A cozy, small terminal.
Navigation is clear and simple, customs and passport control are fast. The waiting room is spacious, there is a large smoking room, 2 business rooms (normal level), 1 Dutch fries with a standard assortment, there is a cafe with food. 15-20 minutes by car from the city without traffic jams

It's a very strange airport in silence mode. Nothing is reported to any mouthpiece. The atmosphere is like somewhere else, but not at the airport. I just like the fact that the airport is quite compact. However, the smoking room in the waiting room is so-so. Minimal ventilation and too dirty.

The smoking room in the green area just sucks!!!! There's no hood or it can't handle it, I went in and out, I stink of tobacco, my eyes drop a stingy male tear...
I smoke Glo myself, there are separate rooms in Almaty for this. Much better
