I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is good. The breakfast is delicious and varied. In the evening, you can swim in the pool, warm up in the sauna or Jacuzzi.

I liked the hotel, the breakfast was varied, the lounge and the presence of a pool and SPA pleased me.
Check-in and check-out were quick, everything was fine. The room is cleaned daily and water is provided.
The only not very pleasant moment is the service in the lounge, the staff is indifferent to their duties, dishes, drinks and dishes are not provided on time, this spoiled the overall impression. Otherwise, it is excellent, I recommend you to visit.

I liked the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. There is everything you need except a dental kit: tea set, kettle, hair dryer, gel, shampoo, conditioner. An ironing board and an iron are also in the room. The bed is wide and comfortable, the bed linen is excellent. I liked the opportunity to order breakfast in the room, the service is free. The breakfast is delicious. There is a restaurant, not used. Unlimited access to the hotel's spa center: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna. There is a gym. Everything is clean. The bathrobes and towels are white and soft. The hotel is located close to the walking center of the city, but in an area where you did not want to walk. It is a 7-minute walk to the metro and one metro stop to Nemiga, where you can walk, 7 minutes by taxi.

Nice hotel in Minsk. Positive: the standard room is quite spacious, clean, the staff is polite and responsive (at our request, we replaced the feather pillows in the room with synthetic ones, because my husband is allergic, and did it in 5 minutes), there is a small refrigerator in the room, free parking is available for hotel guests. We didn't use the SPA, we didn't take meals at the hotel, so I can't appreciate it. Cons: location - 7-10 minutes by taxi to the center, it is problematic to walk.

Excellent service, courteous staff, pleasant staff, always greet guests with a smile.
Beautiful girls at the reception. The atmosphere is calm, decorated in pleasant natural tones. Nice view from the window, good panoramic view especially on the high floor. Clean toilets decorated with granite. There are paintings on every floor. It's nice to look at the design. An exhibition in the lobby, beautiful chess, chairs as a separate art form.
I am very glad that I visited this place.
Cons: on the stairs to the last floor, you need to solve the problem of ventilation, there are leaks from the roof.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel! The hotel is modern, new comfortable furniture, a rather big room. Friendly staff. Bathrobes, slippers, kettle with tea and coffee, bottled water, refrigerator, well-functioning Internet - there is everything for a comfortable stay. The restaurant is cozy, the food is delicious, the cost is adequate. I really liked the SPA area. Quite a large swimming pool with a comfortable water temperature, 2 saunas, a Jacuzzi. We ordered a Thai massage. It was perfectly clean, there was enough space for everyone. We were very satisfied. The only disadvantage for us was the location: the city center is 2.5 km away on foot. But the taxi always helped out.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank the staff of the Renaissance Minsk Congress Hotel and SPA Center for their responsiveness and hospitality! The hotel is magnificent! We spent two wonderful nights in early April from Saturday to Monday. I have absolutely no complaints about him. There are microneedles, but they are so insignificant compared to the general atmosphere that they are not worth attention. Everything you need is in the room, including an iron and ironing board. Water and hygiene products, towels are replenished and updated daily. There are ice machines on the floors, and an ice bucket in the room, and these pleasant nuances are provided. The staff is well-trained and helpful, the duties are learned and honed perfectly. The staff aims to help and fulfill all the wishes of the guests. I would especially like to mention and express my gratitude to the manager who corresponded with me by e-mail. I was very excited about the upcoming trip, and periodically had questions and suggestions. They always listened to me patiently and attentively, helped to dispel doubts, and promptly resolved the difficulties that arose. The hotel has various incentive programs, promotions, and special offers. We combined, took one day on the offer of a "romantic weekend", the second on the "birthday" promotion. Our stay included a romantic dinner with champagne, room upgrade, late check-out, sweets and flowers in the room, sparkling wine and a birthday cake. I would like to add that all rooms of higher standard categories have access to the executive living room, where light snacks, lunch, dinner and alcohol are served from 14:00 to 23:00, and you can also use the mini office. The club lounge is located on the 11th floor, and our luxurious room was also there. The room category was upgraded to a junior suite. The room was provided stunning, on the 11th floor, a living room, a huge balcony with two rooms, two bathrooms, and a shower and a bathroom, a huge bed, a comfortable mattress, soft pillows – everything you can dream of. I have been choosing a hotel for a long time and was 1000% satisfied with the choice! The use of the SPA is also included in the accommodation. The pool is large enough, the sun beds are comfortable, two saunas and a Jacuzzi, delicious herbal tea. There is no hamam, personally I missed him. I don't really like saunas, but they were different in temperature, you could choose a more comfortable one.
The hotel is located in a new area, but within walking distance from the center of Minsk. I read in the reviews that there is nothing around the Renaissance, a wasteland, nowhere to go, but this is not the case. The neighboring building has all the necessary shops, a children's world, groceries, a fixed price, a pharmacy, a play area, a cafe. The hotel itself also has a children's room. Parking on the territory of the Renaissance is its own, free, it is better to go to the center on your own, traffic jams on weekdays, on weekends you can just see how the urban development is changing from the center to the outskirts. Renaissance Hotel is conveniently located, opposite the bus stop (13 min to the center), metro 7 min walk, to the center 25 min walk. I also considered Hilton and Marriott for accommodation, but these hotels had their own nuances that did not suit me. I liked the Hilton from the photos and reviews, but it did not have a SPA, and it was important and necessary for me, but it is located in the very center and next to a large shopping center. Marriott is also in a new area and is also fresh and comfortable, but the SPA area is smaller, and there are fewer compliments from the hotel on the birthday, there are no such pleasant bonuses as in the Renaissance, for me these arguments became weighty when making the final decision.
The food at the hotel is excellent! Themed brunches are additionally organized on Saturdays. From 14:00 to 18:00, guests of the hotel will enjoy a real feast in the best traditions of the Turkish "all inclusive". They are paid separately. Business lunches are also organized on weekdays from 12:00 to 15:00. Each time the theme is different, the menu is also different, respectively. We even asked to reschedule our included dinner for the next evening, so varied and satisfying was the lunch. I can say with confidence that you will not stay hungry here and there will be no need to look for a cafe for lunch or dinner, everything is delicious and at affordable prices. Breakfast is from 07:00 to 12:00 on weekends, an hour shorter on weekdays. Spanish Prosecco champagne, red and white Spanish wine, vodka, Belarusian beer. The Swedish line is varied, I didn't even try everything, although I spent at least 2 hours at breakfast. We just sat and enjoyed good wine and snacks, talked, didn't even feel like spending time on the phone, discussed plans and impressions. The sweet table is adequately represented by a variety of sweets, cakes, donuts and honey in honeycombs. There were only waffles, pancakes, cheesecakes, sweet dumplings, and casserole. It is very diverse and delicious, I will not list all the menus, but I liked it and satisfied my capricious taste with everything. The festive dinner on my husband's birthday was delicious from the chef, really very romantic, beautiful interior, dishes, candles, champagne, music, personalized service, serving, everything is exquisite and festive. I did not regret that we did not go to a restaurant in the city center, but rescheduled the included dinner for this evening at the hotel. Additionally, my husband was brought another cake with candles and told a solemn speech. The hotel made the holiday unforgettable for us, all the important points were thought out and only pleasant impressions remained. Once again, I want to thank you for your attention to the guests! It may seem that I am praising the hotel profitably, but this is absolutely not the case. I sincerely express my delight. Maybe someone will find flaws here, but for me the stay was perfect!

