there is no service
under the table, it is dirty, the waiter forgot about the order, after clarifying they waited for 30 minutes, although the exact same dish was brought almost immediately. at the end, we sat for 30 minutes while we waited for the waiter to come up and calculate. not once did anyone come up and take away the empty plates . the food is delicious, there are no questions, but the customer orientation is zero.

Terrible service: slow and completely unwelcoming. This has never been seen anywhere else in Minsk. The prices are low, the menu assortment is impressive, but there was not much available, even banal coffee. The ordered dish turned out to be quite good, but without enthusiasm, in the most dreary presentation. They wouldn't have come here a second time.

The service leaves much to be desired. Waiters allow themselves informal communication with guests and with each other at the top of their voices (not always censored), take out dishes in their hands, hygiene rules are not followed (dishes with hair were brought more than once). The qualifications of the staff and their ability to describe the dish to the guest are also lame, but this is not the fault of the girls, but rather of the management, who did not take care to train their employees to properly talk about the menu items. Next, there is a shared toilet with three booths in the first hall, which is not only dirty 80% of the time, but also at least two booths jam there, and you can get stuck in the toilet indefinitely if you have not encountered this before. There are no questions about the shared toilet in the second hall.
The dishes are not always grated, sometimes poorly washed.
Of the advantages: food. The price / volume/ taste match very well.

The waiters are nice, polite, the food is excellent, I highly recommend trying the ribs. They say that in order to cook so well, the cook sold his soul to the devil, and in my opinion this is quite justified, there are no tastier ribs in Minsk. Chinese beer deserves special praise - the very thing at lunchtime, it leaves no smell :)
