Then, in the 80s, a two-storey pavilion was built, on the ground floor of which Dried Fruits from Uzbekistan were sold. Then, in the 90s, buildings along Pushkin joined and finally, a new pavilion along Makatayev. Everything can be found on the Green. Of course, those who want cheaper come early in the morning. Although this custom has already been leveled at the present time. It is also more convenient to go in the morning towards Kaskelen and buy more and cheaper there. As always, there are fish, meat, poultry, milk, vegetables and fruits on the Green. In addition, clothes, dishes, building materials have been added since the 90s. In the late 80s, a farm pavilion was built. So he gave development to this direction. The Green Bazaar is one of the attractions of Almaty. Now a flea market has been added, but the Green Bazaar is known at all times. Almaty residents definitely go to the Green at least once a month, or even more often. As for the nearby residential areas, Green is an indispensable attribute for them to visit, because you can buy everything your heart desires there. I myself drive on the Green with pleasure. But you have to pay for comfort - prices in this market are slightly higher than in other bazaars. It is better not to buy nuts and spices from the main entrance (where there are meat rows), but go downstairs, it is a little cheaper there. What I don't like: there used to be ATMs at least of the Halyk Bank, now they have been removed and a jewelry department has been installed, well, so-so exchange. Now there are no ATMs and this is inconvenient - the market loves cash, but there is nowhere to take it at the bazaar itself.

There is no normal paid parking because of this, car Chaos and nightmarish traffic jams are created, a lot of spontaneous trade along the road because of this, the impression of the market deteriorates, as they say, they stuffed dots on every square meter!
The products are very expensive, which clearly do not match the quality! It takes a lot of energy and strength to overcome systemic obstacles! There is a lot of garbage from boxes and bags everywhere! For me, it's better to go to more civilized Hypermarkets or shopping malls to shop there!