An expensive 5-star hotel in Minsk does not match its stardom and price. There are a lot of people at the SPA in the evening, because not only hotel visitors can visit the SPA. It is not logical to have 2 saunas, one at 90 degrees, the other at 70. It would be better if the second one was a hamam. The showers in the men's locker room do not work, I had to wash in the room. I tried to visit the SPA at 7 a.m. so that there would be few people. At this time, the saunas are slightly warm. The shower drain did not work in the room, it almost flooded the room. We stayed at the hotel from May 10th to 11th. The Deluxe room exceeded all expectations. Very comfortable: a large double bed, a comfortable mattress, several pillows, perfect cleanliness. A bathrobe, slippers, and shower toiletries are available. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, toilet and bidet. A huge balcony with a view of the city. For just a few days, our team had a powerful and bright corporate party at the Renaissance Hotel! While the emotions are fresh, I want to share! Our working team is quite large, more than 200 people, and not every restaurant in Minsk is ready to receive us, so we chose Renaissance, where there is a bombastic reception hall!
So, just as a theater is greeted from a hanger, so our first acquaintance with the hotel happened with the receptionist, the sweetest girl Anastasia. From the first day of preparation, she immersed herself with us in the working issues of the corporate party (menu preparation, placement of artists, tables, guests in the dressing rooms, transportation of our transport, organization of a video sequence on the screens, slides with champagne and our other wishlist) worked 1000 percent! Award to the employee!!!
An important part of the event is food! And here is the grand level again! It should be borne in mind that 80 percent of our team are young voracious guys aged 20-25. And believe me, these guys were satisfied! Everything is delicious, beautiful, planned, and bombastic. And the chef gets a double bonus - after all, it's still a challenge to organize meals for two hundred people at the highest level!
The waiter girls worked clearly, quickly and almost imperceptibly. There were no dirty dishes or dirty napkins on the table, and new bomb dishes appeared instantly!
Of course, many people are concerned about the price of this powerful nativity scene. The average check per person is the same as everywhere else in the city of Minsk, although many people think Renaissance is some kind of ultra expensive. That's not really the case.
And taking into account the general organization of the event, the attitude of the administration and, in general, the interior decoration.... Renaissance is ultra fat! Friends, I am glad to thank you for a powerful holiday!!

