08/10/2023 I was traveling on the Minsk - Moscow route. Everything went perfectly, without delays and complaints. The bus is double-decker, comfortable, had Wi-Fi in Russia and sockets for recharging the phone. We drove at night, the stops were not long, but we managed everything, we did not wait for anyone for a long time. In the morning, we arrived in Moscow on time at the declared station. I'm going back with the same company.

I'm going on the Moscow-Minsk route today (it's on the Intercars bus, which is branded accordingly, do not write the same type of answer later that it's another carrier, and you're just a platform) along the aisle to the bus for boarding, it turned out that now you need to get a tag for luggage at the checkout, which of course no one knew about on the bus, Everyone went to get in line.
Disgusting attitude towards customers, would you at least send with a ticket that the innovation is now like this, because 2 weeks ago there was nothing like this and many people go to the boarding platform before departure and what should they do in this case? The bus left with a slight delay, although before that the bus left at all without waiting for those who went to get the tag, there was such a man on our bus, for example, a very unpleasant situation, everyone was nervous that they would not make it, because there were queues at the ticket offices. And so there is no service, buses are worse than the same Ecolines at times, there is no question of comfort at all, and the same application is unfinished…I still turn a blind eye to this because of the price, but here the attitude is simply not much worse.
P.S. Ecolines also used tags for luggage, but they were issued right next to the bus when they checked the ticket and passport, one was glued to the luggage, and the second part, for example, on the ticket or wherever you say, and there were no problems and delays because of this.

We were traveling Moscow-Minsk on 21.11.23 at 21:45 The bus was warm , Wi-Fi worked perfectly in the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus did not work at all! Everything is fine in terms of speed . There were stops to go to the toilet or just to stretch. We arrived in Minsk almost on time! ( Although we were standing at the border for 30 minutes , drivers bought insurance ) The most that upset and caused shock and bewilderment is that the person came in 47 minutes ( the bus was still standing , we did not leave ) the driver asked the man what you wanted?! The man said it was his bus ! And his driver wouldn 't let him ! Said the flight is already closed! Carl!!! We didn 't leave , he opened the door ! He asked and didn 't let me in ! Closed the door ! Although the bus was half empty ! And the people on the bus asked to let them in ! How can that be! Just a shock! For this 3 points and then ! For the fact that everything else was normal! And then this kind-hearted (driver) allowed everyone who wants to move one by one! Because the bus is empty)) it shouldn 't be like this !

This is the first time I've been on such a terrible bus. All the exhaust fumes in the cabin, the smell from the broken toilet (?) in the salon too. The noise from the engine is such that even with birusha I could not fall asleep. An old German bus with terribly uncomfortable seats. It was impossible to sit on them, much less sleep on them. The air conditioner was not regulated, everyone was very cold. A rude and nervous driver. It's not the first time I've been traveling with this company, but it's the first time I've come across this... putting such buses on international routes is a crime in front of people.
There are no identification signs on the bus that these are Intercars. The driver did not ask for documents when boarding the bus.
Instead of 5 hours, we got to Minsk 7. It was good that I had enough time before further departure from Minsk ...

Shocked by the bus. I used to travel with this company on the same route (4 times), there were never any complaints. You could always charge your phone on the bus and always manage to sleep.

I am very glad that I decided to take a bus tour from Minsk to St. Petersburg! It was an unforgettable journey that left a lot of positive impressions.

1-Not timely, or rather the lack of notification that the bus is delayed and the place of arrival is changed. Instead of Bobruisk 6, they brought it to Dzerzhinsky. They were confronted with the fact in 20 minutes, not at least an hour!

Disgusting staff! The flight was postponed 4 times. Postponements are still okay. but! They warn you about it IN 15 MINUTES! When all the things are already at the train station. I paid for a taxi 8 times to come to find out that there is no bus and leave! I want to mention the manager DIANA! Who never knows anything and who never has any information! Why can't people be told IN ADVANCE that there will be a transfer and that they don't spend money on taxis and don't drive with huge bags when they don't have to? Absolutely disgusting company.In August 2023, the flight was delayed for 3 hours.Because the driver is an international(!)He did not pass a medical examination and was not released on the flight.We almost missed the plane from Vilnius..They flew away to rest.40 passengers of the bus were in the dark for 3 hours.Then we were somehow transferred to Oshmyan, where we were transferred to another bus that was returning from Lithuania..It was some kind of horror!Now I'm trying to change my ticket for another day.They don't give me that opportunity.You need to hand over the ticket, then wait seven days for a refund minus interest.. This is just a mockery!I do not recommend contacting this company to anyone!

