I have used the services of the point more than once. The staff was pleasant, everything was explained, and the parcels were quickly processed. The office is large and clean. The location is convenient, near the Mogilevskaya metro station.

Everything is fine, a parcel has been sent from Moscow. I got there in two days, everything is intact, everything is in place. The staff is polite. I am satisfied with the work, I will use the services whenever possible.

They received a package, they did not send me a notification, they called me late on Saturday evening and said tomorrow is the last day, in their opinion I should pick up on Sunday on their last shortened day. They couldn't explain the reason for the non-notification on the phone, they refused to extend the shelf life for a couple of days, during the conversation the girl started being rude, saying I don't owe anyone anything at all, this is not my problem. As a result, because of the SDEC jamb, the parcel goes back, I will return the money for the goods in a couple of months at best.
