incompetent, they don't know anything, they've picked up clever words, but they don't understand their meaning, these long pauses, mumbling into the phone, just brakes, as if they didn't get enough sleep or didn't eat. terrible attitude towards people, rudeness, ignorance, antipathy. Never mess with these people in your life and don't waste your time.
