I once had to visit such a restaurant. To be honest, it was one of the most frustrating culinary adventures of my life. It seemed to me that every dish I tasted was different from the usual taste and quality that I expected. And this is despite the exquisite interior and attentive service.
I ordered Steaks, it was overcooked, did not match the order and was practically tasteless. It was as if it had been cooked literally in a hurry. And although I asked for seasonings and sauces to save him, they weren't impressed either.
Also, the waiters seemed careless and not attentive enough to their customers. Several times I had to go through the hall to call someone from the staff. I am sure that this is not the best way to keep visitors.
I understand that my experience may differ from the experience of other visitors, but every time I think about this restaurant, I feel disappointed and unwilling to return there anymore.

Slow service during peak hours. Not all dishes are worth ordering at such a time, but usually you can just ask the waiter - they will tell you the right choice. A good selection of dishes and snacks in the main menu)

A bold minus - when ordering a table, they asked for it near the window. They said it well. As a result, they were taken to the basement. Okay, like there are no seats on top, although there were. It's so cold there, the hood is working, they couldn't transplant it, like there are no places. It is very unpleasant. A pregnant woman should freeze in the basement. Although, again, there were places on top!!!

Excellent restaurant, delicious local cuisine. Helpful staff, very attentive to children. On weekends, the waiting time for meals starts from 40 minutes, but the children are brought quickly. The interior is in the Belarusian style. I highly recommend it.

They advised us to go here and we really liked it. The decoration of the hall, the uniform of the staff, the dishes, everything is designed in style - such a Belarusian flavor, discreet, very pleasant. They immediately warned that it would be hotter for 40 minutes, but this is understandable, full halls of visitors. We drank delicious lemonade and beer while waiting) They were brought almost immediately. Salads and a cooler were also brought quickly enough, I liked everything! And hot too: pancakes, potatoes with meat, potatoes with mushrooms. There is a menu for children: French fries (our girl only respects her)) and pencils with coloring books to keep the child busy 👍
I highly recommend it!

We eat very often in this institution, well, the day has come when the look changes. Not only was the weather bad that day, but the waiter also does not know who should carry the dish first. They made an order, and there was a children's menu in the order, they brought all the dishes for adults, they managed to eat, and the child sat and stared stupidly. When they made remarks to the waiter (which they did not adjust the time to serve all the dishes at once) she replied that it was always served this way, and that the children's order was not a priority. I hope this will not happen in the future, as I like this restaurant chain.... Thank you to the administrator for trying to resolve the conflict.

A great place for lunch, or any of your snacks. The menu is quite simple, but delicious. Nothing supernatural, but I think you will be satisfied with any dish. Suitable for families with children.

The service is long, the waiters and the receptionist are unfriendly, the halls are very crowded. While they were waiting for their orders, they talked to the neighboring tables, people were very outraged by the very long wait, it reached 1.5 hours - these are salads and dumplings.
