. In addition to the main entrance to the hotel, which is located next to the reception, another door on the ground floor was opened. It's not safe. Anyone could have got there from the street.
4. The water in the room was put on only 1 time upon check-in. There are no updates, you need to buy them yourself. It's not very convenient.
We liked the hotel, authentic in the city center.
The rooms are warm (I was afraid it would be cool in winter), hot water with good pressure, there are breakfasts, a variety of local products, they cook well.
It was inconvenient only to order a taxi, because the center is pedestrian and taxis do not pass there.
The huge advantages of the hotel are its amazing energy (I slept as well as I rarely have!) and the location in the very historical center. I really liked the quality in the courtyard: it is easy to be transported back to childhood and into a state of serenity!
I looked at the engravings and photographs on the walls of the hotel for a long time, I wanted to study the history of what is depicted on them more deeply.
Within walking distance of all the best that a guest of beautiful Minsk may need!
Thanks!
The location is in the very center, close to restaurants and shops. The atmosphere of the old town, the room is spacious, clean, everything works, the cleaning is daily. The food is of high quality, the standard set of dishes
I really liked it! Authentic interiors, friendly staff. It is located in the very historical center, where events and concerts are very frequent. Good breakfasts. I highly recommend it!!!
The staff is polite, the rooms are very comfortable, everything you need is there. Linen change and cleaning every day. Sleeping on a "monastery" bed is a pleasure. I liked the restaurant's cuisine. There is a church nearby, the sounds of whose bells simply delight the soul. Thanks to the staff. Recommend.
A great hotel with a great location. The rooms are very clean and tidy, very tasty breakfasts, polite staff. I recommend the hotel, I would love to visit this hotel again
Chic, atmospheric. Straight white-stone chambers, wide corridors, cozy, clean rooms. I liked the breakfasts. In the very center, near the shopping center, a bunch of bars, a walking area. I recommend it!!!
The location is not very convenient - there is no way to call a taxi: pedestrian zone.
Otherwise, everything is super: the surroundings, the atmosphere, the staff, the breakfasts.
If you need a historical center, I highly recommend it))
A great hotel in the center of Minsk. All the sights are within walking distance. If you are without a car and want to see the city and visit shopping malls, then this is the best choice. For guests with cars, Parking is paid everywhere, including at the hotel!
The location couldn't be better. The very center. And of course, it is pleasant to live within the historical walls of the Bernardine monastery, founded at the beginning of the XVII century. Despite the modern comfort, the atmosphere of the monastery was preserved. Corridors, high ceilings, shutters on the windows, good-quality simple furniture. A good breakfast.
The hotel is wonderful! The staff is wonderful!right in the very center of the city near the main attractions of the city. The only thing is that because It is located in the very center of the city, then it is very busy at night and those rooms that look at the center are noisy until 4 am on weekends.
We were in July 2024 with a child of 10 years old. Of the advantages, only the location (historical center) and an underground parking lot (for an additional fee!). The disadvantages began immediately upon check-in:
She met us at the reception (or rather, she did not meet us, I had to ring the bell repeatedly and find out from the passing guard where the employee is from the reception) so this aunt appeared with the face "and you have arrived yet" in general, they settled in. Plus the rooms have a historical stylization in a pseudo-monastic style, massive furniture against a background of white walls. Then the disadvantages of the room: we rested in the summer - the heat. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it is turned on and off at the reception! That is, if you are hot, they turn it on for you (and it was so that I call, at the reception they say "we turned it on" and the air does not go at all. In general, it will not work to turn on and off the air conditioner without a call (in the heat it's just some kind of joke). Upon check-in at the reception, we were told that water, coffee and tea are in the room once and then they are no longer replenished during cleaning. In general, if you live for more than one day and like coffee and water, you need to buy and bring it to the room, since if you wish, you will not buy it at the reception since they do not sell it. And another huge minus of the room - our room faced Zybitskaya Street (this is a party street) so at night we turned off the air conditioner through the reception because it blew like crazy because we ourselves could not regulate the temperature and therefore, in order not to catch a cold overnight and not to catch a cold, we opened the window and it was simply impossible to sleep from the noise from Zybitskaya Street. In general, we will come to Minsk, but we will not set foot in this hotel for its service and its disadvantages. The breakfasts were "we won't starve" very meager. I am a person without strong demands, but this hotel has really impressed me. He's not worth the money.
