The hostess on the ground floor will not go to the menu on time. They do not open the doors on time at the entrance. Elevators often don't work. It's very noisy.

I lived in a junior suite, at least that's what this room category is called in the booking, I also booked through them. I liked everything very much, it was cozy! There are complaints about the cleanliness of the room, if you look at the floor in sunny weather, you can see stains from rags, especially in the bathroom. The sink drain also leaves much to be desired! The breakfasts are very tasty!

A very nice hotel. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable rooms, unobtrusive service. The only drawback is that there is no highlight, like, say, in St. Regis. If it weren't for the location, which is much more convenient for me at the Ritz, then I would prefer St. Regis.

My wife and I were at the selfie restaurant, on the 18th floor. The staff is very polite, I liked it. But I'm not full, I need to go there full. Some kind of steak costs 23,500. Mdaa)) yes, I'd rather slaughter a whole sheep with this money))). And the view from there is cool, especially at night everything glows.but the windows are far away from the tables, when you sit it is not convenient to see the view from the window. Service staff 5 points; furniture and interior 4 points; kitchen menu 3 points.
