After communicating with the dealership and friends, I arrived at the main office on Plekhanov Street, where all the documents were accepted without question and there was no question of refusal. The specialists of the main office are friendly and competent, and the service is fast enough.
To improve the work and a better impression of the company, I would like to hear from the same competent specialists of the call center.

I don't recommend it to anyone! The service, the terms of the contract, and the amount of payments are ridiculous. There is no worse insurance company. I insured the child against accidents, the child has spinal injury, stretching of soft tissues throughout the spine, had an MRI scan, X-rays, bed rest for 0 days, medications, physiotherapy, relief from physical exertion for almost 2 months. You can't apply online, you can't get a calculator online - you need to collect the paperwork and go submit it in person. The sum of the insurance indemnity amounted to 27 Belarusian rubles. It's a shame! Don't waste your money and time on this company!