Corresponds to 3 stars.
One of the advantages: in the very center of Minsk, right by the Town Hall, but at the same time it is perfectly quiet - with the windows closed, there is no sound, not even street musicians can be heard. Within walking distance of the embankment, metro, old town, street with bars. Authentic interior, comfortable in the room, clean and fresh linen, towels, furniture. The new hotel has new plumbing and there are no problems with water or anything else. There is parking and interesting "highlights" on site. There are several museums and a restaurant in the same complex of buildings.
Of the cons: a little tired reception staff, probably a lot of overwork, not all questions regarding check-in / accommodation are ready to help. The breakfast buffet is average, some of the products are left over from the previous day and are noticeably smoked (cheese, sausage), something is fried-warmed up for the second time. But at the same time, a set lunch for 15 rubles is wonderful!
I recommend staying here, keeping the nuances in mind. Maybe something will change and the service will get better!
A wonderful hotel in the very center of Minsk, I am grateful to all the staff, you did your best to make the guests' stay absolutely comfortable! Authentic room design, delicious breakfast, cleanliness, friendly staff. I definitely want to return to this hotel!
The hotel is located in the city center. There are a whole bunch of attractions nearby. The rooms are pleasant. She lived in the new wing - 99% audibility. If the windows overlook the courtyard, all residents and those passing by will be aware of your life. The dining room -restaurant is open until 21h. The breakfast is quite pleasant, the quality of the dishes is good. Prices for souvenirs are even lower than in stores.
A wonderful hotel with very cozy and stylish interiors. Perfect bed and cleanliness.
The location could be considered ideal, in the very epicenter of the main attractions and a 3-minute walk from the place from where all the sightseeing routes depart, if not for one thing ...
Nearby is the street of the most seedy establishments of the city, where noise, hubbub and fun all night. Perhaps this is more of a plus for someone. But in one of the establishments, music was turned on so loudly every day at 4 a.m. that the walls vibrated and it became impossible to sleep. The show ended at 7 o'clock sharp and it was possible to continue sleeping. I sleep soundly because I live in one of the most noisy areas of the city, but in this case it was impossible to sleep during these 3 hours. This made staying in an ideal hotel uncomfortable.
I wonder if there are any ways to legislate against such musicians? It seems to me that even buildings in the historical quarter do not benefit from such a vibration effect.
Also an unexpected disadvantage was the lack of a refrigerator and a leak from under the shower curtain. But these are small things.
The Monastyrsky Hotel in Minsk is an ideal place for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I stayed at this hotel for
a few days and was completely satisfied with my choice.
From the very moment of arrival, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who were ready to help with any question.
The check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I was offered a room that exceeded all my expectations.
The room was spacious, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bed linen was clean and fresh. Luxurious toiletries and soft towels were provided in the bathroom.
The hotel also offers a wide range of amenities and services. It has a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious dishes, as well as a bar where you can relax and enjoy a cocktail.
There is also a fitness center and a spa where you can relax after a busy day.
I would especially like to mention the breakfast that was provided at the hotel. There was a huge selection of dishes - from fresh fruits and yoghurts to hot dishes and pastries. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was impeccable.
The location of the hotel is also its advantage. It is located in the city center, close to the main attractions and shops. Everything was easily accessible and you can walk to most places.
We stayed at the hotel from October 25 to October 29.
Cons: - there are no coolers with water. You need to be prepared that you will not get free drinking water here, you need to constantly buy
- so-so meager and monotonous breakfasts
- the “vip” sauna at the hotel is simply disgusting, you can visit it if you miss the brothels of the early 2000s, the interior and service are at this level. We arrived at the appointed time on October 26, found no one, walked through the dark corridors for a long time, went into the sauna, where they just threw a few sheets for us, and then whatever you want. TV, internet, karaoke are NOT working. Not a single employee came to us to help. The font clearly has not been changed for a long time, where a lot of chlorine was poured. We refused to pay for the non-provided service, discussed everything with the manager, who did not apologize for the inconvenience, but did not take payment either. BUT on the day of departure on October 29, at 5:30 a.m., when we were rushing to the swallow, we were stopped at the reception and demanded to pay for the sauna. On the one hand, we already discussed this issue three days ago, on the other, during these three days no one has said a word to us about this sauna.
