The diagnosis was made incorrectly, but I decided to leave the review after I repaired the car in another place.
Passed with a leak of antifreeze. They said the cylinder block gasket was leaking. It will cost 400 rubles.
And that's where the fun started. I found out the order of work at other stations. This work never costs 400 on v6, and it's good if it comes out at 1500, or even all 2500, because it affects a lot of nodes if done wisely. I start asking clarifying questions to understand how much the job will actually cost and I see that the manager has floated. Whatever is expensive not to retell, I summarize: 1) they wanted to breed according to the classics, hanging the car, and then there is nowhere to go, because they can't put it back, and they can't pick it up in a semi-disassembled form. As a result, they would have put more than 1,500 on the dough (judging by their prices). 2) the employee did not know the entire technological process, and I deliberately kept silent about the grinding, but he drowned and drowned everything for replacing the part , winding up the price tag 3) concluded that the service station could not stand customers asking questions and they needed sluggish patience - he handed over the car and without unnecessary control they silently pay without asking, what is being changed. 4) when I picked up the car, I asked to show where the leak was. The answer is "somewhere behind the engine." To the question "how did you see, show me", I received the answer: "We need to disassemble the entire engine top to see." It turns out that they made a diagnosis, at random or according to the most expensive scenario. When I picked up the car, I felt a terrible arrogance and disregard for me.
Well, now I'm getting to the main point - the diagnosis is incorrect, the block gasket is not to blame. At ANOTHER service station, they clearly said what to do and how much it would cost. The intake manifold was removed, the nozzle was replaced and reassembled.
Conclusion: incompetence of diagnostics (it did not exist at all), arrogant conduct and a banal attempt to breed a misunderstood client for money (I seemed like that to them). There was another moment with them, but I won't even describe it here.
If you could put a "minus 5 stars", then this is the case.
It's just super! During the day, people not only found the problem (the washer motor), but also fixed everything. And we didn't even know how to get back. At the same time, it's not a branded service - you just found what you need and bought it yourself! In Moscow, they will make you run around on our branded service.
