Personally, I was generally refused a haircut, referring to my hair, with which nothing can be done at all. Yes, I asked for any haircut when it turned out that a haircut according to my reference was impossible. In general, the master spent about 15-20 minutes on me. I washed my hair, trimmed the ends and dried it all. The payment did not change in any way, I paid for the full procedure. I'm not sorry, at least I wasn't disfigured. Apparently, I had to pay for it :)
By the way, I had my hair done in another place according to my reference and everything is fine.

The place is wonderful. The masters listen carefully to the wishes and the work corresponds to them as much as possible. They do it efficiently and the atmosphere is very pleasant, it is a pleasure to be in the salon. I've been there several times, and I always come out happy

I went to them to urgently correct a bad haircut, they can take it to work, but the result is even higher than the state contractors can not provide. Coming the next day after an unsuccessful haircut in order to discuss with the would-be master the option of how to fix this, you just get a confused look from the employee in response, not understanding what he did wrong.
For rich and thoughtless consumers, to spend money in an instagrammed place and get a haircut for conditionally one exit will do. But in general, it's just worse than if you got a haircut in the reserved seat of a prison car.
The place for such managers of such a place, as well as for masters, is in the trash. Please, you will learn to understand people first, and not cut off all your hair, and then, as an easy solution, just give money from the master's shoulder "so as not to waste time."
I would advise the salon to reconsider its approach to working with clients and developing the schedule of its employees. I had two visits to the salon. during the first one, I was signed up to the art director for a haircut + coloring. Daniel was not released on time and another master cut my hair, although I signed up and paid for the service of the art director. Okay, happens. the haircut and color suited me, the moment was taken.
the second time I came today (Mon. 26.09), having previously made an appointment with master Gleb a week before Tue. 20.09. upon my arrival (on time again, and the master was busy again), the receptionist clarified whether I came at 16:30, to which I replied that I came by my appointment at 16 the lady left to announce my arrival to the master, who reacted to her notification with a not very unpleasant answer "what other color to me?". it is unpleasant to hear such a remark from the master you plan to go to, you will agree)
further - more: five minutes later, I was called to the reception and informed that for some reason I had not been recorded and my session was not on the schedule. it should be noted that I specifically signed up in advance to free up the evening and plan my work schedule and personal plans for a haircut. I was asked to sit down and wait until the situation was resolved. they found a solution to the situation right away: they offered to sign me up tomorrow at any time with a discount, which did not suit me. as a result, the receptionist tried to find out something with the art director, but neither master Gleb nor other masters could serve me at the recorded time.
It would seem that a compromise was found: recording in exactly one week. I clarified the cost of the discount, which the receptionist suggested to me to negotiate personally with the master. Excuse me? first of all, why should I negotiate because of a staff error, if you offer? Secondly, why should the master suffer from this if he did not record me?
for those interested: instead of 120 rubles, I was offered 110-105 rubles, without voicing a specific price as a result.
Have you apologized? No. Did you say goodbye to me? also no.
I would not advise people who find a customer-oriented attitude in this salon to take risks. and I will no longer advise myself to go to the paramatma salon.
