It is located in the center, as the name implies. Quite decent draft beer and snacks, so it's always crowded. A good selection of dishes, delicious food. I recommend trying the ribs. The staff is nimble and helpful. There are more interesting places to take on the veranda, you can sit on the swing benches and street musicians often play nearby. There are sports broadcasts inside (without sound). On the lower floor, do not sit down, the whole mat of the kitchen staff will be heard.

In fact, in a few days in Minsk, we visited this restaurant a couple of times. But even during these two times we tried the dishes as much as our tummies allowed us. Fish in cream sauce, borscht, salads, baked potatoes with meat, pancakes, wine, beer.... ah, it was all insanely delicious😋🤤🤤🤤
I highly recommend "At the Town Hall" for breakfast, lunch and a wonderful dinner on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the Town Hall in the rays of the setting sun.

We were in Minsk for the first time. We were looking for a place to eat tasty and inexpensive food. On the first day, we saw that there was simply no free space in the restaurant. And this is for a second at 13:30. The next day we came to the opening and successfully settled on the veranda. We were impressed at the first moment by the rocking chairs, tasted Machanka and fried dumplings, the waiter recommended local Premium beer from beer. A great place, I highly recommend it, we came to the water park, and in the evening we went for a walk and the center, we can say by chance, we will definitely visit again, the prices are excellent by Russian standards, it's just a freebie for a beer bar in the city center, the cuisine is very tasty and varied, there was live music all Friday evening, a few rocks were exchanged of course, if it's always like this, it's just a godsend and not a bar, I highly recommend everyone to visit.
