We were with the family in the suite. Two spacious rooms, a balcony, a spacious bathroom, everything is clean and comfortable. There is a shower gel and shampoo (very modest).
The place is very convenient, the Windows overlook the road, but it is not noisy.
There are no slippers, bathrobes, dental cleaning kits, drinking water in the room. There is a cooler on the ground floor.
Breakfast is included in the price. Everything is delicious except porridge.

In general, the hotel is not bad. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable. There were no noisy neighbors either :)
The only one is a fat little minus sign - a jamb with a check-in.
I booked the room through the official website of the hotel hotel-slavia.by there is an opportunity to choose the time of check-in. I saw the time from 6:00 - 7:00, this time was perfect for my husband and me because our train arrived in Grodno just at 5:23 in the morning. Great! wonderful! At 6 we will crawl into the room and finally we will be able to sleep, and only then we can go to explore the sights of Grodno. And it seems to be a great plan, as reliable as a Swiss watch. But in all this damn thoughtful plan, there was one thing ...
By 6 a.m., my husband and I are on our last legs getting to the hotel (mentally we are already giving ourselves wonderful dreams on a soft bed). But alas and ah. We learn from the girl at the reception that check-in is only from 14:00 ... At that moment a song from the Trash started playing in my head (couples couples pam pam!)
All dreams and hopes were shattered with a crash on the beautiful tile in the foyer.
And so, pulling a smile to our ears and fighting the desire to swear with a good curse, we went to explore Grodno.
I attach a photo of the treacherous line with the check-in time. I sincerely hope that we will be the only such "lucky ones". And no one else will have to carry bags around the city waiting for their number.

Excellent location: historical center, shops, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Train station, zoo 15-20 minutes. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, breakfast for 10 rubles is offered in 4 options to choose from. The rooms are cleaned daily.

I was with a tour group on an excursion to Grodno on 06.12.
We arrived early in the morning and were immediately taken from the train to the Slavia hotel for breakfast.
I really liked how the hotel was decorated before the new year and in general the atmosphere itself, very beautiful and cozy, very pleasant staff.
The breakfast we had deserves special attention.
A very tasty, hearty and hearty breakfast, not in all hotels you will find this. I couldn't even eat everything, because there was a lot of everything and everything was delicious.

We went with my mother to Grodno, to see the city and stayed at this hotel. We liked everything very much, cleanliness, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, 2 comfortable cots with the cleanest linen. There is free parking, and next to the hotel restaurant, where we had a wonderful breakfast. Lunch and dinner can also be ordered there with a 20% discount for hotel guests. The hotel itself is located a 10-minute walk from most of the sights of Grodno and the city center, in a cozy place. We were satisfied and the next time we are in Grodno, we will stay at this hotel again. Special thanks to the staff for pleasant communication and attention.

On October 26-27, we stayed at the Slavia Hotel with a group of 20 tourists. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel, where a wedding was celebrated on the evening of our arrival. It was very noisy, but not only in the restaurant, but also in the rooms, it was absolutely impossible to relax. They complained to the staff, the receptionist said that the Slavia restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel, but in fact this is not the case - the hotel and the restaurant belong to the same owner, only the restaurant has its own director, and the hotel has another person. As a result, noise, uproar, swearing, swearing until 12 o'clock at night, and the staff seems to be deaf, they do not care about the vacationers at the hotel who paid for the rest. As a result, only the threat that we would call the police and let them record what was happening helped and the waiters began to make remarks to the drunken company.
The situation calmed down only by 0:30, the rest was ruined. In the morning, when the group was evicted, NONE OF THE STAFF APOLOGIZED FOR THE POOR SERVICE.
If there is an event in the restaurant, then you can forget about staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel, in the city center, not far from the castel and the street. A Soviet one where you can take a walk. The room is equipped with all amenities, the bed is comfortable, there was a hairdryer. The hotel is 3 storeys high, there is no elevator. They settled in quickly. Stay in Grodno, I recommend you to settle there. Nearby is a street where more than one film was shot, paved with narrow sidewalks.