The hotel is nice with a convenient location.
We took a deluxe room for three with a child, it is comfortable and spacious.
The room is clean, the bed with pillows is comfortable.
Meals for 5+/-, you will not be hungry, only coffee for 3 balls.
Of the disadvantages, the bed was not changed for 4 nights, but simply turned over the blanket (there were 2 spots and it turned out)
The rules say replacement 1 time in 3 days.

And there is an older girl, she was the presenter at the event, so it's very expensive to listen to her, her voice is super. The dishes are delicious, but you are small. Very clean rooms, spacious, large swimming pool, 2 saunas, gym. Conveniently located. Friendly staff at the reception, always helped with everything, the miners missed cleaning one day, called the reception in the evening, immediately sent cleaning. We had 4 rooms. There are connecting rooms for families with a door between the rooms. If strangers are accommodated in such a room, the audibility through the door will be excellent, so pay attention to this when checking in. In general, the hotel is very good, we liked it.

The hotel fully corresponds to my ideas of a real five-star hotel.
They settled in quickly, even though we arrived an hour earlier. In the bathroom, I would like to immediately use toothpaste - there is a small note that if necessary, they will bring it (I prefer to use my own brushes)
Everything is top class at breakfast. Fresh fruits, however, are not on the counter, they are offered by the waiters themselves, you can just ask the waiter to bring them - they are brought in a couple of minutes (they really squeeze during this time).
It's a little far from the center. Of course, taxis are close to all streets, but walking to the town hall is 30 minutes. You can also take a trolleybus - 10 minutes.

The family celebrated New Year's Eve here. I will describe a detailed review, perhaps it will be useful to someone. If we consider the hotel as just a place to stay, then everything was probably more than good here. But if you consider it as a leisure activity, then the problems begin. Let's start from the beginning, from the hotel itself:
1. Parking - 5 points. Free, under the barrier. There are always places.
2. Reception - 5 points. The staff is attentive, the check-in is fast.
3. Room service and room filling for check-in - 5 points. I always go with a child, I always tell you about the bed in advance, I mark it everywhere, but this is the first hotel that has placed a bed in advance. Order delivery is fast.
4. Numbers - 5 points. They are spacious and have everything you need. The beds are large.
5. SPA - 4 points. The pool is good, 2 standard saunas. It's a pity that there is no hammam. But there were a lot of people, there weren't many sun beds, so I had to throw towels on the floor and put things on them. The location allows, you can safely deliver at least chairs at the time of full occupancy of the hotel.
6. Breakfast - 3 points. I was very surprised by the breakfasts, so many positive reviews, I did not expect this. First of all, all sausages and cheeses have sharp edges. You can also cut less and bring it more often. The choice of food is quite limited for a 5-star hotel. The food is all exactly the same. The waiters are slow. You order one, they bring you another.
7. Restaurant - 3.5 points. Always empty. Very slow maintenance. They refer to the full kitchen load, but it's not clear what. The food is delicious. But for such a price tag, it's better to go to another restaurant, especially since the choice is huge. But it will do after the road.
8. New Year's Eve - 2.5 points
a. Cost - 1 point. It's very expensive for such a quality evening.
b. Food - 3 points. There are no complaints about the taste. But why there is so much of it is unclear. More than half of the table was left untouched at all. Classic dishes were practically absent. It would be better to have a lower price tag and less food. This is too much.
V. Presenters - 5 points. Well done guys, thanks to them.
G. Cover band - 5 points.
D. Santa Claus - 0 points. It's trash. Half of the audience was full of children. They've been waiting for him. He came and danced with the adults on stage. Are you serious? I didn't give any gifts to the children. With the cost of dinner like that, couldn't you have bought at least a sweet present? We would have removed one snack from the menu. The children were upset.
e. Lottery - 3 points. The lottery itself is good, but the implementation is 0 points. The hotel services were raffled off, and we won a massage. We call you in the morning, and the nearest appointment is only for 3.01. And how to use it if you come for two days. We were lucky, we stayed longer and were able to go out. Was it really impossible to skip the lottery tickets for the evening of the first? If they didn't want to, they rescheduled it. And so they gave me something that can't actually be used.
When there's nothing to compare it to, it probably wasn't a bad evening. But when you've been to different places and received a better evening for a much smaller amount, then the score is a maximum of 3.
In total, if you just go to stay, it's decent, you'll definitely be satisfied. There is definitely no money for the holidays.

