We ordered pickup: pancakes with mushrooms, sorcerers, dranik in a zbuynitsky way, hoping for a delicious dinner (in August we visited this place only at a different address, it was divine), but it was not there, we open the package and we are greeted by a "zhorik", very similar to a cockroach, this, of course, us it did not stop, we open the containers, the pancakes with mushrooms turned out to be without cabbage (the choice of this dish was made precisely for the sake of cabbage, oops-a bummer, the institution said that they did not put it on pickup, the question why they did not put it / why they did not warn, the answer did not sound, it was also not indicated anywhere), then we open the sorcerers (knowing for sure that there is no catch, but no - we were met by a hair inside), this, of course, disappointed, but did not stop, we open in a zbuynitsky way, phew, there is no hair, the potatoes are delicious, the filling is so-so, the pork turned out to be very tough, more than beef, the sauce is delicious)
In total, the establishment is suspicious.
We still dared to try the food, dranik with mushrooms 5/5, sorcerers 2/5, zbunitski 2/5, there is something to work on, but first of all carry out general cleaning, buy a head net so that the hair does not fall (200 rubles For 100 pcs), cook pork properly.

I have rested many times, the place is wonderful. But on 30.03.2024 we went to eat with the children, ordered borscht as usual. A friend took a pickle. They brought borscht instead of sour cream separately, there was a mass floating in it , clearly squeezed out of the package like mayonnaise. Asking the question is that they said sour cream, but it does not dissolve because of the hot soup, they say. This is ridiculous, mayonnaise may not dissolve, but sour cream ... After trying it, I realized that this is some kind of fat that has neither sour cream sourness nor creamy taste, I clarified once again, to which I received the answer no, they did not confuse. I asked a friend to try what was added to his hodgepodge, it tasted like sour cream. And after stirring it, it immediately dissolved. I have already strongly pointed out to them that it is not sour cream that floats in borscht , but like mayonnaise in chunks without dissolving. They decided to replace it. But they brought the same thing again, immediately adding it to the soup. And again, the taste is fatty and does not dissolve, floating in lumps on top. I'm not a restaurant critic, but it's a game to do that!! Moreover, having shown them that sour cream has dissolved in the hodgepodge and is in couscous, and. It does not dissolve in borscht, they left with a dissatisfied face. He refused and went with his daughter to eat somewhere else. the bill was brought for payment along with the borscht that was not eaten!

A great place to sit together and company. The first sign of this is that it is difficult to get here without armor. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table to be available.
We had dinner outside, and when I went down to the cafe itself, I realized why everything was busy!
There was a company at each table, and they had some unimaginable amount of food on the table.
That is, almost a whole piglet, pieces of meat, rustic potatoes and excellent beer.
Our portions were also not small and everything was satisfying and delicious.
In general, you have understood where you need to go if you want to sit all evening over a mug of foam in good company and good food.

For the first time in Belarus. I went to have breakfast at this place because it was on the way. It was 11:00 and already "sucked in the pit of my stomach."
I ordered some pancakes for myself... everything was delicious, but the incredibly loud music overshadowed the breakfast. At the same time, the volume was periodically increased.
Dear hosts and staff!
Believe me- the client often does not want to listen to "dlbisurround" during breakfast!
If you really want to have fun, then it should be a lounge and decibels should not "blow up" the heads and eardrums of visitors in any way.

They highly recommended this place to us and really did not lose! Authentic atmosphere, delicious food. The only drawback is the popularity of this place, we need to book everything in advance, but we got there without reservation. Having informed us from the doorstep that there is a table for 1 hour, then everything is booked, they managed to feed us 8 and get us drunk a little during this hour. Everything is delicious, fast and very satisfying. I can definitely recommend this institution.

We came to Minsk with a large company, to relax and have a delicious meal. The choice fell on the cafe "Pansky dranik". As a result: they found a cockroach on the table (alive with a mustache). The food in the restaurant is not bad, but there are big questions for the staff.
Firstly, with a large number of empty tables, we were seated at the first table we came across without asking. Later, we still moved ourselves to the one we liked.
Secondly, the dish was cooked for 50 minutes, although they did not warn about it. To the question "when will the dish be ready?" They answered for "a couple of minutes," which lasted 15-20 minutes. And when we pointed this out, the staff immediately started responding rather rudely to us and the service changed accordingly immediately. They had clearly become unwanted guests, whom they rather wanted to send away.
The result is a spoiled mood and unwillingness to return.

We went to a nearby restaurant (RB), but decided to turn here.The service (we were sitting outside, it was not comfortable for me downstairs, it was cold) was mega-fast, although there were a lot of visitors.The portions are very large, and some are simply huge (look carefully at the weight of the dishes, this is important).I will not write recommendations on dishes-everything is delicious! I recommend that you take tea with thyme and juniper in the end.In general, I highly recommend it, we returned the next day for another lunch.On our next visit to Minsk (it's an annual one), we won't even think about where to have lunch-right here.

A beautiful cozy place with a mature style, even the waitresses are dressed in a folk way.
A pleasant menu with low prices, hearty portions.
We ate our fill of soup. Borscht costs 9 Belarusian rubles, with lard on bread and garlic 2 rubles. Incredibly delicious tortillas with cheese, which go well with a frying pan. There is a lot of meat in the soup, whole pieces of sausages, aggressively. The bird with vegetables turned out to be light and satisfying. There were only two for seven, four more, and I saw one table for two. The hall is clean, there is no loud music. A large selection of menus.
The best in Minsk after the poppy in front of the railway station, I definitely advise and rate it 10 out of 10

A magnificent, atmospheric and very tasty place. We arrived in Minsk for 3 days. We found this place on the map by chance and did not lose it! It is cheap, tasty and few people here (even on Friday evening they found a place without booking). They cook themselves and you can feel it. The staff is very friendly.
We dined here all 3 evenings and did not regret it at all)
Below we wrote about the long wait and about the kitchen closing early - I don't know, we didn't see any of this.

I wanted to taste pancakes and delicious Belarusian cuisine with my family. They chose the menu and reviews for the bright pictures, but everything was confirmed, they did not regret it. Draniki with a tongue is the highest score. I was especially pleased with the tinctures. Excellent raw materials, mild taste, saturation at the level (I tried it in different places and countries for taste - there is something to compare it with). Tinctures are top, you should definitely try them. From my favorite - horseradish, aniseed and pervak.