We come to this hotel for the second time. Cozy, quiet hotel, located near the train station. The staff is polite, sympathetic, the service is unobtrusive. The room has everything you need: a minibar, dishes, TV, iron, ironing board, telephone. I especially like rooms with a balcony. There are 2-room rooms. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. This trip was pleasantly pleased with the statuette in the room. Despite the fact that the hotel has a restaurant, this fact does not affect the calm atmosphere of the hotel. Unobtrusive music plays softly during breakfast. The service is fast and timely. The menu is varied and simple. The hotel is open around the clock. The perfect place to explore the city.:)

We were staying at the Slavia Hotel. We had a triple room, two rooms, one with 1 bed and the other with 2 beds. There was a TV in every room. 1The refrigerator is small with a mini bar. It is very inconvenient to make a san node: a sink in the vestibule in the hallway, a shower and a toilet together, for three it is somehow doubtful. Guests from Russia can pay with a MIR card, without converting anything at the same time. Breakfast is included in the price, breakfast is very hearty: porridge (for some reason sweet) and omelet or scrambled eggs, plus cheesecake / mannik, compote and + coffee/tea. 20% discount for dinner, no discount for lunch. Payment is also made with the MIR card. In my opinion, the price in the cafe is expensive, but this is a cafe from the hotel. They cook well, delicious. This is the guard, comrades! In general, in all of Belarus, only oatmeal is cooked for breakfast. Not tasty. There are no other cereals. Buckwheat is sometimes offered, but we perceive it as a side dish. We had a room for three for 300 rubles. If it were for 100 rubles, there would be no complaints about the hotel. The room is large and consists of two adjacent rooms, one with a large bed, the other with a wardrobe, 2 armchairs, a table, a TV, a minibar (for a fee). A very cheap and not very clean bathroom, the cheapest shampoo and shower gel and that's it. There are no bathrobes, no slippers, one glass, there is a kettle, no water. The mattress and pillows are uncomfortable, the cot for the child creaks a lot. The sheet is very small on this mattress, crumpled even before we lay down. The breakfast is plentiful, to taste for 4, 4 breakfast options to choose from.

I liked the hotel, I travel a lot and there is something to compare it with. The hotel itself is small, perhaps the lack of an elevator is one of the disadvantages, but there are only 3 floors there. When we entered the room, we immediately fell under the influence of the hotel from the "90s, it was 31-33 degrees outside, after turning on the air conditioner, I realized that it practically did not work, left it for 3 hours in the hope that it would cool the room at least a little, but upon returning to the room it was 28 degrees in the room, which was reported at the reception, the staff came in and checked, during the proceedings I opened the application with armor and realized that the room I ordered did not match the one provided, but I ordered a suite, the only one in the hotel, my question about moving to the room I ordered was answered that there were no rooms in the hotel, and mine was busy referring to A mistake! After my question how to solve this issue, I was answered in no way. Live in a room that is, let me remind you without air conditioning in the room for 12-13 tr. per night in the city of Grodno! I suggested talking to the hotel management to solve this problem, this issue was resolved in about 20-30 minutes! Finally, I was granted an audience with this character, who introduced himself not as a director, but as an "OWNER" with an emphasis on this word, after which, instead of apologizing and trying to solve these two nuances, the character began to tell me that he did not have any agreements with me, like Yandex, and in general he was not happy, that we live in "his hotel" because it is not profitable for him and he is not going to solve "our problems", all settlement proposals came only from me, and the conversation took place with the character in raised tones, after 15-20 minutes of conversation I realized that it was useless because he mostly complained about his difficult life as a "hotelier" and how hard it is for him to talk to people like me, who want something from him, but I wanted, let me remind you, to get what I paid for! At the same time, I knew where I was going and chose a room with which I thought there would be no problems! After the conversation, the reception staff brought me to the room the difference in the cost of the room category, which amounted to 20 BR and informed me that an air conditioner repairman would arrive in the near future, let me remind you that all this time, about 2 hours, I had to solve all these issues, sit in the room and waste my time and nerves. Character number two came in 30 minutes and instead of repairing, he argued for a long time and persistently why I was wrong and that 28 degrees in the room was the norm, referring to fictional arguments, after failing in a dispute with me on the technical part of the air conditioner and temperature standards and hotel accommodation, he simply retreated, it turned out that it was just The "master" and he has nothing to do with the repair of air conditioners! I stayed in a room that was hot but with 20 BR. As a result, I had to stay in this place, because there were no rooms in neighboring hotels and there was no desire to move at eight o'clock in the evening, and I was very doubtful about the refund for this hotel. The night was hot and stuffy, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the linen did not match the size of the bed and constantly fell off, forcing you to sleep on a toper because the bed consisted of two single beds.The sun, which began to shine through the windows at 5 a.m., reminded us of the quality of the room because our "hotelier" apparently did not hear about the existence of blackout curtains (curtains that block the sun's rays, so that the tourist could sleep at any time of the day), and why if his hotel brings him profit anyway and improving the room for the convenience of guests is a bad thing for him. As a result, breakfast was provided in the morning according to the type of pioneer camp sausage, cheese, butter, etc., which corresponds to the status of the hotel. Bottom line, thanks to the reception staff who somehow tried to solve our issues. A room from the 90s for money from 2024 does not fully correspond to the money paid (a rubber mat in the bathroom, a door that does not open to the balcony, a very uncomfortable bed, worn wallpaper, I can list a lot, but it's better to come yourself and make sure that I wrote, unless of course you want to get a service from the 90s with the same an attitude for the money for which you can rent a great hotel!

