It's a good place, I've been to your place three times: at a conference and in the spa area. The pool is clean, the Jacuzzi is cool, but the white sides for draining the Jacuzzi water are dirty. Few sunbeds🤷
The massage room is gorgeous, there is a shower with shampoo and gel, the masseuse girls are polite, maybe because they don't know Russian, they do massage well, but poorly. It's more like stroking, but here's a 10 out of 10 facial massage.

We wanted to have dinner in a restaurant, but we couldn't, we offered a buffet of 120 rubles per person, even per child, a fairly significant amount for food that is not even cooked for you, but lies warmed up all evening.

Pros: the room is spacious, comfortable with a large bed, large plasma TV; excellent bathroom; excellent breakfast (buffet); good spa with sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tea; free and convenient parking. Cons: it was cold in the room, when it got colder, the wind just blew from the windows from the street (confirmed by an employee of the engineering service) the issue was resolved by the heater; the heated towel rail did not work in the bathroom (problematic). The Renaissance keeps its Mark . The room is great, the bed is very nice. The location is 5 minutes and you are on the Move! The breakfasts are good. The parking lot is large but open. What upset me was that the spa area was crowded with people . With that , not by hotel guests , but by people from the street . With great difficulty, I found a place in the corner where to put a bathrobe and towel . And also, there are two saunas in the spa. One hot dry steam (not comfortable for me) . The second one is cold . There was no one in the cold room . It would be very harmonious to have a Russian steam room with its own microclimate in the place of a cold sauna.

It is a good hotel, we have been staying in it for the third time upon arrival in Minsk. During this visit, we managed to visit three types of rooms due to the workload of the hotel.
Good breakfasts, champagne is served, they make sure that the dishes are full, they constantly update and trim the food (but during the five days of stay, the range of dishes did not change much), the staff is responsive, the hotel location is quite convenient. But there is one thing, the suites and junior suites already have a shabby look, for such a price, in my opinion, it's time to update the renovation.
I visited the spa once, it was crowded, and some people were not quite sober.
Balinese women do massage - not bad, especially those who like relaxing massage.
Spacious free parking on site.
Overall, good impressions, if only for minor flaws.

Bathrobes, slippers, iron and ironing board, cosmetics (gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) The shower room with a rain shower is just super! The bed linen is of excellent quality, it is very comfortable to sleep.
I would like to mention the girls at the reception, and Daniel. Whatever you do not ask, if you need something, you can be sure that immediately all your requests and wishes will be fulfilled.
And what a pool and spa, it's just a pleasure. Everything is for relaxation and relaxation, all conditions are created, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

An excellent hotel, the service is beyond praise. The girls at the reception did their best not only to smooth out some of our minor quibbles, but also to exceed all our expectations! Special thanks to Anna for her active participation (unfortunately, I did not specify her position, but if she is not a duty manager, then it is high time to appoint her to this position :)).
And such hospitality is felt in every employee.
As for breakfast, there is a wide variety of everything, everyone will find it to their taste, especially since everything is very tasty.
The spa is cool too. Large swimming pool, 2 saunas and a Jacuzzi. We were in a period of high workload, but we still found a free sunbed every time. The Jacuzzi is a space. One of the best we've visited. 10 minutes and relaxes so that you literally have to get out of there. By the way, according to our feelings, relaxation from it is much more than from a Balinese massage.
In summary, I recommend the hotel. If we are going to Minsk again, then only here!)

I really liked it!
We took the "Corner Suite". In Moscow, a room of this level is 3-4 times more expensive (they took a SAFMAR GOLD card). Breakfast is delicious and varied. With champagne.
We didn't have time to visit the SPA. On New Year's Eve, my friends and I booked two Suites, I'll write about the SPA.
The casino is SUPER! Apparently a new owner... new equipment and staff are just "buski". The security is harsh, but it's calmer with them. In the main hall, the chamber atmosphere and nothing distracts from the game. I've only seen some slot machines in Las Vegas. Life is in full swing in the VIP lounge (strange, but fun). You can hang out, and rest, and eat.
Raised money for the KKK was paid without hesitation.