Dear representatives of the hotel, if you are reading this, do you think it's okay to fuck up like that (sorry) in the end? The impression immediately dropped to zero.
Advantages: location in the historical center, beautiful interiors designed in the style of an ancient monastery, a wonderful atmosphere
Conclusion: it's good here only because of the location and location. The level of service does not match the price.
A cool atmosphere designed in the style of an old building. Own underground parking in the very center of Minsk! The vaulted ceilings on the ground floor, left over from the monastery, create an atmosphere. It's much noisier at night. The windows overlook the street of night bars, but the triple-glazed windows dampen the sound. So if you don't open the windows at night, you can't hear. Breakfast is fine. We tried to have lunch, but we didn't like it. Canteen. Cheap and angry. But the staff is on top. Thank them more!
Good afternoon.
We would like to note the work of the maids, great fellows, as well as the bartender Eugene, for professionalism and quality of service. Thank them very much!
Pay attention to the quality of breakfast and business lunch - very, very low. I also want to understand why the receptionists let a taxi to the hotel entrance every other time? (One day the barrier was opened, and the second day they categorically refused, I had to go to the car with my luggage). In a very unpleasant way, naming a strange reason.
In general, the hotel corresponds to the declared status of 3 * stars.
Thanks!
An interesting place, a pleasant interior, a cozy courtyard, the center of the Upper Town. The prices are not the most budget-friendly, but acceptable in the city. Adequate price-quality ratio
Of the advantages, of course, the best location is 2 minutes to the Nemiga metro station, near Zybitskaya, monasteries, all the main attractions nearby. And the very atmosphere of the ancient monastery cannot be compared with any hotel. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is clean. One of the disadvantages is an uncomfortable bed and pillows, there is no small refrigerator and a trash basket in the room. The audibility is very good, you can hear perfectly from the room what is happening in the corridor. Breakfast for 4, the choice of dishes is not large.
The convenient location, the surroundings are impressive, this is one of the advantages
Of the minuses, there are no slippers and a bathrobe in the room, there are no large tea mugs at the breakfast restaurant, the bed creaks, craning left a dirty cup in the room, the usual edible breakfasts, nothing more
We celebrated the anniversary in the billiard bar. Everything is decent. The table is beautifully decorated. The attitude of the staff is great. The dishes are delicious. The evening passed in a pleasant atmosphere.
It's a fantastic place, I really liked it. Interior, architecture, location in the city... I can't list everything. The hospitality is at the highest level. I will recommend it to my friends! Dzyakuyu Belarus!
A luxury hotel in the heart of Minsk.
Authentic atmosphere, good breakfast buffet.
The reception is 24-hour.
There is paid parking, which is extremely convenient.
The history in the center of the metropolis is the Monastyrsky Hotel! Outside is civilization, but inside is life in a monk's cell)! Definitely 10 points! I will separately mention the restaurant at the hotel-gastronomic ecstasy! Thank you all so much for the November holidays)
The hotel is located in the heart of the historical part of the city. The room is a cell, beautiful massive furniture, shampoo, gel, towels, hairdryer, slippers in the shower. As a compliment, a bottle of water. The hotel has a parking lot, the website says that it is not available on weekends and holidays, so we parked the car far enough away (on May 9, many parking lots were closed), but as a result, cars drove into the hotel parking lot... It's a shame)))) The breakfast is a buffet, the choice is normal, they did not go hungry. Bottom line: we really liked the hotel
The hotel is located in the historical center, which is very convenient, the hotel itself is simply charming, a former monastery, where the interior has been preserved as much as possible. The staff is very friendly.
