I will not speak for all the halls... My family and I were in Hall 3 (a cartoon about a brownie)... The impressions of the visit are very pleasant. The chairs are soft, comfortable, with cup holders for coffee and ice cream (by the way, ice cream can be brought into the hall. The staff is polite. Clear. I recommend.

Good afternoon. We visited the Zvezda cinema with a child on 05/20/2022. An extremely unpleasant woman is sitting at the entrance to the cinema building itself. Rude and rude. She tried to keep me and the child from going to the toilet. But after showing tickets to the cinema for the session, I had to put up with the fact that we go to the toilet for free!!! She continued to be rude until we left the cinema building. The toilet itself is in a disgusting state, as is the building itself, however. And there's nothing to say about the cinema staff and the female janitor. Uncultured and ill-mannered people.

There are a lot of cobwebs and dust. Purely by chance , I noticed a huge spider web in the corner near the table , and then I wondered how bad everything was there . There are a lot of cobwebs under the ceiling and at the same time it is not badly illuminated by an LED strip.
And the second thing that couldn't help but upset was the ever-confusing pins. For 20 minutes of their time, they just had to wait for them to either unravel themselves or the staff to help after some time. They got confused more than 5 times in an hour .
