A very high and unreasonable price. They create an architectural project, which is then subjected to a large number of edits from their own designer. It feels like the designer and the architect are disconnected from reality. The result is that we are working with another studio that fixes everything after these guys.
I have a very small apartment, but, as they say, I want everything at once. I was very pleased with the cooperation with the Architectural Bureau ZROBIM architects studio: they used the available resources perfectly and created an interior that I want and will be able to implement. We turned to the manager in Moscow with the desire to build a house, that he, that the architects, at the first meeting, indicated one price for construction, ran away that these were real prices, prescribed it in the contract as our wish for the project. We agreed and made the project at a rather high price, but what is the result? Only the construction without any repairs costs TWICE the promised price for a finished house with furniture, how is it in general? Third-party construction companies do not undertake this project at all - they say it is impossible to implement, it must be redone into reality. It's just a horror and disappointment, now you can just hang a dream house with a picture on the wall. We are very disappointed.
