The hotel is not bad to stay for a short time. The breakfasts are the same every day, there are no normal side dishes (either millet or oatmeal every day). There are no casseroles/cheesecakes/omelets, just chicken, sausages and cottage cheese. The room was not cleaned very well, the bed linen was not changed for 8 days!! The refrigerator in the room didn't work at all.

The furniture is new. It is better to make payment by card. Breakfast is available for a fee. Lunch at the hotel restaurant, just go through the passage to another building. Lunch is from 13.00 to 15.00. Lunch is on average about 6 Belarusian rubles per person. But in the dining room it is better for cash, because they withdraw SIM cards at an incomprehensible rate.

There were a lot of midges on the curtains, scales crawled on the bed, there was a musty smell in the room and instead of a pipe under the shower stall, there was a hole in the concrete floor and if you turn on the pressure in the shower more strongly, the water did not have time to drain and flooded the floor. The towels and bed linen were clean, and the staff service was very good. The girls at the reception are just a miracle, there was shampoo and shower gel. I give 3 stars for this.

We chose this hotel for one night based on its location and cost. Plus, they were allowed to check in at 11 a.m. without additional payment. The triple room turned out to be a two-room room: in one there are two single beds, in the second there is a leather folding sofa, a table, a shelving. Two TVs, a mini fridge. There is only air conditioning in one room, there are no screens on the windows (fortunately, there are no insects either - perhaps because of the intense heat). The safe turned out to be defective, we had to leave valuables at the reception in a cell that locks with 2 keys: one with us, the second with the staff. A rail flew out at the folding part of the sofa, they asked to fix it, they did not do it during the day. The toilet is swinging, and the bathroom itself is tired: it is cleaned cleanly, but still not comfortable. It is suitable for a short stop, but for a long stay I recommend finding an alternative.

I didn't cross paths with the staff, but they did the cleaning (garbage was taken out, bathroom accessories were updated). The refrigerator in the room is not cold, i.e. not at all. When asked why this unit should be plugged into an outlet, there were incomprehensible explanations that it used to be a minibar. What kind of relationship is unclear. This is not an accident - we had 2 rooms, the other one is the same. Air conditioning is also for furniture. The TV normally shows only three Western channels - two in English and one from the Voice of America from Prague. The state channels with big ripples, one day I set up the RTR channel, in the morning it was not there (and did not tune in). Given that the antenna is collective, the attitude is ambiguous

Cleaning has never been carried out, only the garbage was removed. They are being fed... the breakfasts are good, but only what cannot be spoiled by cooking, because the products in Belarus are very good. For example, the fried eggs are delicious, but the omelet is not - the cook has diluted it a lot. But the dinners are a nightmare! To take such money... For what??? Soups are not meat, perhaps on weak chicken broth, there was chicken three times, 1 time minced fish schnitzel, sour puree. And this is for 350 rubles! We were in Minsk with a cultural program, stayed in a hotel for 2 nights. Pros - located in the center, there is its own Parking. Cons - everything else. First, we were settled in an unmade room, from where someone had just moved out. From the second time we received a cleaned one. But in this room (as well as others, apparently) - the parquet floor is worn to holes, it is unpleasant to walk without shoes, but there are no slippers in the room, they must be bought at the reception. One pair is 3.5 Belarusian rubles. Dirty curtains, a layer of dust on the windowsill. There is no kettle, bottled water (met in all hotels). There is no soap in the bathroom, there was 1 bag of shower gel and 3 bags of shampoo (for two people). The shower stalls are small. The shower watering can flows from all sides, the doors in the shower stall close badly. Water flows from the bottom of the pallet to the floor. The heated towel rail is hanging on the screws torn out of the wall. More than half of the lamps are not lit in the corridors. Although I saw a lot of similar reviews, I hoped that in fact not everything is so bad. But in fact it is. I don't recommend it.
