No, the salad is good- but it's very far from the classics - and the cheese is also not the same.
Dessert is beautiful, delicious, but the presentation from the point of view of how to eat it has failed - the meringue is too dry and firm.
Beef with mashed potatoes. Individually, it is both interesting and excellent, together it is sweet and impersonal.

We recently visited this wonderful restaurant and were completely delighted! The four of us arrived at the very closing of the kitchen, and were pleasantly surprised that all the dishes were served after 20 minutes.
The food was incredibly delicious, the care and skillful hand of the cook was felt in each dish. The service was top notch — the staff was polite and attentive, despite the late hour.
The prices are fully consistent with the quality, and we will be happy to return here again. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the gastronomic pleasure!

Пожалуй, лучший ресторан Беларуси. Высокий уровень сервиса, адекватное общение администратора и официанта Дениса, одновременная подача блюд, уборка посуды вовремя. Кухня отличная, интересные сочетания вкусов и фактур. Севиче из тунца - это что-то божественное! Также очень понравился острый тайский суп.
Были втроем, все остались довольны.

On the 15th anniversary of the wedding, we found ourselves with my wife and children in Brest and, winding kilometers of walking, we accidentally stopped at Jules Verne's.
A good place, a pleasant atmosphere, polite and friendly waiters, delicious dishes. It seemed a little expensive for us, but this is an estimated opinion, everyone has their own financial capabilities.
I definitely recommend it to all visitors of Brest.

Stylish, refined, high level of service. The dishes are delicious: we ordered various things, salads, soup, snacks and hot dishes - good portions and beautiful serving. I like places where children are welcome - children's menus and coloring books, and I can already feel the attention to young visitors. I recommend you to visit! We were not disappointed.

The interior is classic and cozy enough... Inside, beautiful 2 birds in cages are eating and singing beautifully... (by the way) they also sang excellent tips in fact... 😉 we got on the breakfast menu, my wife and daughter had a delicious meal and cheesecakes in a chic sauce, and aladushki with fresh berries... In general, our girls REALLY LIKED IT... I personally expected to try the signature fruit tea...but I drank the usual +/- karkade... 😐 their coffee machine makes a decent cappuccino... San nodes are also worthy of respect... In general: the furniture + kitchen + service but at a normal price is decent... Thank you guys for that... 😉

On the advice of friends, we headed to the main street for tourists, where there were many cafes, restaurants and pubs, but we decided to deviate a little from the tourist course and walk along the neighboring streets, where we came across the restaurant "Jules Verne"!
The staff of the restaurant "Jules Verne" showed a high level of professionalism, friendliness and care for everyone a guest. The responsive and attentive staff created an atmosphere of cordiality and comfort, which made our visit especially pleasant.
Delicious dishes: The dishes presented in the restaurant's menu struck with their variety and unique taste. Each dish was prepared with special skill and love of cooking, which allowed us to enjoy the true masterpieces of gastronomy.

In general, a good restaurant, everything is clean, the birds sing wonderful, the dishes are beautifully decorated, the food is delicious. Now about the cons:
The dress code of the waitresses, namely, lips in dark red lipstick, looks terrible. The girls are young, but these black lips make their faces angry and vulgar, there are practically no poultry dishes on the menu, only pork, but here we must understand that these are Belarusians, they eat pork. And there was not enough fresh greens for the meat, there is none at all. Otherwise, everything is fine.

We fell in love with this cafe. The atmosphere, the music, the service - everything is on top.
For fans of Jules Verne, his books are on the shelves.
Pancakes with berries and ice cream are just super!
It is especially pleasant to have breakfast with quiet jazz and the lilting singing of birds (they sit in cages inside, they love music terribly, they immediately start singing along))))

The restaurant was pleasantly surprised. The food is incredibly delicious, I did not expect this from a random restaurant. The service is at a very high level, even too courteous. The design is restrained and tasteful. I recommend the salad with dried duck: an unusual but excellent combination of sweet strawberries with avocado and delicious goat cheese.

Perfect for a romantic or business meeting.
I took a salad with duck and coffee. Everything is perfectly balanced in the salad, but the leaves are too greenhouse, and the breast is like ham, I prefer natural, baked. Coffee is wonderful. Next time I'll try steak, I'm an expert in them))) and I will add a review. As it is, it is a very pleasant, decent institution.

I recently visited this restaurant and I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service ( Waiter Janochka ). The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. They did their best to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The food was great, every dish was prepared with love and attention to detail. It's cozy and clean inside. The waiters are friendly, served well and quickly (drinks were brought within 8-10 minutes). I didn't like the menu: it seems that the dishes are interesting, there are unusual ones. But after 12 hours of driving, I wanted to eat, I wanted soup and a slightly simpler second one, but there were none (there were three types of soup on the menu, one of them cold). Someone will say, we would look for an ordinary canteen for these purposes. We searched, but in Brest some cafes work very strangely: at 16.00 a lot of things close, and we arrived in the evening... But that's another story. I recommend this place to those who do not want hackneyed dishes and want to please themselves with something new.
