3. I contacted you about postponing the recording for correction. I ask if it is possible to reschedule the recording to the same day earlier or another day, the answer is no and silence. What is this supposed to mean?)) where is the suggestion of possible transfer dates? Where is the clarification?
4. Confirmation of the recording. The admin on the phone first confirmed my entry, then "oh, we have a time delay here, you will arrive an hour later." OK, but why confirm the recording within one call and immediately reschedule it?)
5. And the final visit - thank you for saying hello. But further)))) again, they ignored and only threw the phrase "put on shoe covers"
In short, every time the feeling that I was interfering with their business) really spoiled the impression of the studio.

When a client comes to you, he is already ready to pay for quality, mood, and positive emotions…Another young lady who worked in this studio did not remain indifferent. I decided to offer my help... but..as it turned out, she can't make eyebrows, since they have only one master who has a certain technique. In general, the result is that the name of the studio is not an indicator of their professionalism. I have the following opinion - you can go to the studio to one master, named Ulyana, who can do what others cannot. It's a pity I didn't get to her right away. There is a customer orientation - coffee and sweets were offered.
