A minute later, she put up a sign saying "Closed for technical reasons." A queue gathered near the exchanger, as they were waiting for the opening at 14 :00 (it was lunch), there were 5 minutes left before the opening. But exactly at the time it did not open, but at 14 :03, although this is not as important as opening a window, serving one customer, and then closing it without explaining anything. It seems that the employee is mute, you can also explain to customers if force majeure has occurred. Otherwise, I put up a sign and that's it.
