The best clinic in Minsk. I changed 4 clinics until my son suggested it to SAS. The attitude towards animals is just great. The doctors are wonderful. Honestly, I have not seen this in other clinics. At prices, in principle, as everywhere, even somewhere less. I won't even contact others anymore. Moreover, they have everything in place, and ultrasound and X-ray, and their own laboratory, and doctors of all specialties, in short, everything is there. No need to run around looking. The best clinic! They treated the Shih tzu. An operation was performed to remove the adipose tissue, which began to grow (after histology it turned out that it was a malignant tumor). At the same time, the teeth were treated, the bad ones were removed. They began to be observed by a cardiologist, because Shih tzu has a predisposition to heart-related disease (plus senile).
Many thanks to cardiologist Daria, who we have been seeing for about two years. Unfortunately, Daria left, but handed us over to the beautiful Anastasia (a veterinarian cardiologist), whom we also fell in love with. I recommend contacting Anastasia right now!! Thanks to them, the life expectancy of our Maffushi has been increased! After pulmonary edema (stage 3 MDMC), we started visiting the clinic once every three months. A year later, they started visiting the clinic every month, or even several times a month/week. The last stage of MDMC has begun (when there is no response to therapy). We are all not eternal, but even on the most terrible day for us, we contacted Anastasia by phone to consult further actions. Her support was 100%.
I really liked that for any questions of interest, you can contact the doctor by phone! This is a huge plus!!
You can easily see that SAS Animals employees treat each of their four-legged patients with great love! It is also important to take into account the financial situation!

THE VET HOSPITAL.SAS Animal Service CLINICS (27aKozlova str., Minsk) are IRRESPONSIBILITY AND DECEPTION!!! For reference: the cost of a hospital per day is 800-1200 bel.rubles.
04/23/24 we went to the SAS vet clinic after my pet York was bitten by a tick. Why in SAS, because they write good reviews on the site. We came from the Brest region, as our veterinary clinics did not have such equipment and the opportunity to take tests as in Minsk.
My pet's condition upon admission: pupils react to light, mouth and nose breathing is free and silent, abdominal cavity is painful. The blood tests are bad.
We were given a choice: either a hospital (according to doctors, it had to be dripped for days and special equipment was needed for the correct administration of drugs) or euthanasia. Of course, they agreed to a hospital, despite the mentioned amounts to be paid. In the future , we regretted it very much !!! If we had just taken York on IVs, we would have monitored her condition ourselves and seen that she was being dripped. We would have seen if she was getting better or worse.
My pet spent more than a day in the hospital. Vet. doctors constantly said everything was stable, breathing was good, the tests were a little better and offered to leave the dog for another 3-5 days.
After the first day we arrived at the vet clinic and I was horrified. My dog was like a zombie, she didn't react to anything, it felt like she was blind. Her breathing was terrible, heavy, everything was squelching in her chest, it could be heard even without a stethoscope (although in the statement Sas S. N. wrote that on 04/24/2024, when I took the dog, breathing was shallow, effortless and without pathological noises). The tail and paws were fecal masses stuck together. Her tongue hung and her mouth did not close, everything was dry in her mouth, to which I was told that she was forced to drink and she did not drink from the drinker herself (although when we took her away, she began to drink from the drinker herself, even in such a terrible state). The question is whether there was water, because it was not included in the bill. No clear answers from vet.We have not received any answers to our questions about the pet's condition. At discharge, the veterinarian only tried to show us the bills to be paid (why worry so much, we paid everything). We took York with us, and a couple of hours later our pet died.
When we were admitted, the veterinarian Savitskaya T. S. accepted us, and Tsukanova V. A. discharged
us. She wrote this review so that the doctors of the SAS vet clinic would work responsibly and honestly. It is not necessary to mislead people by the STABLE CONDITION of the PET and prolong the hours and days of the hospital with the hope of salvation for the sake of money. If the pet's condition worsens, we must be honest about it. Listening to you about her stable condition, we just lost time. There was an opinion that you just locked her in a cage and forgot about her.
And with your answer to my first review, that your specialists answered all my questions verbally and in writing for FREE on 04/24/2024, you surprised me very much. Read the correspondence, I even asked for the results of the tests that you were obliged to provide me with.

I won't argue, the price is not the most affordable. But we were in many places, we couldn't make a correct diagnosis anywhere, we prescribed antibiotics by the ton, and the result was temporary. The SAS were the only ones who performed an adequate diagnosis and rescued the dog. In emergency situations, doctors were delayed and always helped. We have been going only there for two years now, and in my opinion, it is better to pay a little more expensive, but to be sure that everything will be fine with your beloved fuzzy and in the professionalism and adequate attitude of doctors. All my friends already only come here, if possible. And it is obvious to us that at the moment, in general, this is the best clinic in Minsk.
Shoals, of course, happen to everyone, but so far for us they have been limited only to administrators in a bad mood a couple of times in a few years.

A very ambiguous opinion. It was necessary to urgently deliver the dog to the clinic. There is a service in the form of a zootaxy on the clinic's website. They refused to go, citing 100% employment. Actually, as in the reception itself. I had to look for transport and go by myself. Upon arrival, we were still accepted. I do not know what this 100% employment looks like, but at 19.40 I saw 4 people near the offices. They listened at the reception and sent me to do an ultrasound and tests. After all that has been done, instead of seeing a doctor, thank you, goodbye.... It's crazy.. If they hadn't insisted on receiving us, we wouldn't have been accepted. And what's the point of all this then? The results of the examination were transferred to the computer for 30 minutes (it was very reminiscent of the district half). Then they were sent on a drip (is it impossible to combine these actions?) Considering that the clinic is already closing and we are being pushed to the checkout rather.
The general conclusion is that the ultrasound specialist and the girl in the hall with ivs are specialists at their best, but everything else is not worth the (not the smallest) money. P.S coffee machine with a "non-working" terminal finished off...

