We visited this year on January 2, 2025, and left a bad impression of the hotel. Our room was 1119 on the 11th floor, it was very cold in the room (it blows terribly through the window) there is no seal, I had to be in the room in my clothes. The faucet in the toilet is not working, the water is difficult to set up (either cold or hot), I had difficulty washing my face. Of the advantages, only good bed linen. The rooms are not cheap, and the conditions are terrible.

A warm welcome at the reception. The staff is polite. Clean beds and towels. But... the room is cool. There is no hot water. Cool. There's a mountain of dust under the bedside table. The phone in the room is not working. I went downstairs with complaints, and five minutes later everyone came: an electrician who said we could do without a phone, a plumber who briefly did something with hot water and two maids. The girls apologized for the dirt, but for two days no one thought to clean it up. The elevator hasn't been cleaned either - the husk of the seeds has been in the corner for two days.

The hotel made me very happy. Instant booking via the website without advance payment, payment by the Mir card is absolutely hassle-free, impeccably polite staff. The location is almost in the center. The room is small, but very clean, with a fairly fresh renovation, the beds and pillows are comfortable even for my sore back. A full set of furniture in the room for 2 - and a wardrobe with hangers in the corridor, and 2 bedside tables by the beds, and even a cabinet for a suitcase. The water pressure in the shower is wonderful. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor, there are no cups and a kettle in the room, only water glasses. Breakfast is not refined, but varied and delicious at home. There is a large guarded parking lot behind the hotel. Near the exchange office, open except Sundays. Just don't forget your slippers, the floor is parquet. When I go to Minsk again, I will definitely live here again

The era of the past, when it was built for centuries. Some desolation is visible, but repairs are underway, I hope it will become more comfortable. We rented a twin room, we definitely would like to repair it, terribly creaky krgvttnt especially doors that do not match the door frame and to close you need to bang yourself many times and hear the same from neighbors. The sound insulation is average, if you are not lucky with the neighbors, then it is sad. We didn't take breakfast, it's expensive, so I can't estimate it. At the same time, the excellent location, the center, the Victory Museum, a shopping center, shops are within walking distance. There is a beautiful illuminated fountain and tables to sit on your own in the evening. In general, everything is fine, Minsk is a beautiful city, thank you for your hospitality.

There are problems with water, the taps must be unscrewed completely so that they somehow flow out. The food is decent, the buffet at 7 a.m. is good, I didn't see it later, but they say there's not much left. The only thing that caused delight was the mattress on the bed. It is as convenient as possible. You lie down, and you physically feel your back saying "Thank you! ". So it's a very average hotel, but just to spend the night is fine.

We were in Minsk at the end of June 2024. We stayed at the Planeta Hotel. We have booked a two-room Suite. Positive: good location, good breakfasts. Cons: The rooms are old, the furniture is from the 80s. The photos of the room do not match reality (instead of two double beds in one of the rooms there is a folding sofa, old, squeaky terribly! The bathtub is also old. The windows don't open well, there are no screens, they haven't been washed, apparently, for many years. Cleaning for 4-. The first room did not have air conditioning in one of the rooms, so I had to ask for another room. Bed linen is not made for extra.the place- you have to do everything yourself. The double bed is made with linen for a single bed! Arriving at the room at 12 o'clock in the morning, I had to do everything myself, ask for a normal set of underwear (which also did not turn out to be). The folding sofa did not work, I had to call the master .... In short, you understand that this is not the level of a Suite, from the word- at all! Bottom line: next time, this hotel will definitely not be chosen by us.

What's bad: the lamp on the bedside table did not work, cold water could not be turned on, but only used relatively hot, drain cold water from the hot tap for about 20 minutes, categorically not a comfortable shower room, no matter how you pressed against the wall and closed the curtain, but the floor would be flooded with water, and wipe only with a towel which then needs to be dried on something. The heated towel rail is hot only while the hot water is running. There was a water cooler, but only on 3 floors, out of 4 elevators, 2 do not always work, and the crowd for breakfast and check-in is large. Room cleaning is normal, but the towels are already very gray. The windows are dirty and there is a lot of wind blowing out of them. Curtains should also be washed at least once a year. According to the food, it is edible, in principle, you can find something that you can eat. The omelet is normal, the sausages are too, but the pancakes are not tasty, the porridge was generally terrible.

The location of the hotel is also quite acceptable, although not the best. It is located exactly in the middle between Nemiga and Yubileynaya metro stations. Most of the attractions can be reached on foot, within 1-3 km. The Museum of the Patriotic War is right across the street. There is a large shopping center and a grocery store nearby. Breakfast and business lunch are organized at the hotel. There is no swimming pool, it is rented out. There was nothing very critical, categorically incompatible with comfort.

We arrived at the hotel around 23:00, we were quickly checked in. The room was on the 5th floor, standard with two single beds. Our room turned out to be better in person than in the photo when booking. The window opens, there is a mini fridge. The only drawback was that water was dripping from the shower in the bathroom, it was audible at night. Breakfast was not taken at the time of booking, but the girls at the reception said that if desired, you can go down in the morning and pay on the spot. In general, we stayed here purely for the night, so it seemed comfortable. Moreover, the room rate was much lower than in other hotels. The hotel's luggage storage helped a lot, we were able to leave our things there before the train left.