We stayed at this hotel on May 14-16.
Excellent location, all city attractions are within walking distance. There is a private parking.
The staff is very friendly.
The room is very spacious, clean, everything works, everything is fine with the plumbing.
Breakfast is without a choice, but it is quite sufficient, porridge, omelette, pancakes, all of good quality.
By the way, the cafe itself turned out to be very good, they had a simple but delicious dinner and the portions were quite large.
A great place for those who want to visit the beautiful city of Grodno, stroll through its streets. I absolutely recommend it!

The hotel in Princeps is not bad if you are not used to excellent service. There are many disadvantages because of which I will not come here anymore in case of empty seats in other hotels.
1. The breakfasts are very modest
2 lack of air conditioning (there is a fan, but this is not the case in the heat)
3. Very small TVs
4. The bathroom is modest.
Compared with Semashko's hotel, the difference is very serious for the difference in the bill of 20p. (there you will find a buffet and a sauna, luxurious bathrooms, air conditioning, etc.)

Our room was directly above the restaurant-cafe. Is there always music, or is it just us who is "lucky"? There is audibility in the room, just like in the restaurant. In general, I think that it is better not to stay in Grodno for the night, because there are big problems with accommodation for tourists. Very little choice, unreasonably high prices with a very low level of service. So, for 200 Belarusian. We were given a small room with a terrible bathroom, where woodlice crawled at night. Check out the level of this hotel for yourself - I'm posting photos. Breakfasts... "silence sadness." But the hotel is in the center and there is Parking. I don't remember such "splendor" since the 90s. I consider this hotel to be a mockery of the guests of the city of Grodno. Its price is 20 rubles, not 200. And the name fits more "Inglorious".

This is not three stars, but a stretch of 2*. Not all rooms have air conditioning, there is no extractor hood in the bathroom, they give 2 towels and those are not bath and face-hands, but some children's ones. The kettle did not work when checking in. Then it was replaced, but you can check it right away. The general impression is not recommended. The breakfasts are not tasty and monotonous. If only to stay overnight.

We stayed at this hotel from 7 to 9 August 2023.
The usual breakfasts are porridge, omelette, coffee, sandwich.
We had a great time, we really liked the city. I would like to thank Maria Vladimirovna, a surprisingly sensitive, attentive, kind-hearted employee and a competent professional. The convenient location of the hotel. Everything is fine, except for 2 things. A dog from the private sector, a rare brainless creature, did not let me sleep at all. It was impossible. Secondly, the dining room or kitchen owned the keys and the surrounding area of the hotel seemed to belong to them. It was the kitchen, according to the attendant, that did not allow giving keys to hotel guests to go out into the hotel courtyard.