Very cool place and doctors! Service and professionalism are on top. Thanks to Irina Volkova, we were able to save our 1.5 year old cat after unsuccessful attempts in other clinics and districts. Within 2 months, they clearly acted and reacted to failures in the body. The girls from the treatment room with a huge heart: every time the cat did not hold back during the tests-and washed, and warmed, and cared for! When for the third time the question was about euthanasia due to the lack of dynamics - Irina Volkova suggested experimental treatment! It worked! I do not dispute that in some cases they do their job, but unfortunately the latest experience of my friends and my personal forced me to change my mind. Their level has clearly dropped significantly. Fortunately, there is a choice and help can be obtained where the owner and his pet are appreciated, and not the grandmother in the first place.
Addition to the review: when the doctor looks at the dog for a minute, makes a serious diagnosis and talks for 15 minutes about procedures for 1000 rubles (surgery, etc.) that the dog is almost dying, we apply again after a while with improvements and say ourselves that no, maybe I was mistaken-there is an improvement, he takes money for the second appointment, he says that he was not mistaken, manipulations for 1000 rubles are needed, and in another clinic they solve the problem in one go, a simple diagnosis is made and everything goes away by medication for 40 rubles and the dog has been living since then for several years, and there are also no signs of health problems...of course, this is not siphoning off money. Or here's the case, another dog is allergic, before vaccination we talk about it, about the fact that it swells, burps and turns pale from the nobivak rabies vaccine, that another solution is needed, that eurican was injected last time and everything was fine. Come on, eurican.The doctor says, right now we'll take an antihistamine, a nobivac and everything will be OK. Effect the dog burps, turns pale and swells.We are told that yes...It didn't go down...Eurican was there, but we thought everything would be fine. And what's next...Oh, a miracle...for money, they make a drip and a number of manipulations to "save" the dog. The result is that we leave the clinic with a swollen dog, buy Loratadine and pump it into the dog through a syringe, and only then it became easier...I have many more examples, but I think that's enough...That's enough. The goal is not to omit the clinic, but only to indicate what happens in reality. Neither I nor my friends arranged scandals for them, but simply stopped using their services, but I decided to write a review anyway.For some time now, my friends and I have been contacting another clinic, the result is that we are satisfied, I will not name it, otherwise they will say that I am writing a special review.

I visited this veterinary clinic and, unfortunately, was not completely satisfied with the service. During the examination, the doctor recommended that the dog be X—rayed, assuring that it would be inexpensive - only 17 rubles, and that it was possible to X-ray several paws without changing the cost. Based on this information, I agreed.
However, as a result, we took a picture of only one paw. As a result, when I went to the checkout, I was told the final cost of 83 rubles. I was surprised and asked where this amount came from, because I was initially told 17 rubles. In response, they explained to me that there was an additional payment for the fact that the doctor held the dog (although in fact I myself held and lifted the dog, and the doctor only held it a little at some points) and for the fact that the picture was taken from several angles.
Unfortunately, no one warned me about these additional costs in advance. I expected the cost to remain the same as it was originally announced. As a result, I had to pay significantly more than I expected.
I hope that the clinic will take this point into account and be more transparent about pricing in the future.

Professional and friendly staff, excellent technical equipment, organization of space and interaction with people and animals - the "European" level.
According to the oncological profile, some of the best, if not the best - in our case, Alexey Sergeevich saved the dog and, in fact, gave her another year and a half of a happy life.

Literally on the first visit, I made an absolutely correct diagnosis, accurately determining the type of huge neoplasm in the dog. The dog is small (Pomeranian). The neoplasm (lipoma) is large - a kilogram. Count the dog's quarter. They operated flawlessly. The very next day the dog was cheerful and cheerful. The suture healed very quickly. Today I was very upset with the work of this veterinary clinic. We made an appointment for a consultation in advance, and confirmed our arrival the day before the appointment. And today, having arrived at the reception in advance, we were not accepted. Doctor D. Gurevich came out and said that my time was tomorrow, and he was taking another pet. There was no reaction to my objection, the door was closed in front of me. The receptionist told me that I had an appointment, called the doctor and confirmed my time. Apparently, it doesn't matter to Gurevich that there is a record, he accepts it at will. The most unpleasant thing is, the veterinarian did not even apologize, did not come out and did not explain the situation.
I consider this attitude to clients unacceptable.
Today, on February 29, I had an appointment at this clinic. After the incident on February 13, I received an apology from the clinic and from Gurevich's doctor personally. They offered to be examined by any specialist, and I took advantage of this offer. I think the main thing is the health of the pet!

The clinic is very large and well organized. The offices and equipment are modern. The only CT scan in Minsk. The staff is attentive - CT specialists, ultrasound and laboratory technicians are all just wonderful. I take off the star only for the orthopedist, who scolded and scared me. Even without him, I realize my guilt to the dog that because of me she was injured and did not immediately have a CT scan (this is also a question for those doctors who provided first aid).
The receptionist behaved a little strangely when I called to make an appointment for a CT scan, in the direction. The referral form is standard, SAS clinics, but I did not consider it necessary to tell me where to look at the information necessary for recording.