The excellent location of the hotel, we were delighted with the rooms and interiors. Friendly staff, from the janitor to the reception. There is a large selection for breakfast: porridge, muesli, omelette, cottage cheese, casserole, pancakes, cheesecakes, sausages, cheeses, salad bar. You can make a sandwich-there is a toaster, cookies and honey cake for dessert, a large selection of juices. There is a kettle in the room, water/ tea/coffee. In the shower, shampoo, gel, soap, shower cap. The Internet works only when the TV is on.
Sooo interesting rooms, or rather monastic cells, the atmosphere is fantastic, the breakfasts are quite enough not to stay hungry, the location in the very historical center of Minsk, friendly staff at the reception, there is a kettle in the room, so you can have a cup of hot tea in the evening, there are no complaints about audibility in the rooms. We really liked the hotel!
A good hotel, the interior is certainly for an amateur, in a single room there is a bed of about 90 cm, just for one, in general everything is quite ascetic, as it should be in a monastery. The breakfasts are ordinary, you will not stay completely hungry. The work of the staff on 4-, it took a long time to sort out the payment receipts (it was critical for reporting)
A very atmospheric place! A throne from the game of thrones, a golden monk with a wreath (not a thorn), but for making wishes, a magic lantern that takes off your hat when shaking hands-all this will meet you at the entrance. Lovely receptionist girls, delicious breakfasts, solid oak furniture: all this made our vacation in Minsk.Add here a very good location, a little bit of good mood and enjoy the city.. And he will open up for you in return...
Very convenient location!
Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The first hotel where there was no coffee at breakfast !!! The coffee machine is broken...It spoiled the impression a bit.
A great hotel in the very center of Minsk. I liked living here at the time of my trip to Minsk.
Clean, spacious, the room has everything you need, including a kettle, dishes, towels, slippers, etc.
Friendly staff, quickly settled in.
Among the disadvantages, I can point out the absence of a refrigerator in a standard single room.
The air conditioner is controlled by calling the reception. Not critical, but also inconvenient.
Sometimes in the evening, loud music can be heard from neighboring bars, but closed windows completely solve the problem.
The hotel has a cafe and a bar, I have not been to them due to the fact that there are more interesting places within walking distance.
First of all, it's unusual here. Secondly, it is atmospheric and cozy. Thirdly, the hotel is located in the very center of the city. A good price for such a room and excellent staff.

Excellent hotel in a historic building. The interior is very spacious and solid. The furniture is quite good, the breakfasts are rich and delicious. Convenient underground Parking, paid, but you don't have to worry about where to get up. The center is closed for the weekend, but entry is allowed for hotel guests.
The very center of Minsk, which means that all the sights are nearby.
The only negative is that the room is cold. Apparently they save money in the off-season. The problem was solved by the heater (though on the second attempt, but the reception worked).
In general, I recommend that you come here yourself next time.
A good hotel in the city center, located on the site of a former monastery, the building inside is very interesting. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a safe, Wi-Fi, the bathroom is large enough, there are shampoos, gels and shower caps.
The girls at the reception are very friendly.
The breakfast buffet is also good, there are scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, cheesecakes, vegetables, fruits, sweets, tea, coffee.
Among the disadvantages: - there is no refrigerator in the room; -the lighting is very poor. There are only two bedside lamps and a lamp on the table in the room. There is no lighting at the entrance to the room, so it's a little dark.
There is an ironing board with an iron in the corridors, but the lighting is also very poor, so you can't even see if you ironed things properly or not.
In general, I recommend the hotel!
It was September 2024. The first impression was made by the shower cabin in the photo. Somehow the superior room suggested a more modern one. Next, breakfast - porridge is bitter, there were often cutlets or meatballs, which are from the worst dining room. The omelet tastes like a dirty baking sheet or frying pan. For some reason, they give fruits: one pear for all or one kiwi for all, cut into small pieces. Further, access to cottage cheese, sour cream, olives, olives is difficult - a cool showcase. About cupcakes, cookies for tea or coffee, I can't even express their disgusting taste.
In the room, when the card is inserted and the electricity turns on, the dashboard buzzes, it is not possible to sleep. They just took out a card for the night.
