The sea is very warm! The staff is at the highest level! The food is delicious, the croissants are tastier than in Paris! The animation is super! Fire animation team, thank you for the mood, for your jokes and smiles, attention throughout the day and especially in the evening! We would come back again, with children and grandchildren, because it's especially cool here with kids. The hotel has vacationers from different countries - England, Italy, Armenia, Russia, Egyptians. Overall, we really liked everything!!!

They returned a significant amount to me , and everything was done kindly without any penalties . (it so happened that the rebooking was done 2 times, due to a decrease in the price of the tour) . After reading the reviews, I thought there would be problems with the refund, but no, everything went smoothly and clearly, they send checks by email. In the FUN&SUN app, you can download all the necessary documents for the tour, a voucher, memos and all the necessary documents, which is very convenient. We didn't take beer and wine, whiskey, brandy, rum, everything has the same taste and strength, differs only in color, it feels like it's diluted to 15-20 turns of strength, although they have 40% written on the bottles, but if anyone needs it, then you can get drunk, no one restricts anyone in anything. I haven't had too much to drink or poisoned myself in 10 days, everything is fine. Everything is fine with food here, neither the children nor the wife complained (there is something to compare, once in Hurghada I spent the whole night in the toilet). Juices, like everywhere else in Egypt, are a diluted powder, we did not drink them. Also, the day after arrival, you can sign up at the reception table for two restaurants, a grill bar with meat, kebabs, and an Italian Toscana fish restaurant, which we liked the most in Tuscany, a variety of beautiful and delicious fish dishes. They always invite you to their entertainment at the restaurant. Wi-Fi Internet, it was more stable than ever throughout the hotel (you register with the room number and your last name, even in Russian), I even updated the applications, it's convenient (in some hotels it's free only in the lobby or at the reception, right there on the whole territory). When handing over the room on 21.01.25, at the reception we were given 4 small handbags with the hotel's logo for the road, buns, a sandwich, juice in the bags, apparently to have a snack before the plane, unexpectedly and pleasantly, the first time such an attitude. The receptionist smiles and says thank you so much for choosing our hotel, again unexpectedly, kindly and pleasantly. I did not find any negatives or minuses here, and I did not find anything during my vacation, no one asked for anything, no additional costs, no dollars, nothing was imposed. The hotel is more family-run with children , we really liked it, thanks to all the staff of Saa Beach Aqua Park 4 for a great stay, thanks to the tour operator FUN&SUN, I want to come back here again, we will save up to come back!
