I bought the food in an airtight package, but it turned out to be rotten with a good shelf life. They refused to refund money for low-quality goods, and offered nothing in return, arguing that the packaging was open. And how can you find out if the product is good if you don't open the pack??? Apparently, the storage conditions failed.