And the most interesting thing is that the superior room does not have a refrigerator at all. We must pay tribute, yes indeed, the refrigerator is not declared. But somehow, even when ordering, they did not pay attention to this. It seemed like it was a required attribute.
And that's not all, the air conditioning in the room is regulated at the reception, if you are cold or hot, then go to the reception and they will adjust it for you.
This hotel is located in the historical center of Minsk, what surprised me was the churches, bars and restaurants all in one place and everything is nearby. We liked everything quiet and cozy, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. But there is one thing, but the lack of a refrigerator in the room was very much surprised by the fact that water is given only on the first day of check-in and there is also no cooler, that is, supply yourself with drinking water
🤷
An excellent hotel, located in the center of Minsk, inside the pedestrian zone (in this regard, there are difficulties with parking a car during the New Year holidays). The room is excellent, the breakfasts are excellent and varied, there are many cafes and restaurants, cultural monuments within walking distance. The girls at the registration are sincere and responsive, always ready to meet you halfway. We will definitely come back here again!
The hotel is great. Conveniently located. Clear. Beautiful interiors. It's very atmospheric. Friendly staff. I liked everything, but there are two very big BUTS:
1. Noisy. There are night clubs in the area. The music is blaring until morning.
2. The breakfasts are terrible. It's just a shame. They charge a lot for them. However, it is something dried up and completely old in appearance. Pancakes, judging by their appearance, are heated repeatedly. They're just dried. The salads are kind of sluggish. There is no milk in the coffee machine. There is a carafe of milk. But unlike the coffee machine, the milk in the carafe is cold. That is, either hot coffee or coffee with milk. It's just disgustingly the worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. There are several cafes in the area where you can have breakfast cheaper and much tastier.
The hotel is wonderful both in terms of atmosphere and location. But there are claims about nutrition . The breakfasts are generally normal, there is yogurt, cottage cheese, omelette, fruit. But along with this, there are also disadvantages, for example:
1) The oatmeal porridge was sour
2) Pancakes. It feels like they were baked 2 weeks ago, and now they were trying to resuscitate them. Sooo dry and hard. It was possible not to find fault with these dishes because you can choose something else, but what is Important! Such porridge and pancakes were 3 breakfasts in a row! This is at least disrespectful to the hotel guests!
3) Borscht was ordered from the menu. The first day was perfect. The next day, it became an incomprehensible pale color and taste (apparently the remains were diluted with water )
For a hotel of this level, this is a huge minus! I took off only one star, in the hope that the management will take into account these points, which, by the way, are very unpleasant, given the cost for a standard room of 7500rub/ day
The hotel is located in the very center right on the street, which is closed to cars on weekends. This is a former monastery converted into a hotel. It's a very interesting place. Rooms with vaulted ceilings, long corridors, quiet courtyard. The breakfasts are good. There is an underground parking (paid, but not expensive). There are many cafes nearby. I recommend.
This is an amazing hotel. Someone may be put off by the fact that "only 3 stars", but it doesn't matter. It's very atmospheric. Very authentic. The location is perfect. You can't even think of a better location. Everything is really within walking distance. When you book, pay attention to the ceiling in the rooms. Which, like in cells, creates an additional atmosphere.
Furniture, shutters, bed, corridors - complete immersion. This is the best hotel I've been to in terms of atmosphere. I recommend.
I stayed at this hotel with my family, we really liked it, an unusual hotel, a former monastery building, interesting interior, cozy rooms. I would also like to mention the delicious buffet breakfasts and the excellent location of the hotel in the historical center of the city. We will definitely come back here again.
Nice hotel. With his own story. Located in the center. Everything is within walking distance. Clean, cozy rooms. High vaulted ceilings. The room is stylized as a monastery cell. At the same time, the bathroom is perfect. The staff is excellent. We really liked it. I recommend.
The hotel is very conveniently located for excursions. This is the building of a former monastery. The rooms have antique furniture. This is an ancient part of the city of Troitskoye podvorye. You can go down to the Svisloch River and walk along the embankment that opens into the children's park.
