I had a consultation and a trichoscopy. Gorgeous doctor Ekaterina Sergeevna Yerygina! She examined everything, gave recommendations and prescribed therapy, very pleasant and really interested in the patient! Delight!
The only disadvantage of this location of the center is the administrators at the reception.. no greeting, no smile. Busy with their own business and conversations.

I was in the center for surgery. Everything went well, the scar remained beautiful in the end, the staff distracted me in every possible way during the operation and created a calm atmosphere. There are no questions for the doctors and medical staff themselves, well done.
Not so long ago, I signed up for a consultation to get checked out after a year of surgery. The staff is in the chat, you have a fat minus. How can you communicate like that? It's worth learning ethics.

There is only one doctor in this center, and this is not the first time I have visited him. And that's the only thing that keeps me coming back to them. Maybe other doctors are good, BUT
There are very big recording problems here!
It turned out that back in early July, I wanted to make an appointment with a doctor, but they said that I could only make an appointment on the waiting list. OK, I signed up myself and my husband.
At the end of August, I got a call, they offered me one date in September, which didn't really suit me, but they persuaded me to sign up. As a result, my husband went instead of me, and I asked him to put me in his turn.
Today I found out by chance that no one put me in my husband's place, we were simply removed from the waiting list. I was reassured by the fact that we recorded you. But I don't need the end of the queue. I need to see a doctor in October, not November or December.
And this is not the first time. Two or three goals ago, I made an appointment twice, and both times when I called to clarify my appointment, they told me that I was not registered.
