With a full canister of gasoline and the remains of the owner's gasoline, the gas tank was returned back on the same day.
When handing over the tool, he said that I did not need a refund, but drew attention to the fact that the tool needed to be prepared for work before renting it out, which really hurt the employee. He offered to demonstrate his performance, and I agreed. The employee confidently walked in a certain direction, reached the lawn and, lo and behold, the drill really made a small hole in the ground, one hundred percent pure chernozem. To all objections that it was not earth, but fluff, the employee calmly, with a serious look, walked towards the room. He ignored all objections, but he was very offended at being addressed to him by You. He demanded to contact only you, and so on blah blah, like he didn't drink on the bruder shaft. When asked what is offensive and humiliating in addressing you, I could not explain, but just in case I said that he had already been to court more than 20 times, and that he really knows everything in this life. At the same time, he ignores the interlocutor, does not look at the face during the dialogue, in every possible way demonstrates disregard for smirks and hand movements, they say, the door is there. Illiterate , dogmatic, touchy, arrogant.
In fact, the service has not been provided to the consumer, and the money for the rental must be refunded in full. The condition of the instrument is unsatisfactory, the staff is not customer-oriented.
