I've been with my brothers since 2011 when I was building a house. I am very happy for them. The development is visible every year. It was nice to see a good retail store at the place of product discharge in the past. Order and kindness to the client are visible in everything. Thanks to the staff and management. I rarely visit now, but always only positive emotions. I don't know how you motivate the staff, but you are definitely going the right way. Always at 5.

I ordered the material several times. The site does not work correctly when placing an order: when confirming an order, it simply resets the shopping cart. The information about the order did not arrive in the mail. It is impossible to get through to the managers at Uruchye. Managers are rude and reply that they do not have the right to pick up the phone if there are customers in the store! And we, the callers, I'm sorry, who are we for them??? For the first time, they sent a loader who unloaded 550 kg of material for more than an hour and threw the bags so that they seemed to tear. In the second order, they cheated and took double payment for the loader: for some reason, 20 rubles instead of the required 21 rubles allegedly for unloading the car and another 21 rubles for climbing to the floor. People, be vigilant if you think about working with this company! I do not advise contacting such unscrupulous sellers.

I bought a bar of 100x50. 5 pieces. Each curve is so much that everything is thrown away. Unfortunately, there is no contact support. Lost money. Check the product upon delivery. I've been using the store for a long time. Usually the product and service are on the level. But, the lumber is of very poor quality and they do not want to make a refund, and they remove inconvenient reviews from their site.

The managers are great fellows. Everything is fast, clear, and to the point. We were always in touch and helped to promptly resolve urgent issues with materials. Normal and adequate prices. Thanks for the service! And the young man from the metal depot generally has a low bow. I ordered building materials on the website on Wednesday evening with delivery to St. Petersburg and unloading. On Thursday, I went to their office in the morning and paid for it. But they have a large load, they offered delivery only on Friday. The selected stone wool was no longer available, it had to be replaced with a more expensive one. I asked you to select the lumber more evenly (for me on the crate). And lo and behold! They arrived of very acceptable quality. The delivery worked clearly, the SMS was sent, the driver called back, unloaded, carried and put on the site where he said. A student loader. It's good that they are given a part-time job in the summer. They are polite and helpful. Everything is accurate in terms of the quantity and quality of goods. I was satisfied. Without their service, there would be a lot of fuss with the purchase and delivery of materials for construction. The price for everything is lifting.

I placed an order on the website. I received a message that the order is ready. I came home from work in the evening and paid for it. I was sent to the warehouse - it turns out that no one planned to collect my order in advance. Plus, it turned out that there is no one position - a recalculation.
As a result, it took me 40 minutes to pay and pick up the order.
Does it make sense to place an order on the site if no one collects it anyway and it will not save your time in any way???