There is really not enough space on the bus, after such a trip we will restore the whole body for a couple more days. The air conditioner was not working, the driver also decided to turn on the heater (you can't think of a better one), it was sooo stuffy in the cabin. Also, the driver smoked out the window while driving (apparently the rules on smoking apply only to passengers))) and I listened to music all night, it's impossible to sleep.
Stops are only 10 minutes long, during which you need to have time to stand in line at the toilet, at the cash register with food and water and still have time to eat, because they are not allowed into the salon with cups and food. Of course, this does not apply to the drivers' girlfriend, who spent half the night crunching chips right behind the driver's seat. At one of these 10-minute stops, the young man and I were 10 seconds late, the bus started to leave without checking if everything was in place. By the way, we were without phones and without money, if we hadn't run up to the front of the bus and actively showed the driver that we were forgotten, we would have stayed at the gas station, this is inhumane. It is even more inhumane that we would not be able to make a claim, because according to the rules of the carrier, leaving a passenger to fend for himself is the norm. The door was opened with such a favor, as if we had to bow at our feet for it, a disgusting attitude.
On the plus side: we arrived 1.5 hours before the scheduled arrival time and went home to sleep early
Of the minuses, we drove around the city 90 km / h, where a maximum of 60 is allowed, and somewhere - 40, the driver was talking on the phone while driving, which is a direct violation of traffic rules
From the wishes: I would like to get there without the risk of changing the human form to the form of minced meat and drive without worrying that at any moment you will be left with empty pockets and you will have a unique opportunity to kick back from the cold and hunger at the gas station :)))

Chinese Yutong buses can't be worse. You cover your ears with your knees. If you tilt the seat back, there is immediately a claim from behind, because there is nowhere closer without it. Drivers think only about themselves, it's +20 outside, the stove is on, in the cabin it's under 35. The best carrier, after a trip with them I will spend a week repairing joints and sleeping it off. The route Moscow-Minsk. Ecoline has super buses, and viztturs have good ones too. The intercars have yutongs for the Chinese domestic market (the Chinese have little norms). The distance between the seats is 30 (THIRTY) cm less than the norm of European buses!

One of the advantages is the updated fleet of Chinese buses, which seem to be reliable, but after a long trip you get off the bus broken, the seats are wooden, the distance to the back of the front passenger is like in tu154, the noise insulation in the bus is poor. I bought a ticket Minsk - Moscow
In Minsk, at the train station, before boarding, the driver said that he needed to pay another 800 rubles. I couldn't explain why, I just replied "either you pay or you don't go" and no more explanations. I paid 800 rubles, but no one gave me any check, I just gave the money "on the paw".
On the way, the driver already contacted the office manager, they explained this surcharge by saying that I had a rescheduled date, but!! I didn't reschedule any dates and it's 100%, I bought a ticket for one date for one flight at a time. It turns out that I'm standing with a ticket and a passport, but I can't leave! Plus, I bought a window seat in both directions, but in fact I was driving near the exit, that's it. Be careful when providing services by this office. The score is minus 100

I was traveling on the Prague-Minsk route on July 6. The bus is comfortable, clean, the staff is polite, there is charging for phones and WiFi (only in Poland). One big MINUS: during the day, I received an SMS that the bus was traveling through Warsaw with a possible parking lot, which was not originally on the route. As a result, we stood in Warsaw late in the evening for 2.5 hours. The road is already difficult, if they had immediately warned us that we would make a circle through Warsaw and waste time parking, then I would have gone with a business card, and a day before departure you can't change the ticket, of course. As a result, instead of the scheduled 8 a.m., we were in Minsk only at 3 p.m. Although the tour makes more official stops, it does not suit such unpleasant surprises.

The most terrible company there is. They are literally bullying people. We were traveling from Krasnodar to Minsk on the Anapa-Minsk flight. Instead of the promised departure at 13:25 from Krasnodar, the bus left at 19:00. During this time, no one announced or warned how late the bus was and for what reason. On the website, the terms of return state that, in fact, the company does not bear any responsibility for delays or for anything. Drivers do not know the route, they use the navigator. We didn't even hear about adhering to some kind of elementary schedule. When asked when to focus on arrival, they answer "how do I know". In general, if you are going to use the services of this " Company ", think 1000 times, and eventually refuse. It's definitely not worth it. And InterVarsity would like to wish a speedy ruin, because such quality services should not exist at all.

TERRIBLE TRIP MOSCOW-MINSK!!!
I BOUGHT a ticket for the 11th place.

The girl behind me couldn't fit her legs in any way and they kept spiraling into me on Friday, sometimes into my neck or spine!

I am writing in indignation from the trip. If anyone does not know what a modern gas chamber is, then you need to take the Minsk-Vilnius route. Where is the management looking? We pay money to get to the execution. It's time to scrap the bus, the air conditioner doesn't work from the word at all. Small children are driving, fainting, there is no refrigerator. In short, I do not advise anyone. Drivers are being made extreme - let them fight back as best they can. And you will be sitting in cool offices, drinking hot coffee and skimming cream. I do not recommend this carrier to anyone.
