As the employees of this company explained to me on the phone, there is no designated lunch time in the stores, that is, when he wanted to leave then. And everyone who came for their order is not the company's problem. Today I arrived at the opening ,,,,and BINGO ,,,, there is a sign that went for a bone. After 15 minutes of waiting, I call a single number and they tell me maybe the employee is sick. This is aerobatics. When I ask to bring the order, they tell me that 4 rubles are missing before free delivery. That's customer focus!!!!! I basically did not add the product to the order, and I have a question for the company's management - who in this case will compensate me for the cost of gasoline and the time I spent each time coming for my orders and leaving back - Went for a bone
Incorrect information is provided on the website: it is indicated that the product is in stock, but in fact the product will not be available. You can even order pickup, but after a while you will get a call back and be told that the product is missing at the address you have chosen. They won't tell you which store has the right product either: "we don't have any information." They recommended calling the stores, but it's not that easy to get through...
On Saturday, January 27, 2024, I went to the Zoobazar store at 19/1 Lynkova Street, which is located in the same building as the Mayak store, with a cart. The cashier, a girl with short hair and dark hair, said that they were not allowed to enter with carts. To the question - on the basis of what? The answer was read the announcement at the entrance. After leaving the store, I saw a handwritten ad (photo attached). The sediment remained unpleasant and the desire to shop here disappeared. It is unclear on what basis employees themselves make such decisions and post such ads?

My family has been a regular customer for quite a long time and were very satisfied with the service before. But now something is not quite normal in the company.
1. Yesterday, on August 15, at the announced discount, I tried to buy BRIT food, but at 11 a.m. the operator said that the food was over and offered to buy it at a retail store (without deeming it necessary to mention that it was 30% more expensive there). The time spent on useless driving around the city did not add respect to this store.
2. Nevertheless, exactly one hour later, another store operator kindly accepted an order for the delivery of feed at a promotional price. The order was placed with delivery on the 16th and when the time came, we received a call and were told that there was NO feed, but there was another one without a discount.
Why should regular customers send a newsletter about discounts if you can't buy a product at a promotional price?
You can get through to their PAID short number only on the 5th attempt, and the previous 4 listen to that "my call is important to you " and immediately reset the call.
A similar situation occurred during the last campaign when trying to order cat litter, although at that time it all ended with a useless trip to the store.

I have repeatedly ordered cat food from them with home delivery. When placing an order, the delivery time is agreed in the interval of 2 hours, for example, from 18:00 to 20:00. As a rule, the courier does not arrive at this agreed time. At the same time, no one calls and warns about the failure of the delivery time. And the last time the courier showed up only the day after the designated delivery date, and no explanation or apology. Boorish attitude towards the client!
One of the worst services I've ever seen. I do not recommend making orders from them. I left the order on Thursday, everything was in stock, I paid in advance with a card. The delivery was chosen for Friday from 18 to 20. As a result, they called back on Friday at 18-30 (!) to inform me that the product was out of stock and were silent on the phone, as if I had to make decisions for them. They also did not express any regret about this, as if this was the order of the day for them. Then it's better: 6 days have passed, the money has not been returned. No messages or calls. A call to a call center is a real horror: "we don't know anything", "we don't have any information", "we submitted the data - wait." They couldn't answer any of my questions to the point. Unfortunately, for this company, customers are an empty place.
The site contains incorrect information. It may be indicated that the product is in stock, you will even be charged for it, but in fact the product will not be available. I do not recommend it.
