When ordering and booking tables, it was agreed that we would be seated in one place, but in fact we were served in another place in the aisle. Of course, no one warned us about this. The waitress-girl was more or less attentive and friendly, which cannot be said about the male waiters. The service ends with an indication on the words "these are your tables", then you need to go and ask for everything that interests you. They go to this place for a view of the city, accompanied by a delicious dinner. We won't go back there a second time. It is a pity that such an iconic place for Minsk is depressing, and does not cause a desire to visit it again.

After reading positive reviews about this institution, we decided to visit it. The main goal was to try the draniki, because we are tourists and we would like to try the national cuisine and how we thought it was worth starting from such a cool and popular place. To be fair, the salads turned out to be quite tasty. The view is gorgeous. That's where the advantages ended. For the hot meal, we ordered: pancakes with pork ribs, pancakes with turkey sausage. The pancakes were disgusting, there was no taste of potatoes at all, the taste of ordinary pancakes, my guess is that they overdid it with flour. The turkey sausage was delicious, the ribs were bland. The toilet surprised me the most: plastic transparent dispensers with a sticker on them, standing on the sink and an empty metal dispenser on the wall, a non-working immersion hand dryer and the cheapest toilet paper. This is not a RESTAURANT level. Well, the service is ordinary, not restaurant-level. The officer saw that some dishes were almost not eaten, he did not even ask if we liked everything. The prices that this "restaurant", as they call themselves, puts up are not worth it. And we are not Muscovites, as many people think that they are supposedly spoiled by good establishments. Even in our small town, in an institution that calls itself a restaurant, you will be satisfied with both the food and the interior, starting from the entrance to the institution, ending with the toilet.

Yesterday we visited the Panorama restaurant for the first time. The table was not booked (Monday). We went there to get impressions from a dinner at altitude on an important day for us. With a half-empty hall, we were offered the "only free table" against the wall (3 tables in the hall near the windows with a panorama of the night city and stood with signs "reserved"). The waitress was attentive, helped us decide on the choice of dishes, and we saw her at the time of ordering and at the time of changing dishes, in order to pay off we had to look for a waiter ourselves. We tried tartar (3 points out of 5, rather minced meat), beef cheeks with mashed potatoes (reminded of delicious goulash from the dining room) and pork on a bone (a little dry).
In my opinion, people go to this place for a view of the city accompanied by dinner, and not vice versa. We wouldn't go back there a second time. It is a pity that such a place brings despondency, and not a desire to visit it again.
On 29.08 we visited the Panorama restaurant, we were pleased with the live music, we really liked the atmosphere, the service, it is clear that the staff are masters of their craft.

The place is at a height literally, but unfortunately not figuratively: it is located on the top floor of the high-rise building of the hotel "Belarus" with all the nuances that follow from this. The aunt-administrator-waiter greeted her with a question instead of greeting: "will you have time to eat? Otherwise, everything is booked." Another replied to the message that it was not possible to connect the Internet, said verbatim: "well, these are not questions for me." Moscow may be making snobs out of people, but honestly, I'm not used to that. The interior of banquet halls, unfortunately, has nothing to add to this. Fresh, high-quality, but not at all interesting. The situation, which had already become almost hopeless, was unexpectedly saved by the kitchen. Pancakes with ribs are a godsend: the optimal combination of Belarusian and simply delicious cuisine. The best dish of the whole visit! Carbonara paste for a child - do not come off. It's good that he got a lot, and I got it.

