You have to pay immediately and again at their counter , unless the waitress brought the food .Two of the five items that they wanted to order were not available . Breakfast was so - so tasteless sandwiches with mayonnaise . Most of all , I was surprised how bad coffee could be served in a coffee shop .Breakfast for 2 children and 2 adults is 94 rubles Shorter if you are not a hipster who needs to sit with a mysterious look for half a day over Instagram and a cup of latte, find another place.

Great cafe! Delicious cheesecake, pleasant music, wonderful waiters. The only cafe I visited in Minsk where I was able to connect to wifi without SMS with access (this is a big problem with a Russian SIM card)

On 05/14.23, an unpleasant situation occurred with Pavel, an employee.
We came with a group of 4 people and took a three-seater sofa and an armchair. But since we all had big bags with us, we needed extra space. A man was sitting next to us in a similar "corner" of a sofa and an armchair, we asked him if his chair could be turned in our direction to put bags. He agreed and we arranged our things. After that, Pavel came up to us, said that it was forbidden to move chairs, and issued a passive-aggressive phrase "Firstly, to begin with, you could ask me if it was possible to move the chair" (I cannot vouch for verbatim, but the essence and the claim are preserved). I'm not even talking about the fact that initially it was not offered a place for things or some kind of accommodation option, although there was no queue at that time. But passive aggression towards customers is already some kind of sur. There are a thousand ways to solve this situation politely, but for some reason Pavel did not use any of them.

The place itself is comfortable, mostly filled with students. The prices are just terrible, 6 rubles for a small cappuccino. I understand that this is the center of the city, but this is absolutely stealing. At the same time, the service is lame. When they asked to take the food with them, the waiter just brought a box - fold it yourself. For the money I gave for a mediocre breakfast, we could have done it ourselves. When they arrived, the music was playing quietly, but then they began to change the records and make them louder and louder. This is a cafe, not a bar, loud music was completely out of place there and made you want to get out of this noise as soon as possible

Initially it seemed like an atmospheric place, but as soon as the staff entered into a dialogue, the opinion changed dramatically
We came to the cafe together with a friend, took the menu, gave only one for two, commenting that they have only 2 and other guests will also need it..
With regard to the service and the friendliness of the staff, I would not give 1 star, instead of apologizing, they insert their comments
They brought me coffee, I see that something is floating there..I asked for a knife from a friend (because only the appliances were brought to her, considering that both of us ordered the food, but this is another question for them)
As a result, it turned out to be a hair
I brought it back, asked to replace the drink, the staff did not even apologize and only made a brick face
The coffee was replaced, but I still didn't want to drink it
With regard to the appliances:
A friend ordered a sandwich, I made toast, the appliances were brought only to her, when I asked for myself, in response we received sharp comments from the staff: they say you have to eat sandwiches with your hands, and the appliances that were brought to her, it turns out, were intended for me..
But in one word a mess

Yesterday I took a great toast with shrimp, everything is perfect - and the shrimp, and the sauce, and the poached egg on top. I got a gastronomic delight.
And she went to another place for everything else.
Because the beautiful piano music was so loud, as if I had come to a concert at the Philharmonic.
If the music format in the cafe has changed, I will be very sorry, because it is impossible to eat or work with such decibels.
I won't say that I'm a regular at the cafe, but when I was in the station area, I came in more than once. For me, the background music in such an institution is much better.
