Follow what you prescribe yourself: warn about postponements yourself, and not only when the client calls and asks. Offer alternatives, because even in this order, for the same price, you could change the mesh and paint, and not just try to furiously wash 200 times every day, even if it would be a week longer. And don't tell customers what doesn't exist or won't actually happen, it shames the whole network.
