I recommend it, a very good hotel! She left her two kittens for a long time (more than 14 days). An employee of the hotel helped determine the choice of a room, told me everything in detail.
We sent a photo report every day. It was obvious that my kittens liked it there, that they were treated with love, they adapted quickly.
Now I know where, if necessary, I will leave my pets. And I won't worry.
They love cats there!)

I would like to express my great gratitude and say a big thank you to the Pets Place hotel! For the first time, they left their beautiful kitty (Luna, 1 year 4 months) for the time of departure abroad (13 days). We were very worried, but everything went great. Every day we were sent photos and videos from walks and told about the condition of our baby.
The hotel staff very quickly found an approach to her and gained her trust.
That's it, now the issue with our travels has been resolved - we always know who to entrust our most beloved and dear child to. We recommend 100%.

Every day you will receive a video report about what is happening to your pet. Every day your pet will be able to walk on the playground without conflicts with other "tourists". And if you can't stop admiring your fluffy for more than an hour, there is a webcam with 24/7 access to the room where your pet is located. In 10 years of her life, Nyusha never left home, but circumstances turned out that the whole family had to leave for three weeks. I had to put the cat in a cot. The choice fell on Pets Place and they did not regret it. The hotel staff is very attentive and caring, it is clear that cats are loved, the rooms are beautiful. Nyusha is not very sociable, we were worried about how the adaptation would take place in an unfamiliar place with strangers. But kotonyan tried to make Nyusha have less stress and more comfort, found an approach to her and the contact turned out. Daily video reports and round–the-clock access to video surveillance helped us to worry less - we saw that everything was fine with the cat and she was in safe hands. Now we know where to put Nyusha in case of our departure. Many thanks to Pets Place for taking care of our cat!

The best place for a kitty on vacation. In each room there is ventilation, cleaning, washing the tray, letting out for a walk, playing. There are many different toys, scratching posts, and playhouses. Each cat is given time. I really liked that they give access to video surveillance, you can look at your family member - a kitty at any time. Every day they sent a report with photos, videos, tell us how the pet's general well-being is, whether she ate, went to the toilet, etc. moments.

I would like to thank Pet's Place for the wonderful care and attention of my four-legged pet. They left Eva for 14 days. It was hard for her at first, she doesn't like to stay out at all, but later the cat made contact and adapted perfectly. It turned out to be only thanks to the love, patience and careful attitude of the hotel to animals🤍
I especially liked the round-the-clock monitoring (and on vacation I watched it like a movie) and the daily report on the condition of the animal. Also, when settling in, all the features of feeding and caring for Eva were taken into account.
In general, everything is 10/10. We will definitely come back again if circumstances require it!

Wonderful impressions from the stay of our fastidious kitty in this hotel. The staff immediately got along with our favorite. The sensitive, attentive, affectionate hostess found an approach to her. The hotel has clean "rooms" for animals, and there is a lot of space for movement and games in the walking area. Filler and trays can be provided to you on request, we brought our own. They can also give a litter. It is better to leave your pet a favorite toy and a scratching post. After each guest, the "room" and inventory are processed. The animal will be satisfied with all its needs, including stroking and combing. The rhythm of feeding will be adjusted to the home (constant access to food or give multiples), the water is often changed. We left our cat Sima for a few nights, but some cats took up space for up to several months. The animals look well-fed and calm.
On the first day, Sima got used to it and was a little worried at times, but quickly got used to a three-day walking regime and slept in between. When we picked her up, she was in no hurry to leave, "showed" us everything)
We will definitely contact you again!
And! Most importantly, the hotel has a video surveillance system for animals. You can remotely connect and watch how your kitty is being cared for, monitor her mood and behavior. In addition, additional reports and photos were sent to us.
We are delighted, we recommend a pet-friendly hotel).

A wonderful place where your pet will be taken care of with love and attention! I thought for a long time before I decided to leave the kitty in this hotel, and then I quickly realized that it was the right decision)
Maya is very active, but with a character. I was worried if she would get used to the rules of the hotel, if she would be comfortable with strangers.
In the end, everything went very well. I could see from the cameras that Maya always rested quietly at night, which meant that she had an active day. I was very glad to see that Maya made contact with kotonya, gives herself a pat and comes to purr on her knees, because this means that she feels good and calm there.
Daily photo and video reports were always uplifting and helped to make sure that the kitty was doing well. And the hotel has a wonderful Instagram with daily photos, the most real cat therapy)
We will definitely come back for the next vacation :)

The best place for a pet
We went abroad, it was necessary to leave the cat with someone for 10 days. I was very worried, because the cat had problems with urination, they were treated for cystitis. We agreed with the employee without any problems that we need to give the medicine with food for another day and monitor urination. But the situation did not get better and the doctor prescribed another 5 days to give the pill, the staff went to the meeting without any problems. They also described the toilet situation in the reports, for which I thank them very much

A super cool place for cats with the kindest staff, they left our baby for 11 days, they liked everything very much, a sweet girl sent photos and videos of the cat every day, wrote about his well-being, told what she was doing. Plus, there is 24-hour access to the camera in the room. I was impressed by the responsibility and the most sincere attitude towards our pmtomets as my own. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank the PETS PLACE hotel for sheltering my beloved kitty Adele.
I was very worried about giving the cat away, but I really liked the first impression of the hotel, so I decided to try it. I really liked that there is round-the-clock video surveillance and you can always see what is happening to your pet. I also want to point out that they took care of my cat maybe even better than I did.🙂
She was constantly and closely watched, played, fed, and cleaned. Importantly, she was constantly allowed to walk around the hotel, but she did not cross paths with other seals for safety. This is a very important point that has been thought out here.
also, in addition to video surveillance, I was sent a photo and video report every day with comments on how my cat behaved, even her mood was noted.
Considering all that was written, I was calm that my cat would be fine.
Additionally, I want to express my gratitude for the fact that my cat was very unsociable, and I was worried how she would behave in a strange place (which is a lot of stress for cats), but in 6 days PETS PLACE managed to turn my cat into the most loving creature, who now comes to sit next to me 5 times a day, Although I've never come to the hotel like this.

We left a chihuahua for 10 days-he is a very shy and clamped baby. What was my surprise when I saw that the very next day he was happily running after a toy. Absolutely amazing place! If you are thinking about where to leave your pet on vacation, do not even hesitate. For us, this was the first experience of an animal hotel, we had to search urgently (we thought to leave it with friends, but the cat did not get along with their cat at all).
