Great hotel! There is a restaurant on the ground floor, you can pay for a buffet breakfast. If it's too expensive, make arrangements and eat well in the restaurant 3 times a day (by adjusting the menu for ordering).
The rooms are nice, the maids are attentive and polite.
There are two bus stops (in different directions) within a couple of minutes walk. Bus N1 runs here from the railway station, it takes 30-35 minutes (it's not far for Minsk).
There is a small shop "Euroopt" nearby. BSU FC is a 10-minute walk away.

A good budget hotel. I lived in a single economy room for 2 nights. Clean, all plumbing is in good order. Soap, gel and shampoo for the shower are provided disposable. Two clean towels, cleaning every day. They settled in quickly. Convenient location, from the railway station you can take the electric bus number one and by train to the Masyukovshchina station, from the sportivnaya metro bus number 28. The bed is comfortable, soft, the bed linen is clean. There's a cafe downstairs, but I didn't eat there. There is a good grocery store nearby.

A nine-storey hotel, modest appearance. The three of us lived in a two-room room with 4 beds. There is a TV in every room. Naturally, there is a combined bathroom. Shampoo, liquid and solid soap, toilet paper. Two towels each. There was some unpleasant smell, then you get used to it over time. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The breakfast turned out to be very decent, like a buffet. Even we asked to cook fried eggs in addition to boiled egg and omelet, which was in the assortment. They did not refuse us and quickly prepared it and did not demand any money for it. In general, the kitchen turned out to be on top. You can also eat here during the day, the kitchen works like a Cafe. We looked at their menu, we were impressed! The prices were also pleasantly pleased. For a day's stay, they charged about 60-63 Belarusian rubles per person, including breakfast. I recommend this Hotel to everyone.

We settled in quickly, very polite girls at the reception. It is inconvenient every time you need a hair dryer or iron, you have to go down to the first floor. Breakfast, buffet, a fairly large selection of dishes. There are public transport stops nearby. Garbage is removed every day and hygiene products are replenished. The bed linen and towels are snow white. There are no large supermarkets nearby, but there are several restaurants and cafes, and there are small shops. The center of Minsk is 40 minutes away.

The hotel is just trash! The carpet is all dirty, the toilet door does not close, there is a musty smell in the toilet. There are no blankets, only sheets, windows, window sills are dirty, garbage containers are under the windows, where container lids are slamming from early morning until night. There are no basic things, a hair dryer, a kettle, a refrigerator, an air conditioner.
The cherry on the Cake!!! COCKROACHES!!!!
Run away from this hotel as far as possible and do not believe anyone either in the pictures or in the written reviews!!!!

I do not advise those who want at least a little comfort to stay here. There is no air conditioner, no hair dryer, no kettle, no slippers, one towel for two, one blanket for two, it's terribly cold in the room, the shower tray is clogged, fills with water in a minute, so you need to wash as quickly as possible, otherwise the water will pour out on the floor (by the way, there are also no foot towels)
In the morning there was breakfast (20 bel.rub per person), went hungry ... for that kind of money, rent an apartment for a day and you will be happy)

I recommend this hotel, a budget and cozy hotel! Of the advantages, the location is 20 minutes from the center, there is a bus 28 to the metro, there is also a railway station, you can take an electric train in the direction of the railway station, there is a EUROOPTORG store nearby, a household chemicals store, etc. One of the disadvantages: the audibility of the rooms is good, long check-in. Perhaps the most budget option is to spend a few days in Minsk, not to the detriment of comfort.
The rooms are spacious.
Bathrooms with showers, but there are also bathrooms with a bathtub.
There is a cafe at the hotel where they cook very decently and you can have a nice time with a glass of wine or beer if you suddenly want to not only eat.
There is a place to put a car. But if you are on a truck, then you have a direct route to IT-time (the twin hotel is probably the same network), there is a much more spacious parking lot.
Of the minuses, I can only note the poorly running water from the sink (while you wash, you can get full). Or maybe it's not a minus, but a feature)) Because I've changed several rooms in a week and it's the same story everywhere.
And in some rooms there are loose fasteners for a shower head.
The rest: the staff, silence, cleanliness and an adequate price tag - everything is super!

We stayed in Minsk, and pleasant memories of this hotel were added to the good impressions about the city. Polite and attentive staff, despite the cool start of spring and the turned-off heating, it was comfortable to sleep (very warm blankets), the rooms have everything you need and are in good condition. There was no hair dryer in the room, provided at the reception upon request. I was afraid there would be a toy hair dryer, they gave me a real 2000W Philips, which can really be used to style my hair.

Of the cons. There is no refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, washing machine, air conditioner in the room. During the five days of stay, the bed linen has never been changed.
The hotel lives up to its name because it is designed for athletes, and sports competitions are often held in Minsk. Be prepared that the kitchen at the hotel cafe will be closed because of the athletes, as they are populated by teams and they need to be fed.
One of the advantages. Wi-Fi is free and catches throughout the hotel. There is a good cafe at the hotel nearby, the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious. The furniture in the rooms is new and has not been replaced. The rooms are equipped with a TV.
Conclusion. If you come as an active tourist, then the hotel is not bad. To sleep in the room, to gain strength for the next walk around Minsk, that's the thing. But for those who like comfort and stay in the room all the time, it is better to choose another hotel.
