We came to have dinner at a cafe, where we had visited periodically earlier. The level of the kitchen has decreased so much that, most likely, this was our last visit here. But that's not the point now. In ptici, it is now the "autumn festival". The territory is beautiful, no doubt. Golden foliage everywhere, a view of the pond, a forest behind the pond. The views are extremely beautiful in autumn. but! Walking further along the territory in a great mood, we saw a LIVE GOAT. Just among the gazebos there is a small goat on a chain. To say that we were shocked is to say nothing. On the territory of an institution with high traffic, among gazebos, tables, people, children, and in general, a LIVE GOAT is simply out of place. They asked the staff, they say they bring her in the morning, and take her away in the evening. There are no words. It's scary to imagine what kind of stress this animal is experiencing.
There is no desire to return to this place at all!!!

Apparently, the staff is trying to make good money there by deceiving guests.It all started with the fact that the dishes that I ordered from the menu were radically different from what was brought to us.The menu indicates:lamb ribs with vegetables and rice. The price is 25 rubles, they brought us two small ribs and pickled onions. After asking the waiter a question, no one gave me a clear answer. it feels like the guy is working for the first day. It is not menu oriented at all. I turned a blind eye to this, after that they did not add the ordered 250ml of vodka to the decanter. It was 150ml at most.It is clear that it is possible to fool people who drink and may not pay attention to it, but not in this case, my husband was drinking (I was sober). At the very end, we asked for dessert, which we waited for 20 minutes and realized that they had simply forgotten about us. When we arrived at the checkout, they told me the amount I needed to pay without giving a check, in response I asked for it. If I hadn't asked, I probably wouldn't have been given it.I quickly ran my eyes over the receipt, but I regret that I did not check it carefully, I think I would have found something there. I paid the bill. It's my turn to pay for the house. The woman told me the amount of 104 rubles, I gave her 200 rubles and I paid 4 rubles by card so that it would be more convenient for her to give me change. As a result, she took the 100 rubles that she allegedly put for me and put it back in her wallet. Then I held out my hand and she, embarrassed, returned the money to me. The staff, who is honest, tries hard- you want to thank them and tip them. But today's trip to your place just ruined the mood. And I don't want to go back to your cafe anymore.

I rented a house with a Jacuzzi. There is no food, from the word at all: they brought cold potatoes, shish kebab is not only cold, but also raw. The service is disgusting, they did not respond to a call on the button. At first they said that there was no beer, and then they began to carry bottled beer from nowhere (in simple words, "leftist"). I talked to other visitors - everyone has a negative opinion about visiting this institution. The payment was split at two bank terminals, and we were asked for part of it in cash. The temperature in one of the baths and the pool did not correspond to the stated temperature. The TV was not working. The cafe has gone bad, I won't come here anymore. There used to be delicious food and excellent service. I left 725 bel. rubles in the cafe, I threw the money away.
Updated: I left a Casio wristwatch on the table, called the administrator, but they are not there. I'm not surprised...
P.S. I've never seen worse establishments.

We were celebrating a birthday. The hot meal was ordered half an hour after arrival. It was given back an hour and 20 minutes later. In the end, thank God, we and our guests were left with the dish. One of the waitresses, to put it mildly, was not in a VERY sober state. I was lying on my knees , putting plates on my head when serving. Yes, you heard right, when she took away the plates, she put them on our guests' heads. I dropped the dishes and only put them away an hour later . When asked to serve us, one of the waitresses ignored us and talked on the phone, communicating with obscenities. At the end of the evening, one of the staff was kneeling in the center of the hall.

When I approached another waitress and asked what was going on here at all, she replied that this inadequate person had been sent home and I think that for a reason!
