Only here I perform camber-convergence and suspension diagnostics – the master not only does the work, but also clearly shows the problem areas so that I can see for myself the need for repairs. Transparency is important! When work on the suspension and injectors was required, the service provided a video report, and all controversial points were coordinated with me. No surprises. Special thanks for the flexibility. I recently came for a shoe change, there wasn't much time left to receive me, but the master stayed and accepted me – it's worth a lot. Yes, the prices here are not the lowest, but for this money you get: ✔ Warranty for work and spare parts; ✔ Professional approach; ✔ Full control over the process. It happens that they offer additional services, but they won't do anything without your consent – unlike other service stations, where they can add too much to the bill. A nice girl, Oksana, called, consulted, and said there wasn't a big queue. The master drove up, took the car, made a suspension diagnosis and camber-convergence. He said that he needed to do everything on the suspension and wrote it down. I asked them to count the repairs and spare parts, and I was pleasantly surprised. I signed up for suspension repairs. Everywhere BMW hears the word "cheese" in their eyes and the price tag is appropriate. An honest review may be useful to someone, especially BMW drivers.