We lived there with my wife right after the painting. So to speak, we decided to make ourselves such a spoiler gift, we were a little disappointed. On the first day everything was fine, when checking in at the reception we were asked what our holiday was, after hearing that we were married, we were congratulated and promised a gift to the room (thanks for that, it was very nice). On the first day, dinner was on top. But on the second day, the jokes began. First, an undercooked piece of meat was brought for dinner, and in the salad at the bottom we found a red hair that could not possibly be mine or my wife's. They called the reception, explained the situation, what they argued with us about roasting meat, but they didn't say anything about hair at all, it's a shame. In the morning at breakfast, my newly-made wife felt unwell, and they ate only at the hotel, they did not eat on the side.
They did not swear at the departure, because they decided that it would not be any use.

An excellent hotel, convenient location, you can walk to the center in 20-30 minutes at a calm pace, for subway lovers there is a metro station nearby, judging by the name on the site of the once former pear orchards.
Friendly and attentive staff, clean and fresh rooms, and most importantly lavatory beds and pillows. It's a little noisy in the evening, given that the windows on both sides overlook the road, but after 22:00 this question disappears, except for rare not particularly smart drivers with direct current instead of the classic exhaust pipe.
If you take a hotel as a location for conferences with accommodation, the place is ideal. A good lobby bar, unfortunately I didn't have time to check out the breakfasts, because I succumbed to the reviews of previous writers 😁

It's just a great hotel, starting with a reception meeting and ending with a spa.
However, there were a lot of people at the spa in the evening, despite the fact that it was Monday evening.
I don't know how things are going during the day.
The birthday room was given a category higher than it was booked.
We settled in at 12 instead of 14, which was also very pleasant from the road.
The staff is very friendly and courteous.
The room itself is magnificent!
The next trip to Minsk is only for Renaissance!

She ate for a long time and thoroughly, apparently, she was hungry during the night, a lot of energy was lost. Made a remark to the staff. In response: we are shocked ourselves, but we can't do anything. And it should have been done. Come up and say that other guests feel uncomfortable, we have a 5* hotel here, not a beach, we ask you to get dressed and wait for you back. Something like that.

For the first time in Minsk. The impressions of the hotel are as follows. At first, the positive.The room is good, high-quality plumbing, good beds. Spa complex with sauna. It's quiet at night. Delicious breakfasts, excellent coffee. What I didn't like: slow WiFi, a small selection of dishes in the restaurant (those that are available for 3+), room cleaning on request, bathrobe on request. After arriving on the first day, we decided to visit the pool, it says everywhere that the spa is open until 23.00. We arrived at 22.25, the receptionist looked at us so that it became clear "they were not waiting for us here" and said that they were already closing, they would not give us towels and today we were already late. For me, if it says that the spa is open until 23.00, it should work until 23.00. You need to work with the staff and improve customer orientation. The hotel is generally good, but the service needs to be done. Have a good rest!

We stopped at the hotel on our honeymoon. The hotel provided a compliment in the form of champagne. Nice. These were all the pleasures. On the fourth night, the new neighbors walked so that it was impossible to fall asleep, and from 7 a.m. they felt bad and it was also perfectly audible. The administration attracted security guards to my complaints about noise. The guests ignored the security - the hotel failed. I asked for a replacement number. I was replaced. As a result, her back hurts from the bed, she was depressed. The refrigerator in the room is barely alive, the master came with a thermometer and proved that + 15 is normal. In the previous room, the refrigerator worked well. Well, in the bathroom there is a current heated towel rail and a broken sink. The soap dish is also broken. The hotel did not compensate for this in any way except for "sorry, sorry."
There are a lot of people at the spa in the evening. This is quite understandable. But there are also many children in diapers that do not fit, hanging down to their knees, not protecting them from anything. But this is, of course, a question for parents. Although to the hotel. I haven't seen any rules for visitors with children anywhere.
In short, if there are problems with the neighbors, the hotel will solve them at your expense.
I do not recommend it.

The best breakfasts I've ever had. There are fish, porridges, pancakes, and fried eggs. Whatever your heart desires. The rooms are nice, the staff is polite. We stayed at the hotel for only one day, but the impressions are the most pleasant, clean, cozy, comfortable cot and bed linen in the room safe, ironing system, hair dryer, kettle - everything works. There is a spa with a swimming pool-unfortunately we didn't get to evaluate it. Friendly and responsive receptionists at the reception helped to solve the problem with booking🙌 the lobby restaurant was deliciously watered and fed❤️