There was a joyful reason to visit this restaurant. The first impression was immediately spoiled by the cloakroom attendant. The most unfriendly and rude lady. Inside, the interior is beautiful, the view from the window is gorgeous, but the whole restaurant is "soaked with a scoop". I liked the kitchen. The waiter was seen exactly three times when we made an order, when he brought food and at the end when we had to look for him to pay us off... And you can see the highlight of the evening in the photo (my wife is very afraid of spiders).Total: Kitchen +, staff - (at least who served us), city view +, the spirit of the scoop -. The waiters are mostly stationed near the bar, and are apparently tied to it by some kind of spell and emergency. It is very difficult to tear them away from this place. I visited twice, because it is difficult to find a nearby catering point after 22.00. Both times - well, not very much... although I'm lying - the second time was just not very good, but bad. After a 20-minute wait, I went myself to look for a waiter, who, after a consultation at the bar (and where else), was delegated to us by the local workshop of catering masters. Having done us a favor and accepted the order, the gentleman in white importantly left for 30 minutes... The administrator we called apologized and offered a consolation prize - a drum roll!!!! - coffee is on the house, very important at 23.00... just what exactly you need, apparently, to wait for the order, we did not appreciate the gifts and refused. The order (mine) was brought - beetroot salad with cottage cheese souffle (executed by a local chef as uncut slices of boiled beetroot and a piece of it? A slide? something in between cottage cheese and ricotta... apparently, this artist sees souffle gastronomy so-so... well, what is his right, he sees it that way... the hot one was carbonara pasta, which I thought was hard to spoil. But even here the cook showed his skills... An indistinct pile of fettuccine (???) with lightly toasted brisket and everything was generously poured with fat in which the brisket was fried... Garlic, egg, cream, parmesan, parsley and freshly ground pepper are not included in this recipe from a local cook. For decoration, a sprig of micro-greenery of the pea system was used... Decide for yourself whether to visit this catering point (I can't call it a restaurant).

At 22.50, the music was turned off in the institution and with meaningful glances they asked us to leave.
As for the prices, they are too high. The choice of dishes and the quality of cooking leaves much to be desired. The atmosphere is unpleasant. I do not recommend visiting, the service, atmosphere and food are at a very low level.

I asked that at least this glass of beer not be included in the bill. But they didn't go to the meeting and included beer in the bill. It felt like we had come to a diner, but not to a restaurant. To my surprise, the waiter informed us that we had drunk the beer after all, so we had to pay. 11.11.2023 I checked into the hotel Belarus, where the Panorama restaurant is a partner in the issue of the restaurant with room service, there was a late check-in, which I warned about in advance. When booking, it was indicated that of the available services there is a restaurant and room service.
At the reception desk, I asked a number of questions regarding room service and breakfast. I received a positive response without time limits, they were not told about them.
I went up to the room, got acquainted with the information booklet and called the restaurant at 22:50, the information booklet states that orders are accepted until 23:00, and the restaurant itself was open until 02:00 that day.
I asked the question: "Where can I get acquainted with the restaurant menu to make an order?", I did not specify what I want to eat or drinks.
The young man was also not interested in the moment, he just immediately said: "The kitchen does not work anywhere."
I clarified about the time because it is not written anywhere that the order needs to be made before a certain time, there is information that it is possible to do it before 23:00 and therefore the refusal of the order is unreasonable. After that, I asked why I wasn't even offered drinks, because I didn't say I wanted to eat, I just wanted to find out where I could get acquainted with the menu (make an order in the room or maybe I would like to eat after 12:00), but in the future, apparently, the employees don't think it's important for them to just refuse and provide the restaurant with the lost profit.
The young man decided to retire and pretend that he was going to ask about drinks, just at first he decided to refuse me an order for the kitchen, although again I repeat my question was not related to the kitchen, it was related to familiarization with the restaurant menu. After a number of his arrogant phrases, I asked who else I could talk to in order to leave a complaint about him and the false information in the booklet. At that moment, the restaurant employee decided that it was appropriate to argue and prove that he was right and as a result just hung up.
I called the hotel administrator on this incident, where I received an explanation that the restaurant is a third-party organization and if I want to leave a complaint, I must contact the restaurant
I went up to the restaurant, where I was met by a fairly drunk man of short stature with an alcoholic ambergris, who introduced himself simply as an employee and that this issue could be solved with him. I asked for a book of complaints, they decided not to give it to me on demand. A fairly drunk employee decided to explain to me that it is not right to spoil an employee's life with complaints and that I, as a person working in the restaurant business for more than 13 years, should understand this, he also began to find out where I have been working for 13 years, that I do not understand the situation and do not get into the situation. When it did not work out to put pressure on pity and professional solidarity, an attempt was made to pay off with water and fruit.
After another refusal on my part and a reminder that the book of complaints and suggestions is provided on demand, the tone of the conversation changed and the waiter was ordered to provide me with a book.
Is this your service and attitude? Is this attitude and behavior of the restaurant staff a service? When you wrote the slogan for the restaurant "Always on top", did you mean the height of rudeness, alcoholism of restaurant employees and refusal to accept an order, lack of sales?
I feel sorry for a business that employs employees who do not care about the company's income or reputation.