Nice hotel, the staff is very friendly. It's great that the spa is included in the accommodation. It is better to take meals on the spot, in Yandex Travel the surcharge for meals is higher than on the spot.
A dental kit is not provided by default in the room, but you can ask at the reception.
Two small disadvantages: the hotel is not located in the center, but a taxi can be reached inexpensively in 10 minutes. And the mattress on the bed was kind of rumpled, my back hurt after sleeping.

The hotel does not have 5 stars. The aqua zone is small, the pool is no more than 12-15 meters, one bubbling bowl, two Finnish saunas and ALL the swollen, faded panels, what can be done is to replace the panels, replace one Finnish sauna with a Turkish one, instead of two showers located between the current saunas, place a salt room. Breakfast is meager (there are few dishes, everything was repeated during the 3 days of our stay), for the first time we see in a five–star hotel that ordering basic egg dishes (poached, benedict) for an additional fee, instead of brute, is terrible semi-dry, what can I do is go to the President Hotel Minsk for breakfast and see what it is breakfast at a five-star hotel and just copy. On the positive side: the style of the hotel is modern, a normal dinner in the lounge area, while the lady in charge of the lounge is not friendly and does not have a comfortable stay. So far, the hotel is pulling in the top three, even in comparison with hotels in Russia (Rixos and Marriott in Krasnaya Polyana, Metropol in Gelendzhik, and so on).

We decided to buy breakfast on January 1 and paid 4,000 Russian rubles for two, but upon departure it turned out that the girl at the reception was mistaken and the New Year's breakfast cost twice as much, 40 dollars, in general, they charged us another 4,800 Russian rubles.
At the same time, the breakfast was without frills, but with champagne.
The spa also had its negative nuances, for example, everyone is allowed in there, they swim and leave towels on the sun beds, and we hotel guests have no place to put a towel.
I do not recommend the hotel
New Year's Eve cost 33 thousand Russian rubles for one person, while the menu was not announced, apparently also without frills, like the New Year's breakfast

I want to share my incredibly pleasant impression of the Renaissance Hotel, where my family and I stayed on Christmas Eve.
After making the reservation, I wrote a couple of wishes in the accompanying comment that would make our trip even more comfortable and enjoyable... and what I saw in fact was Delight! The hotel team without any: "unfortunately, we will not be able to help with this.... such rules, etc." fulfilled my wishes👏👏👏
We were checked in a little earlier than the check-in time, and everything we asked for was added to our room for convenience. And what was another pleasant moment, we were pleased with the news that our room is included in the club category, and the club lounge on the 11th floor is available for us, where you can drink refreshing drinks during the evening and even snack on salads, some hot dishes and have a cup of coffee with delicious desserts.
In addition to the pleasant bonuses, I certainly can't help but mention the friendly atmosphere, the staff aimed at making guests' stay at the hotel unforgettable, stylish and modern interiors, cleanliness in the rooms, a cool aqua and spa area where after a busy day you can swim in the pool, soak up the Jacuzzi and sauna. It's like a separate song! 👏
Breakfasts- the food is delicious and varied! We were going on a sightseeing tour of Minsk in the afternoon, and a hearty breakfast gave us the opportunity not to think about food and snacks until the evening!
Anyway... wherever you look... The hotel has only pluses and 5 points!!!💯

Does not match its price.
We had a rest from January 03 to January 06. Club room for two with breakfast. The price was 99,000 rubles for 3 nights! 33k per night!
Of these, 6,000 per day are breakfast only!
There was no black or red caviar. There was no cook who would cook anything in front of you. There were no freshly squeezed juices. The pastries were very ordinary and did not melt in my mouth. What is 3,000 rubles per person for?
The SPA is a disgrace for a hotel at 33,000 per night. Two 70 and 90 degree saunas and a small swimming pool. Everything is packed with people. And judging by the number of jackets on the hangers at the entrance to the SPA area, it wasn't just the hotel guests who were there. There are no hamams, no Roman baths, no recording, so that there are no crowds of people.
The room is nice, spacious, and clean. Cleaned regularly. There are no complaints.
The staff is great, no complaints.
The club floor is generally OK both in terms of price and assortment, but, for example, the club floor in a faster hotel in Vladivostok was richer and replenished more quickly.
For example, here everything had to wait (apparently the policy of the hotel is to throw everything out in small portions (wine, beer, snacks) . But once again, the club floor is normal.
Parking is great. Own, you don't need to pay extra.
TOTAL: my advice is to take the simplest room without breakfast. Then it will be half the price.
