We went in the evening. The saleswoman was very nice, patient considering I don't speak Russian well. She was extremely considerate and helpful. Giving her honest opinion. I forgot to ask her name.. NEVERTHELESS, thankyou very much for your help. They have good and genuine collection according to me.
One of my most favorite stay , I had in leningradskaya , not only interiors are wonderful but also the hospitality is fantastic. Special thanks to the chef who had kept lots of vegetarian options in breakfast. Very satisfying. Thankyou again
The taste is awesome. But my only wish is for them to have sugar free options for diabetic patients like me.
I loved the hospitality of this hotel. All the staff working here is extremely good and polite. I mostly spoke with Paulina and she was so kind and patient with me as iam non russian and not fluent in russian yet. Thankyou so much. I will never forget your kindness
I went there once as I happened to see it while walking in the rains in petersburg. One of the nicest decisions of my life. Everything I ate was so delicious esp hot pakoras in the rain in petersburg was an amazing combination. Special shout out to the staff for their hospitality and politeness
I went for the breakfast and and the girl who took our order was so welcoming and nice and kind. Though iam not fluent in russian yet , she tried to understand our order, was so considerate to us..thankyou very much..I will never forget your kindness.

I go for laser and despite not knowing the language everyone showed great deal of patience and understanding from day 1. The clinic is clean, master who gives me a laser is supreme professional and very good at her job. The equipment is good, service is phenomenal, price is also reasonable. Thankyou..
