I came in on 26.09 at about 19.30. I encountered a boorish attitude. Namely, specialist Alina was rude to the girl who was in line in front of me. After that, she was rude to me. She showed her dislike when communicating, expressed herself in a rude way, showed a haughty face and fatigue from communicating with visitors. Such specialists have no place at work with people! I ask you to teach the specialist Alina the basic rules of etiquette. If she doesn't have enough intelligence for simple phrases, then write her positive scripts. It is impossible to perceive her displeased face in any other way. I think the review is objective and I hope the management will take action.
