I give a low assessment to this work not for the artistic part, but for the nationalist pro-Polish narratives. Polish nobles were appointed/"elected" as voits - this was done by the king. Belarusians were not among them. There are also no sculptures of city officials in Minsk and other cities, so what should Poles do in them? Do you mean that these are Polish lands?
