In addition to his duties (there is a certain standard of services for gift maintenance, and believe me there is a weak and boring set of bicycle assistance), he really dug into the bike, thoroughly removed all complaints, helped in non-obvious moments, and overall did everything well.
Let's talk about the seller, the most controversial personality. You will see zero positivity in his face, impressionable people will not like the spoiled joy and atmosphere during the purchase. I was confused only by passive aggression and open ridicule of the buyer. We'll come back to that.
The problems started from the moment the marriage appeared in the bike. The bike was bought for almost $ 1k at the time of purchase at the exchange rate. About a little over six months ago. It has an air suspension system in the front. In the first week after purchase, the fork began to deflate just at idle without loads and driving.
I applied for a warranty, because often such a problem comes from the factory, that and not only, everything happens with delivery and so on. In general, they took him away for repairs, for a week. As a result, I came, they told me everything joyfully, how they looked at everything, they found nothing, everything was in order, the only thing was that they did not find a rubber gasket in the nipple for pumping. We put our nipple with a seal, it should help. Everything is absolutely free and generally good-natured.
The problem was solved by half, he stopped lowering at rest, but when driving calmly, the fork lowered again, and strongly. In one trip, almost all the pressure went away.
I took him back under warranty, at the same time I asked on the phone if they could pump the hydraulics, because I was not satisfied with the factory pumping. In response, they said that everything was going well from the factory and they would not get into it (then I decided to turn to other specialists for pumping for money). On my second visit about the repair of the fork, I was met with a grin, and words about pumping brakes were thrown openly among themselves. It was like I asked them to fill up an electric car. They took the bike, a week later they reported that they had not found any problems, take it back.
In general, a month later I came to them for the third time, because the problem did not disappear. The seller met me with rolled eyes, and as he realized that I was again with the same claim, he told me head-on, "your bike flew off the warranty, you changed the rear sleeve" after adding that this bike is for pleasure riding, I outgrew it, it is not suitable for my level of cycling along shallow roots in the forest.
In response, I do not hide my emotions, I am outraged if he is not *****. He literally discussed with me whether this part would fit there, whether they had it in stock. He praised the choice and so on and so forth. He didn't say a word about the warranty. Well, I added how good this bike is even in professional sports.
Then the manager came out and took control of everything. I took the bike, explained everything humanly and promised the result. I was in touch with him personally, he said that a premium-level master came to them, who is not permanent (because it is expensive to maintain him and he is not always needed). He explained everything, said that the cuff was replaced and this should help. The funny thing is, I saw traces of opening the plug after this repair. Then I ventured to assume that the second time they did not climb into the camera at all.
Unfortunately, this time the problem was not solved, and the hope of going 4 times is 0. Zero desire to feel this passive aggression, although the thing is not cheap. In the spring, I will contact them again, if the problem is not solved, then I will have to personally fight them through an appeal to consumer protection.
To sum up, we silently go to buy because of the cool availability. Communication with the seller is only on business. For questions of any kind, contact the manager. And with the master, if desired, we stand in headphones. He tells very funny stories sometimes.
