Very tasty. I recommend this network to everyone. We have been to several cities, and the food is excellent everywhere. But there are several disadvantages: 1. The queue for boarding, when there are a lot of visitors, the waiters do not immediately clean up after the departed. I watched the picture when there were 3 unmade tables in the hall for more than 10 minutes, with a queue at the entrance. 2. Very greedy: when my little child was served an alcoholic mahito, although they ordered a naturally non-alcoholic one, they of course apologized, replaced it, but did not even offer it for free or something else. Usually in a normal restaurant, in such situations, at least something branded to choose from is brought for free as an apology.

The worst thing is the queues at the entrance.
They ruin everything. If it weren't for the desire of the other half to get into a hyped restaurant before leaving, I would never have stood in this crush.
Because of this flow, the service is conveyor-like, everything is automatic with stone faces, the waiters are like robots. On food as well. We expected a wow effect from the food, but it turned out to be average. Before that, we were in 7-8 restaurants in Minsk and it was better everywhere. So we were not impressed, and in combination with the service and queues, it even upset us a little.
Well, Minsk itself is beautiful and friendly! Thank you, we will come again!

Sooo delicious!!!! Traveling around Minsk, we wanted to taste Belarusian cuisine. We decided to go to the Cornflowers cafe in the Gallery shopping center. For the first time we parked behind the shopping center on the territory of the hotel for 5 rubles. The second time we found parking near the sports center for 1 rub., but there were no places, so we parked for 2 rubles. (like for 1 hour) behind this sports center. When they saw the queue at the cafe just to enter, they were shocked. We were seated at a vacant table and given beautifully decorated menus. There is a children's menu with coloring and some tasks, they give pencils for the children to draw while waiting for the order. The keyword is EXPECTED because we have been waiting for our main order for about 40 minutes!!!!!! As a result, it took us almost 2 hours to eat from the moment of parking to the parking lot! I take off 1 star for this. Everything else was fine. The waiters are neatly dressed, polite and helpful! The food is delicious and freshly prepared! From the menu, we liked fruit tea (from a bag, but delicious), solyanka, croutons with cheese, Belarusian grandmother in a pot with meat (tongue can be swallowed). The child ate French fries and a burger, and for the second time mashed potatoes with a cutlet decorated in the form of an owl.
As a result, I recommend the cafe, maybe you won't have to wait so long at another point, but if you are going to visit the Cornflowers in the center, get ready to wait, because while we ate for almost 2 hours, the queue was still standing.

Recently I managed to visit the beautiful city of Minsk. I wanted to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Belarusian everyday life and decided to taste the national cuisine, one of the brightest representatives of the coveted cuisine was the restaurant "Cornflowers". The first was the restaurant in the shopping center "Dana Moll", the receptionist immediately sat us down at a table and we made a choice. Everything was served quickly, the waiters were very friendly, although two of us served at once, but it didn't matter. The cuisine is amazing, we were so delighted with the wonderful execution of the basic dishes that we decided to repeat this wonderful experience and looked into the Cornflowers located in the gallery shopping center. After entering the restaurant, we stood for five minutes, expecting that the administrator, talking on neutral topics with a colleague, would still put us down, but this did not happen, we decided to clarify ourselves which table we could sit at, to which we received a short answer "there are no seats", however, while waiting for the administrator to work, we found "liberation" as minimum of 2 tables. The receptionist didn't say hello, but that's nonsense, she just ignored our presence, even though we were a meter away from her and gave signals. This incident in the gallery left a very bad impression and even the wonderful cuisine will not make us visit this place again. Very sorry.

Cornflowers is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and satisfying. The quality of the dishes is excellent. The service is polite. Dishes are brought to the whole company at once at the same time. The wait is not long. A large number of seats in the restaurant, the landing was almost complete.
My favorite draniki here are of incredible size, you can just swallow your tongue. We left the restaurant having eaten too much. We will be in Belarus - the first thing again in Cornflowers!!! Thank you for the food and atmosphere!

We didn't understand the rave reviews about this place at all. The food is at the diner level, and the prices are at the restaurant level. The service is at zero, at first we waited at the table for the waitress for 20 minutes, so that we just had to take out the menu, so that in the end we had to wait for her for another 20 minutes (and all this despite the fact that it was a weekday and boarding in the hall was not even half). As a result, after more than an hour of waiting, cold food of dubious quality was brought to us. The meat was tough, overexposed. The sauce was tasteless.
When the waitress asked why the food was cold, she smiled maliciously and said: "Can I bring you hot coffee then? ".
We do not recommend this place to anyone, there are many other establishments in Minsk with original Belarusian cuisine, good service, and HOT and FRESH food.

They asked about the process itself), why wait 40 minutes for the dish to be brought cold). The administrator was called. We had the dish prepared anew, we got a discount! But the mood is spoiled and time is lost. Not the most delicious food - the pancakes were rubber, a lot of flour. The potato pies were cooked well under the close supervision of the administrator, cornflower water with orange and grapefruit... just water with fruit.
Maybe we were so unlucky, maybe a large flow of people… But! This does not explain the long wait, and the provision of food is not in the form that the restaurant guest is waiting for.
In general, I do not recommend this institution.
