I came to the Winners 1 - they answered me: no problem, we will cancel that order and cook for you here in 5 minutes (in fact, all 15). And after that, I was added to the blacklist! Moreover, I found out about this, not even at the time of the next order, when I came for it, but it turned out that it was simply not issued without explanation! And the next time I realized that the order was not being processed again - or rather, it was allegedly issued, but the SMS did not arrive. So I have a number of questions about your work.
1. Why didn't your employee warn me about the consequences of canceling the order?
2. Why did you blacklist me without notifying me about it (you have my phone number and email and more than 30 paid orders)?
3. Why do you need a support service if they can't solve a similar problem, but force you to download your application?
4. Why is there a tab on the site: leave a review - but the review is not left? Or are there only 5 stars?

Quite often I take a doner of a rather specific composition here, they never looked askance or commented out loud, unlike some other points.
