The girl who gave out the goods behaved disrespectfully. I buy a lot of goods for work, so I need a receipt. I asked to write two sales receipts, as I had a large order and it needed to be divided. In response to my quite ordinary request, she rolled her eyes and began to sigh, as if I had asked her to perform a feat. When they gave me the second check, I asked for the first one, to which the girl replied that she had given it to me. I didn't find it at home, but the girl also continued to ignore me and serve other people, throwing phrases in my direction, "I gave it to you, look for it," and after that she said that maybe it was in the packaging from the boxes. I had already thrown away the package, I had to rummage in the trash to find the missing receipt! I am more outraged not by the fact that I had to look for the receipt in the trash, but by the attitude of the girl. If an employee does not know how to communicate with customers, then he has no place in the service sector. After asking for just two checks, I felt guilty and an unwanted customer.
