Of the state-owned shopping malls in Minsk, probably the most inconvenient: most departments are small and cramped, the placement of goods is inconvenient, all employees of the hall are at the checkout, while there is a permanent queue. Discounts with a trick, then the range is limited, then the minimum cost of a unit. The shopping center does not have its own parking lot.
