I recently visited the pizzeria "Ate Baldeli", and was very pleased! The interior is cozy, creates a homely atmosphere, and the staff is polite and attentive. But the main thing, of course, is the pizza – it's really gorgeous! The dough is thin and crispy, the fillings are generous and very fresh. I tried several types, and each was good in its own way. Very tasty pizza. It doesn't harden overnight like in other restaurants, but as if it had just been bought. The atmosphere is very cool, the velvet, upholstered chairs, the interior space itself is very coolly painted. The waiting time is literally 20 minutes. It's better than all the other pizzerias!

My favorite pizza in Spruce&Baldeli is Barbecue Chicken. I also liked the idea of lunch boxes for lunch — this is a great option for those who want a quick and tasty snack. Food has been failing me a lot lately.. We have been frequent guests at this establishment for a long time. Donuts haven't been that hard lately, what's changed about them? A lot of positions are missing, why? Since when is a 30cm pizza size big? Why was the 35 cm pizza removed? My favorite khachapuri was also removed, and a lot of pizzas were removed..Several times it happened that they cooked something that was not what they ordered, but the issue was resolved, they apologized and prepared those items according to the order)) It often happens that something is burnt or over-dried..the calzone is also a lottery, they took it yesterday - great, since before that, it's just a quiet horror, the coffee is cold, the place is good, stylish, there don't seem to be any questions about cleanliness, they also took potatoes yesterday, apparently not a very sweet variety.. they don't always have time to clean the tables, sometimes it can be very noisy because of teenagers who swear obscenities at the whole institution, which prevents other people from relaxing, the staff do not make any comments, it seems that I am in the zoo, thank you for the constant promotions and bonus system!

For some time we visited this institution with a small company. The staff could not tell by the menu items, the drinks were not made according to the technical card and the amount of contents in the glass was clearly less than normal. No one warned about the waiting time for the dishes. The establishment has wi-fi with a password, but the staff denied its existence. I was pleased with only one pizza from all the ordered items.

The shaurma gram is not listed in the menu. Then, as it turned out, the standard is 330 grams. For 10.50 it is very expensive. I asked for meat in the mushroom room. There was nothing else but mushrooms, sauce and cabbage. There was too little cabbage, it was practically not felt. Sadly. It could be tastier if the gramophone was bigger for the price. It is more expensive than in Minsk.

The pizza is family-style , the filling just falls off the piece , meaning you have to put the filling back on the piece with your hands . Carbonara seemed kind of bland. There was not enough sauce in the pizzas .

But I advise you to eat khachapuri in the khinkalnaya anyway, there if the dough gets raw, you will be redone and apologize for the jamb, you should not expect this from a baldeli spruce.
