Staff were not friendly, too busy to get good customer service. The stroganoff was very disappointing, served on a bed of mashed potato! The dessert was also too sweet and hard.

Nice small space to just lay your head. The hotel only opens at 2 pm and correspondence is not frequent. However, Pavlov was very nice and assisted in purchasing tickets online for me. The towels are very worn out, the bathroom had a bit of a stench
